We just moved into the area and missed the garbage takeout the next morning. I called the office and asked if they would be willing to have the truck swing by if they were still in the area and they said it was no problem. Well, after the truck came by the was a very inappropriate note left by the pickup crew reminding us that bins need to be out by 4am not 6:55 with multiple exclamation points and in all caps... Very unprofessional and rude to someone that just moved into the area after the office said it was not going to be an issue.

They talk a lot of trash!
