I love this UPS Store! I take care of all my copy and shipping needs here. Darci is the absolute best! She is excellent at her job and her customer service is above and beyond all expectations. She has helped me through hard printing jobs, stayed late to make sure they were right and has done a beautiful job on everything I have sent over. She has such integrity and care in all the work she does. She is my got to gal at the UPS Store 5668!
Long story short: I had a mystery with two of my deliveries, so I called the Kaysville UPS to sort it out. Darcey was very personable, professional and helpful. Turns out, even thought the packages say UPS in two places, they are actually USPS (and it says that in a smaller font). So, even though its not their issue, she stayed kind and helpful. Makes me want to do business there.
Slow service, one one guy helping at front desk! Waited 25 minutes, never again! No priority for customers in the store, everyone in the back working on print jobs, horrible experience, took the guy 10 minutes to find a box for me
When it comes to shipping, I never know the difference between what goes to the post office and what goes to UPS. I think it’s funny but the looks on the employees faces at the post office counters tell me otherwise... 😂😅They make it really easy to ship things. This UPS store is located in Sugarhouse and it’s next to Lil Lotus restaurant, Sundance Catalog Outlet, same shopping center that has the tiny Target, but it’s further down on the opposite side.Easiest way for me to get here has always been to take Highland or 2100 S, pass Barnes n Noble, hope direction wise you can find the UPS store on your LEFT hand side, especially if you see Barnes n Noble, it’s on the same street as that!
All of the staff are friendly. They know their customers by name. They help with heavy packages. They are a great team. They are led by Darcy who sets an example every day of what customer service should be. She is a true leader and serves her customers and staff with excellent professionalism.
Returned some items and it was super easy and fast.

My mom went to this store today without realizing she hadn’t printed both pages of the shipping documents. The girl working walked up, looked at her package and said, “ too bad it doesn’t have an address” and walked away and started talking to another customer. The point of having an actual person at the store is to assist customers who need help. My mom left and went to another store. Will never go back.

Dropped a package off and it appears they didn’t ship it...and I write this post because they don’t answer the phone! Try calling them for yourself and you will see voice mail is full (and you know what that means)!
My husband has been using UPS for years to ship guitars (because he sells guitars online). He has been a loyal customer. About 8 months ago, UPS lost his $1,500 guitar. We started working with the manager Luke on our claim. Now, 8 months later, the management is telling us that there is no documentation of this lost claim and they can’t do anything about it other than refund our $60 shipping charge. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I will say that Tyler (the new manager) has done more communicating in one day than the recent managers did in the last 5-6 months. He is definitely a step up from what we’ve seen there in the past.
So glad to have a UPS so close by to my home. The staff is efficient and friendly.
I owe a big one to this UPS, they were so helpful! I had an office chair from Amazon that I had to return and was having some major issues. When I tried to disassemble the chair part of it would not come apart and it wouldn’t all fit in the box it came in. I was getting the runaround from Amazon, talked to 4 different people there and got four different answers on how to get a refund with this situation. It was very frustrating on an already stressful day. The employees at UPS were so patient and helpful, and one of them even took the chair to the back and managed to get it apart for me. Problem solved and I was so grateful!
A great store! I posted a few years ago about how I had repeated bad experiences with this store. I have tried this store again and I wonder if they have a new manager because I have now had 3 great experiences in the store! Prompt friendly greetings, quick service, and one worker even voluntarily reprinted a copy job because she thought it would look better with a different setting. She was right! Im so glad she did that!Everything has been much better and Im going to keep going back!
The UPS Store is located close to my home and today I used their shredding service. I had three full boxes of papers to shred. Chloe was very helpful and explained the process. I was finished in 15 minutes. They are my Go To place from now on.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICEI brought in an expensive item to return and was helped by Tyler and 2 other employees. I mistakenly put a part in the box that I later found I needed for work.I called the UPS store that during their morning rush and Tyler was so kind and grabbed my package and set it aside for nearly the entire day. I was able to return on lunch a break and quickly retrieve my incorrectly shipped item.As someone who works in Customer Service I was blown away by the care and special attention I recieved at the Kaysville UPS location, especially on a busy day.I highly recommend shipping with this UPS location!UPS, if there is an opportunity for advancement or commendations for Tyler, please do not pass him by. We just might pick him from your lineup if you do!
I had a booklet printed for a baby shower guest book and it turned out perfectly! I have some more things I need printed and will definitely be using this store for those jobs as well.

I would go to another location or shipping company. My package was completely lost. No trace of it anywhere in the UPS system. Not even on their records other than a shipping label was purchased. The owner of this location was made aware of my lost package 8 months ago and I was told via her manager Luke, that I would be refunded for the value of the package. Well 8 months later, the owner is saying it’s been too long to do anything about it... Real shady business going on at this location. Personally, I’d go elsewhere.
Fabulous customer service and experience! Even when they were closing, they came out and scanned our return. Everytime Ive been to this store, the employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I plan on giving them my business for a long time.
My friend had a Pkg go completely lost in the system. And after working months to resolve it.... they said they no longer have record that claim was filed! And that there was no evidence of the lost item! This is the second disaster I’ve experienced at this location! I would not recommend using this location! They do not represent the customer!
We had a 2x3 poster designed and printed for us in your Kaysville location for our business. We left for our convention in St George the next day but for got to take our printed poster with us. We called the UPS store and asked them what options were available to us. The UPS stores in St George couldn’t print that size poster so he called other competitors and arranged to have it printed the same day before we arrived from our trip to St George. With that kind of customer service I am now a customer for life. Thanks UPS.
Arrived at 7:01, one minute after closing to drop off a package. The kid in there very rudely came over to the door, and instead of opening it to allow me to put the package in, very rudely pointed to their hours sign.... He of course didnt have to open it, being that they were closed 1 minute ago, but, zero courtesy.Update 3/1/20: Seems to be a new staff working there. So far, good experiences all around.

Twice now I have used the UPS online store for copies and quick prints. Twice now, the store where I chose to pick up my orders (I used two different stores) have messed up my order and refused to fix it.They will not refund my money, they will not deliver me new merchandise, they will not trust that the order is incorrect unless I bring it in and spend double the trips back to the store to fix their error. They will do nothing but give me 10% off my next order.I will not be ordering again. It is clear to me that the quality and professionalism of this company is compromised. It is also clear to me that it does not matter which location I go to, errors are going to be made and there will be no attempt to fix the errors.In one instance one side of the brochure was printed upside down. Clearly, anyone who looked at it would realize that this was not what the person ordering would want. But no one made a proof, no one even looked at the order, just pushed print and handed it to me.In the second instance only half of my order was printed on photo quality paper, the rest of the order was printed on plain white computer paper. Another clear error. Clearly the copier ran out of paper and the next person came along and noticing it was out of paper, added plain white computer paper without checking or looking at the order.These are both simple mistakes to make, the thing that is upsetting to me is that in both instances a total disregard was made for me as the customer. It was my job to bring the print job back to them to verify it was done incorrectly. It was my job to make sure they printed it correctly. It was my job to come again to the store and pick up a corrected order.In both instances, I did not have time to do these things, so I had to eat the cost and live with faulty or incomplete orders.I will never use UPS again, so please dont offer me your standard 10% off offer. It is useless when 100% of the time your employees are going to mess up my order.
A Buddy of mine shipped a very expensive package and then the package was lost but the Kaysville UPS store would not honor the insurance claim. Now they are saying there is nothing they can do about it. The owner will not return their calls after several weeks. I think this is bad business!
I came in to order some posters for a family reunion and the turnaround time was quicker than expected. I ordered them in the morning and they were done the following day. The quality of the product was spectacular! The employees were especially helpful in helping me to decide what paper I wanted them printed on. Very friendly customer service, great prices, and a great addition to the community!
Arrived at 6:03. Door stillopen, nothing turned off. The person (female) at the front instantly said were closed. I said oh, I thought you were thought the store was open until7? She said Nope. We close at 6 on weekends. So much for a 3 minute grace period. Very simple Amazon return already packaged. ...Typical customer service for this day and age. Tis the Season I guess. As Im writing this review she is now hurriedly closing the gates etc. SMH!
Worst customer service I’ve ever had in person. They asked me to move lines because I didn’t need a receipt and it would be quicker. The employee came out and started helping people out of the line they just moved me out instead. This made it so that not one person was assisting the line I was moved to. All the people who came in after me were helped. I brought it up to the employee four times, she brushed me off each time and didn’t apologize once. I ended up just getting back in the line I started in and was helped within minutes. I again brought up how frustrating it was to be moved into a line without help and once again no apology. I get it’s the holidays and it’s busy but that is no reason to be rude and blow customers off.
HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Stay away from this UPS store. Had an expensive and very valuable package go completely lost in their system. And after months of working on the claim, all of sudden there is no evidence that a claim was ever made for the lost item. UNACCEPTABLE. Don’t want this to happen to anyone else.👎👎👎👎
I had a print job done here and have shipped numerous things through this store, the staff were more than helpful and always had a smile on their faces. You can tell they are really happy to help you and want to take care of their customers. I will return for all my printing and shipping needs!!! Well done UPS!!!
*update: received my books and the printing job was not well done. My sister had the exact same book printed for me at another location and it looks awesome. The colors are off and the ink has streaks on many of the pages. Going to have to have them redone somewhere else $75 later.I hate having to leave reviews like this but the customer service we have had at this location has been awful. I dropped off a USB 10 days ago with a file I needed printed and bound. I called 2 days ago (Thursday) and the woman said they were having issues with the printer but that it is back up and running and she would have it done tomorrow at the latest (Friday). I went in today (Saturday) and she was very rude saying that it wasn’t done yet and that she had let me know it wouldn’t be. When my husband asked why they wouldn’t call and let us know about the delay she said “how could I if I don’t have a phone number?” As someone who has worked at a printing store, there should be a protocol as to what information you take down about the customer. I’m not sure how she expected me to know when it was done but I don’t think it is my fault that she didn’t ask for a phone number when I placed the order. They are clearly short staffed and not trained in appropriate customer service and I definitely won’t be going to that location again.
*update- never received a call back. Package had been entered after a full week from a completely different state. Which meant it wasnt properly taken care of. Either way poor costumer service and care for their job.Dropped off a package December 29th. It was a pre labeled package my husband dropped off. He left it on the counter and was acknowledged by an employee. I have done this numerous times and have never had a problem. It was 30 minutes before closing that day. I called Wednesday morning after New Years since they had been closed. The lady on the phone was very rude. Condescending in saying it would not have been picked up because of the holiday. Which I figured but was going to ask when their pick up would be but never got the chance. I called this morning. Same girl who again was rude in the way she mentioned that everything since that day was picked up. According to my tracking number, this package never got put into the system. She took my tracking info and phone number. Never asked my name or anything else. She said shed look into it.. If she in fact does and gets back to me, I may change the star rating. However I am not hopeful with the way she handled this. So Ill probably end up having to file a claim with costumer service. Which ultimately will be a dead end since Ive played that game before. I will no longer be using UPS if I can help it.

I sent some graphics for Mothers Day for my daughters class to UPS to be printed. They came out horribly dark, you couldnt even see their faces. I told the associate and he said theres nothing he could do, I already paid online. I went to FedEx in Layton and they printed beautifully. Even the resolution is much better.

2 stars instead of 1, because the copies at least turned out correctly.3 for 3, my experiences at this UPS store have been frustrating. Every time the frustration is caused by a myriad of little things that overall create an impression of uncaring, discourteous staff. I usually go to print copies and the copies themselves typically come out fine, but the experience of getting the copies is unpleasant.Yesterday I had a brief wait while an employee finished using the computer so that I could plug in my memory stick and print some files. She walked away without saying much. Nothing happened when I tried to print my copies and I walked back and forth between computer and printer a couple times trying to figure out the problem before she took the time to tell me that I couldnt print yet because another customer was using the magnetic key. She then went to the backroom while I stood around waiting. When she finally returned I was able to ask if she could just use the computer and printer behind the desk to do my print job. Turns out that printer is currently unable to talk to their computer, so she couldnt print from my memory stick. And the second key had been stolen so there was only 1 to go around. I doubt both those unfortunate events happened in the same day, so I wonder how long this has been the case. Though the employee apologized for the need to wait, she was also very quick to explain that Its not our [the companys] fault. The other customer had a large number of pages that needed multiple copies. She was doing them as best she could, but could have been faster with an employee helping her. Instead, the employees were in the back talking about how soon they would be off work. The customer didnt seem to know how to change the number of copies for each page. She would place a sheet on the scanner and hit the print button. Then again. And again. And again. Then shed put a new page on the scanner and repeat the process. She could have been done twice as fast if an employee had set the printer to do multiple copies at once instead of waiting for it to re-scan the same page over and over and over.I was finally able to take my turn and print half of my print job. But after I selected another file the printer stopped working. I couldnt figure out why, as there werent any obvious error messages. I waited back in line until the second employee was able to ask if I needed any help. Without talking to me, he tried to print the page and after checking the printer a couple times was able to determine that it was out of paper. I only know this because I watched him get more paper and load it into the tray. Again without saying anything he came to the computer again to try to print and I had to correct the print job because both sides of the text were being cut off. He stayed by me as I prepared the next couple pages correctly and then impatiently said Do you have it now? That was the second thing he said to me, after he first asked if I needing something. Finally, I was able to finish and check out. At least he didnt charge me for the messed up copies that he had printed. But it was a very long and frustrating 30 minutes.Yes, these are all little things, but together they create an unpleasant experience. And this same sort of experience has happened 3 times! I was left to my own devices, not given any explanations, and then was left with the impression that I was just an inconvenience. Im going to see if I can find a different printing service, because the Kaysville UPS is slow and just seems rude.
Sign says they open at 8:00 AM but at 8:20 on a Wednesday morning they have not opened and no sign of anyone here. If you can’t open on time at least change your hours so you don’t make people late for work because they sit around and wait.

I love coming here they have great copy sales and there workers are always nice when i go in.They also print posters which was news to me and i went in and the manager printed my poster with the hour she was calling me back to pick up i will use them again.
Inconsiderate manager. Does not attempt to acknowledge employee mistakes and acts offended if you bring an overcharge to his attention. He is not personable, friendly nor does he go out of his way to encourage further business with this company
I am just so tired of mediocre service. I emailed docs to this location to be printed. They were black and white plans. I pick them up and get charged three times what I paid just a couple of weeks ago. I asked why and clerk says that is what they ring up as. I tell him last time they were about $.20 per page. No response. Once I get to my office and I look at the receipt, I see I was charged for color prints. No color on them, just black lines. Go figure. Will find somewhere else to print in the future. Likely FedEx.
Convenient, as this is the only copy store in Kaysville. I have made numerous copies over the years, but some of the staff are rude and treat me like I dont know anything. Other staff are very helpful and friendly, but they havent been there for a while.I dont like that we are now charged a surcharge to bring in our flashdrive to make our own copies.
Ive shipped packages at this store several times, service is always top notch, and the employees are extremely friendly.

Apparently they no longer print off psd (photoshop) files, unlike every other print store on the planet. Ive printed psd files there in the past with no issue, and now Im going to miss a deadline because I dont have time to dink around to convert my psd file into a pdf that still looks correct and then drive to and from my office to the UPS store multiple times in a single afternoon.Absurd issue to have, especially when UPS is trying to rebrand itself as a serious print store.
Requested that my package be boxed with extra protection and requested that I see them repackage it. I paid $10 for this to be done. The employee toId me he couldnt do it for 2 hours. I told him I would wait untile je could do it. He walked to the back and told his manager. I listened to the manager berate her employee. Then she came to me and told me it wiuld be 2 hours until they could repackage it. I told her I would wait until they packaged it. She hastily brought a box out and repackaged it. She was irritated and difficult to comminicate with. It is sad that she berates her employees and customers requesting a little extra care.
I have used this location twice to send packages and print a few things and the service was quick and efficient and the employees were super friendly. :)

Called to ask if I could pick up my package early from their hub in Ogden. Worker called the manager because he didnt know, and she sent me all the way down there on a Saturday because she said they opened back up from 7-8pm. Needless to say... they werent open... they are open from 10a to 1p Saturdays.
