The people were fairly friendly, but the trailer was filthy. I had to take it to a car wash and clean it up, inside and out. Also, one tire had 40 psi the other had 25 psi. I aired them both to an equal 40 psi. This all cost me about $230.

Six weeks before moving to a new state we called to confirm the right truck was available a week before the move. We had a short time to move before starting a new job so everything was planned to the smallest detail. The morning of our move they told us they didnt have a truck of the size we reserved and caused most of my items to be left behind. Now its costing me 3500 for someone to go back to Nebraska to retreive my things to bring it to me. Worst customer service and an awfully big screw up. They didnt offer to find another truck and gave us a half hearted discount. Will NEVER use uhual again especially not here!
