Love this place! They got us right in for 3 new sets. Great attention to detail ×10! I had nails for years but quit after I was left with sharp edges and fill underneath at different place. I was hesitant to go anywhere but Im so happy we found Hot 10 Nails. Not only do our nails lookgreat they feel great too! We found our new salon. Cant wait to get a pedicure next!

Sad to know Now days you can’t get what you pay for this is my mom’s second time coming to this place so I decided to give it a try but NEVER AGAIN!!!! Really bad customer service! I told this lady I don’t even know her name since she didn’t want to provide it that my mom’s nails didn’t look the same she said yes they do she just has a bigger finger then the other one i was like this is not the fingers it’s the nails she started yelling and saying that is not her falta that her fingers were not the same. She said she waisted her time with us im like your here to work we are paying you she kept yelling till I started recording her. It’s really said for ppl like this to own a Business!

The lady used the cuticle clippers to dig under my nails and she peirced my skin, I said ouch and she kept going. She explained she was cutting the dead skin. Which is fine but Im bleeding and it hurt, definitely not dead skin if Im bleeding. She proceeded to continue on with the putting on the base coat and didnt seem to care about my open wound. I asked for alcohol for my wound. I was fine with continuing but she put nail polish coat on top of the open skin and it was hurting under the lamp. So I stopped to try and wipe off the polish on my open skin. The lady then started yelling at me about ruining the polish. I tried to tell her I was wiping off the clear coat that was over my open skin. She then started telling me it was my fault for having dry skin, which yes I do have due to over washing and hand sanitizer but I did not want to get an infection. The lady kept proceeding to speak over me and speak to her other co workers in another language. The lady told me I needed to pay $15 and I was just here to get a free manicure. We barely even started the process, I told her to take everything off because Im not here for anything FREE! Im more worried about catching an infection. Julia who I assume owns the place told me, I have dry skin and had someone else take off the polish. The next lady also told again, I have dry skin. I told them I get it, I have dry skin but I now have an open cut and thats my main concern. I didnt argue with anyone but the lady was throwing a fit in the backroom. I couldve easily just threw a fit myself and told the next ladies walking in not to get their nails done but no, I just went on my way. There was no need for yelling or arguing and to top it off, tell me its my fault or that Im just here for free stuff. Plus there was no apology of any kind.

Great service, friendly staff. My six year old daughter LOVES coming here to get her nails done. She loves the butterfly pedicure chair. Perfect place for a mommy/ daughter day.

This picture doesn’t come close to doing justice to what they really look like. I’ve been coming here for about 4 months and I have loved my nails each time I have left! They do a wonderful job on shaping, and it’s just an all around comfortable experience. I’ll be coming back as long as they’re here.

Julie has been so rude lately. She rushes her employees to take multiple clients at the same time. I always make appointments with my nail tech and she is always 40mins behind due to the manager. If you want to enjoy your services I highly recommend to go to Angels Nails on 5600 next to Smith. They are under new management and are so nice and professional.

One star only because you have to give one star to write a review. I feel I was taken advantage of here. My mother, myself and my 2 daughter in laws came for pedicures and they tried charging us twice and attempted stealing my CC. I will never go back here. They chased .e out of the store telling me I hadnt paid when in deed I has paid with cash but conveniently no one remembers and the cameras werent working because the wifi was down. Unbelievable horrible customer service and poor workmanship. Awful, and unpleasant environment. If you do go here make sure you get a receipt because they will charge twice for services if you pay cash. Stay away. Find another honest hard working Salon for services.

1st felt rushed. Didnt give me a moment to look at the nails, since it was my 1st time. I asked for the galaxy cat eye. She started doing the normal cat eyes. I said um this is not what I asked for. She then said nails to short and she kept going. I dont like conflict. Went with it. Then went to pay.... she charged me 40$!!!! For GEL NAILS.... I paid and will never go back!! Bad bad service. Over paid and didnt even get what I asked for!!

I am so pleased with this salon! Today my friend and I walked in for pedicure and manicure, it was wonderful. We got the most basic ones and it felt luxurious! They really took their time, were friendly, and so considerate. My manicurist (Tee) would paint one nail and ask just to make sure I liked the color on. My friend is quite sensitive, and her pedicurist ensured she was comfortable all the way through. He was so fun to talk to, too. We recommend it, it was great!

I was told I would only wait ten minutes And ended up waiting 30 mins. The guy did a horrible job. First of all he did not listen. I asked for all white short hails. Both hand are different sizes. I asked for all white nails and he put on a white a tip. I asked him again to make sure he listened and said I wanted all white not just the tip and he said ok. He started doing them and tried doing very long. Then he said I told him not to cut them after I specifically stated short white nails. He charged me 45 for these nails. Definitely not worth that price, specially for his work which was horrible. I had to go somewhere else to get them done again! They laughed at how bad they were. I do not recall his name but he was wearing a black champion shirt.

I came in to get a full set. When going to other nail places it takes a few hours. This place was fast and does an amazing job. Highly recommend! I will be coming back here as my nail salon.

Such a nice, calm setting, super nice and sweet ladies that work there. Showed me what team work is all about when another employee helped the lady that was doing my nails to finish quicker. Take there time to do beautiful nail work. I would definitely recommend this place!

The manager is very unprofessional. She seems to be rushing every employee there to get people in and out as quickly as possible. I would like to go in a have a peaceful experience while having a pedicure not listen to the manager speak jargon on everyone who walks in there. They need to be professional and speak English as we live in America and now a days anyone can know there language. Reason I gave 2 stars is because the lady who helped me was so sweet although my feet have been sore for the last week She over scrubbed my feet causing them to not be soft at all and rather scratchy. While I was in there I waited 30mins and I thought I was ready to go since they left me sitting there. As I was about to put my sandals on I smudged 2 toe nails the manager literally yelled at me about getting regular nail polish and touching my toe nails. Yet all my pedicures are always nail polish and typically dry between 10-15 mins. I will not be returning here, worst experience ever!

Poor quality, several bleeding cuticles, staff was totally overbooked and overwhelmed (despite making an appointment well in advance). Staff was pushy and quite rude, not at all courteous and professional. We came as a group of 5 for a pre-wedding mani/pedi, and the service was totally inconsistent between each of us for the same basic mani/pedi (some of us got lotion and nail soak, some of us didn’t). Save your money and paint your nails at home.

I came in for a fill and a color change on my toes. They ended up cutting me when they cut my cuticles. She never apologized but instead kept blaming it on me having too much “skin”. My friend came in for a pedi and a mani, they did it at the same time so she didn’t even get to relax. Rushed, rude, and overpriced. Would not recommend this place!

Made an appointment a week in advance for 5 spa mani/pedi’s the day before my daughter’s wedding. We arrived and were treated as if they didn’t know we were coming and we were an inconvenience. We were rushed through the process. The staff was rough and pushy. All of our nails look sloppy.

Told the girl I wanted full set almond nails, she did not come off as wanting to do it. Come to find out, she didnt know what almond shaped nails were (another girl had to come show her but it still wasnt almond.) The nails are kind of weird oval shape. The color isnt solid and they were running real low on the black. The towel I was laying my hand on left lint on the drying nail, which was just smoothed down with more polish. They have a frequent flyer card for a small discount ($10 after 10 sets), which if they do a good job, is not worth it.Edit: the nail polish pealed off the next morning because there were bubbles under the polish. The admitted to using cheap supplies. Threatened me with the police after I said Id call labor services when I watched the 7y/o kid cleaning broken glass off the floor. Refused any kind of refund because they needed to be fixed 4 times. Broke a nail from them kicking me out.

I dont get my nails done often.... like ever. I went here on a whim since I live nearby. They were able to get me in immediately. Overall the experience was ok. I do feel after really looking at my nails that they are a little too high (almost bubbly). Im overall happy with how they turned out, and the price was fair.

I felt comfortable going here getting my nails done during the pandemic. They have it really well setup to make you feel safe.

Kind staff, great quality and good environment. I took my daughter here for her 14th Birthday for mani/pedis. We did have to wait a bit to get started, so when they started on her first, my friend and I sang her happy Birthday. At that time, all of the people in the Salon chimed in and one technician pulled out a karaoke microphone and clients started singing. She then went next door and got a cake for my daughter that said happy Birthday! They went above and beyond to make her day special. There was another birthday group there at the time, so the salon was packed. I was impressed with how each technician worked hard and fast to make sure everyone was happy with their service. Will definitely recommend and share my awesome experience as much as possible.

Pedicures are a decent price cheaper than other places. Had lashes done months ago here but wouldnt recommended getting them. They put a ton of glue and lashes used are way too stiff.

Ask for Julie. She is the best by far!

Update September 2020: I’ve been coming to this place every couple of weeks. Today I went and although they took me in right away, I was rushed big time!! I don’t feel like my nails were done carefully and neatly like previously done before. This time around I had a lady that was so rude to me. She didn’t even ask me what length I wanted and when I told her one of the nails shape was wrong she didn’t care to fix it. She was going so fast she didn’t even let my nails dry out properly under the uv light and kept blaming it on me so she literally pushed my hand into the light. I also asked for a lip wax and just like with my nails, it was horrible service. she pulled the strip once and said DONE. To which I replied that’s it? And she said lip wax is very fast. You best believe I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.

The guy that works there is very sweet and caring and he is quick and does beautiful work

This was my place to go. I used to enjoy this nail salon. But recently they been in such a rush, they don’t even care what you asked for. They do whatever they want. Also that Lisa girl she’ll cut you, she goes too fast. Ends up saying you’re the one who was moving. As my cuticle on my thumb was bleeding, she continued to use nail polish on my nail. She dipped the brush inside the bottle after she put nail polish on my bleeding thumb very unsanitary. Wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible service!! The lady that was giving me pedicure was just rushing it and I had to keep asking her to not scratch my legs when she was massaging my legs. Like who the hell uses their nails to give a massage!! And instead of wrapping my legs with two separate towels, she laid a large one on top of both my legs. They tried to charge an extra $3 for callus removal but I didnt have any and when they didnt have the color I wanted, kept trying to force me to get gel!!. Never returning to this place!!

Great service and lots of options

When you call to schedule an appointment with a specific person, they say they are available now. When you get there the person is either in the middle of an appointment or they are not even there. If you like to wait and like disappointment then this is a great place. your nails will have a yellowish tinted to them after 3 days .Dont waste your time or money.

Must say I was impressed . Very clean and perfect nails for me . Had appointment at 11 and sure enough they had me out by 11 30 which is what I wanted as I had an appointment at 11 30. I will be back fir sure . Price was reasonable also. One thing I was disappointed with was that there were no happy faces there 😪. A smile goes a long way!!!

Everytime I come in, I have a very satisfied experience. I come in showing a picture of what I want to be done and they get it right. Very friendly and hardworking. I can say that the ladies that worked on my nails are perfectionists and pay attention to shape of each nail. I like the large nail color selection they have. Overall I love this place.

Best pedicure at a great price! The massage alone that comes with every pedicure was worth every penny! Super nice staff, they took my daughter and I close to closing time knowing they would have to stay late and they never once rushed us. This is for sure my new place for pedicures!

First time here and overall a great experience! From when I walked in they were very friendly and fast to get me seated in a chair. My nails could have been a tiny bit neater but I love them. ❤️ Will be coming here again.

I called and then came in on short notice today around 10:30 am and they get me right in. I asked for a specific hand painted design and the owner got me taken care of and did a great job. So did the gal that did me toes. The only thing I felt negative with was the young gentleman in the shop. His attitude came off as really annoyed and like he had better things to do. Luckily he didn’t help me for long.Aside from him, the gals there were nice once you get them talking :)I’ll be back.

Took my daughter here for a pedicure. She was in the seat approximately 20 min with toes painted. I was really disappointed for my daughter. While I was in the seat for 45. It was strange. They should have spend the same amount of time. Both were a deluxe pedicure and the same price. I wouldn’t be back.

Absolutely terrible service. DO NOT GO HERE. The girl cut me multiple times and practically shaved off my entire nail and when I went to complain they informed me it’s because I do my own gel at home and not at the salon why they gave me bad service. I get acrylic put on at a salon and then do my own gel at home and I guess because I was tortured was my fault because I didn’t get color there from them.

Only place Ill go. They do a great job. Prices are good too.

I have embarrassing bad feet. I have gone to a lot of places where they just paint your toes and you are done. I have never felt embarrassed when I go in. They great you quickly and take the time needed. The prices are great but more importantly, they listen to what you want and make sure you are happy. Love this place!

I went to do my nails last night and they turned out horribly. The technician didn’t have enough clear polish and didn’t care just acted as if she did have enough. These salons kill me on how cheap they are but yet want to charge you anything extra they possibly can. All these nail salons care about is rushing and getting you out of there to get to the next person. I don’t even know how they have a 4.4 star probably reviews from their own families. Find yourselves real nail technicians that work from home. They might charge a few more bucks but it’ll be worth your money. Huge mistake going to these places.

Took my mother there, both of us got pedicures, the ladies were very friendly and caring and took there time making sure it was right.

Thought Id try eyelash extensions and they had an opening. Worst cosmetic experience of my life. They looked ridiculous. Too long .All one length going across. Tons of glue underneath irritating my eyes. I had to spend 2 hours removing them with a toxic remover they sent me home with that stung my eyes. And Im good with accents, but I couldnt understand a word the tech said. $80 and 5 hours of my life Ill never get back .

Great place been to 3 other salons and by far this is the best one definitely recommend it.

I will NEVER come back to this place again. I live practically down the street from here and figured I would give it a try. The first time I went I had an okay experience nothing special.. The second time I came in was HORRID. The lady cut my cuticle over and over and kept putting product on that stung my cuticle cuts. After I told her to be careful around the cuticle she got irritated and I guess decided not to care cause she KEPT going over it with products even after I asked her not too...... She did a crappy paint job. The whole time she was speaking to her coworker and both were laughing, I felt like they were making fun of me in their language or something? Customers came in and one of the ladies was just SLEEPING in the massage chair!!! The customer was left to be taken care of by the lady that was doing my nails because the rest of the staff were to busy doing nothing! None of the staff cares about their customers at all. Most uncomfortable experience EVER. I dont recommend this place to anybody!

I came in asking for an ombré look, I showed them the picture of what I wanted and they suggested colors so I trusted their choice. It turned out brown and didn’t mix well with the colors. The guy seemed like he was rushing and they turned out crooked and some were shorter than others. The lighting inside was way different than the lighting outside so when I saw them better they didn’t look ombré at all! I paid $50! I called and was told to return, just to be greeted with shaking heads. They ALL surrounded me to look at them and I felt embarrassed, I was told that only this time they would fix them for free and next time they would charge me. There will be no next one because I will not be returning to a location that charges that much for something I didn’t ask for, and was upset at me for it.

NEVER come here to get pink and white. I was there for 2 hours and had to walk her through how to do it practically the whole time. I said things multiple times to make sure she understood what I wanted and she proceeded to do the opposite. When I corrected her she said she had already asked me, which she did not. It was sloppy and messy and she cut my skin multiple times. I recently moved here and needed a new nail place and came here because it was given almost 5 stars. After my experience Im confused as to why it doesnt have 2 stars instead. My nails look awful.

I drive all the way up from Pleasant Grove just to come to hot 10 nails. I have a high standard for my nails and they meet that standard. Every holiday I get my nails decorated and she can do them exactly like the picture on Pinterest.

I went about 3 times and I agree with the other comments they are just in a hurry to get you out and next also they will literally ask 10 times if you want to do gel even if you don’t want to they will keep asking there are a couple ladies that are nice but the rest are rude

The manicurist was in such a hurry she didnt properly remove cuticles. Nail polish was cheap and wasnt even applied correctly. No hand massage; no lotion on hands. Pedicure was not as bad. Would not go back for a manicure—would rather save the money and do it myself. Would go back to get a pedicure if there was no place else available.
