Sugar and his crew were fantastic. I had them clean my home prior to an open house, and it looked great by the time they were done. They were very professional and nice and on time. Highly recommended, and Ill be using them again in my new home.

UPDATE--I was offered money to remove this review, which makes me wonder how many other bad reviews they truly have.The more we got into the moving process, the more frustrated we became. Turns out they did not do the kitchen window or the kitchen blinds either, which I had to get my 8 month pregnant self up on the counter to clean those the night before our open house. A small 24 TV was left undusted and did not get moved so there was dust all over from that, as well as our nightstand lamps and they clearly were not moved either. I would have expected these photos to be showing the BEFORE, not the AFTER results. This company should be ashamed of the services they performed. I was told I would receive a regular cleaning, as well as a deep cleaning, and I got neither. I received frustration and disappointment.In short- do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.My first time hiring a cleaning company and I will never do it again. I hired this company to come clean my home prior to the home listing photos. I am pregnant and was so looking forward to the help. I was very specific in what I needed done, clarified twice, and then my husband did again when they showed up to clean. I was told the price would be $460.When they showed up to clean, they told me they were not able to clean the fridge because we were still living there (which had also been communicated in our messages prior to them showing up.) So they said they would do $450 if they cleaned the outside of the fridge only, or $400 without the fridge. We decided not to include the fridge. Also, in the original quote of $460, that included another full bedroom (window, wet wiping blinds, window track, wall wiping, baseboards, vacuuming, and dusting) So this entire bedroom was only $10 but the outside of the fridge was $50?There were two cleaners here from 10 am to 1:30 pm which is about 7 man hours, and I paid $400. That equals $57/hour per person. Had the job been done correctly, I might have been able to justify it. However, (see pictures) there was not any attention paid to the walls, which was communicated several times. There were several areas of dust bunnies where decor had been, as well as finger prints and little marks from kids all over. Also, they wiped my floors but left a chocolate stain in the middle of the kitchen floor that was already there, and it seems all the dust and dirt on the basement floor was pushed over to the corner.When I expressed my concerns, I was ignored the first time, and when I followed up the next day, it was over an hour of push back. They state they want to make their customers happy but all they would do is offer to come back and fix it, which I told them was not possible because I hired them to have the job done BEFORE the pictures, not after. When I didnt get a response the first day, I gave my FIVE YEAR OLD some supplies and he was able to clean the walls just fine.I will admit, the bathrooms and the blinds look great but I would never ever hire this company again or recommend them to any family or friends. I have never felt so disappointed in any service that I have hired for, nor have I felt this frustrated in dealing with any concerns afterwards.This company makes me fully understand if you want something done right, do it yourself.

They even went above and beyond what we had discussed. They arrived when they said they would and charged me what we had agreed on. I highly recommend Giovis cleaning!
