I am going to update this post, because I called Brent again, and he was amazing, again! Best realtor in the state, no questions asked!I cant recommend these guys enough. Not only did Brent Cordon sell my house quickly he helped us at every stage of the process from decision making to negotiations. He helped us in a lengthy process of finding and buying our new house. He was able to direct us to good areas and neighborhoods and helped us avoid a wide variety of pitfalls in looking for a house and look for things in houses we had not considered.When we decided on the house Brent worked aggressively through the weekend to finish negotiations and get us a fair deal.We also received a rebate on the sale and purchase of our home. There are a lot of below commission Realtors out there but I have not seen anywhere near the same service from them or any other Realtor we have worked with for a sale and purchase in the past.Brent also helped us navigate a number of unexpected issues from the people buying our home as well as when negotiations fell apart with the first home we tried to buy.We also had shopped around quite a bit for a loan and decided to go with the loan company Brent recommended. This company is amazing, I highly recommend them to anyone looking at buying a home. I seen multiple houses with Brent and he never made me feel pressured into buying something I didnt love, in fact Brent would say this isnt the home for you before I even spoke. Beesh was great with making the showings around my schedule, nothing was to absurd for her in fact absurd is Beeshs specialty. When it came to financing Pam was an absolute blessing, made sure I understood everything, her and Becky are just the best ever.

They take a completely different approach to real estate and in my opinion should be the model for the industry. They will actually rebate a portion of the industry standard 3% commissions back to you as either the seller or the buyer. In the current market where the seller has all the power we were able to ask for less concessions from the seller because we were going to get $2k back in rebates.We worked with Chrissy and Darin and it was so clear that they were more concerned about us and our situation then getting their commissions. Hes ok great at returning phone calls the assistant upset me a little. We had a phone call she says to me I need to stay on this stuff yet I have called us bank and the credit bureau almost every day for a month I didnt like being treated like a child then it was me that made the phone calls that got my us bank issues done no help from anyone involved

The realtor we worked with in 2012 is no longer here, but she was excellent. I never felt she was only thinking about her paycheck. She went out of her way to help us as much as possible until we finally found a home and we were very picky. After all was done, we got our rebate that we used to get a new fridge for the house.
