First Choice Pest Control is awesome! They started taking care of our home with rodent control a couple of years ago and I havent seen a mouse since! This year we had a lot of ants getting in and they were right on it. I havent seen an ant since they came to treat our home. This company has been reliable, affordable, professional and friendly. The technician was on time, very polite and very knowledgeable. We had many questions for him regarding carpenter ants & wasps, he was patient and thorough in answering us. He also told us how the treatment would work with the ants and what not to do. Price was the same as to what was quoted over the phone.

Had an asian ladybug and yellow jacket invasion. They came on time and did a great job. I saw a difference right away but it did take 2 weeks for all the ladybugs in the house to die. But there were only 3 or 4 here and there, not the 20 to 50 before.

Had a problem with mice in our house. House is very old and located inside a local park and fields. They were a little more pricey then others but the service they do mashed up for it. So far so good. Just had our 2nd checkup and everything is going on schedule. Very prompt with times and call backs

Their employee showed right on time and I believe he took care of the bees and wasps. If I see any he said hed come back and spray again.So far, so good.

For a few years wed been dealing with a mouse issue in our basement. Traps had been set and every now and then we would catch one, and it seemed it was taken care of. When I was downstairs one night and saw a mouse come in through a window, run along the top of the wall, skip over three traps, and then go out another window, I decided we needed a new approach. 1st Choice addressed the problem outside first, then made sure everything was sealed inside. I really appreciate that they helped with the sealing part, with a plan for follow up on that.

I have had them servicing my home for two years. When we moved into our new house there were so many bees up in our roof - they were even in the basement the first winter! I called Corey and he came to service my home right away and told me once he treats we won’t have bees! We live in an area where we have what has been called the triple threat for wasps and bees...water, lots of food sources and lots of trees. At first we were skeptical about starting a regular treatment plan, but after our THIRD issue with bees getting in the house we decided to give Cory a call. That was 2 years ago...we have not had an issue inside the house, or outside the house (I had been stung a couple of times on our property in the past) since Cory started the regular treatment plan. We couldnt be happier...Cory is professional, courteous and gets results. We had them come out today for a bee problem when my wife and I were at work and when we got home we realized they charged us and extra $30 then what they quoted us and overall we paid almost $100 more then the average pest control price for what we had done, when my wife called them to ask about the situation the man on the phone was very unprofessional as he argued that he was right about the quote and that she was wrong, misunderstandings happen but its not usually the customer that is forced to be the adult in the situation, very disappointed and will never be using them again

I went on the internet and found Corey Payne for bed bug problem. I was loaded with them. Corey Payne came to my rescue!!! He got rid of all of them and havent had any problems for over a year!! His work ethic, personality, hes always on time or earlier but always lets you know is amazing!!! Corey was just here today May 18, 2018 and i hired him to do my cabin in Beecher/Pembine area.
