I recently stopped in to this Verizon location and had the best experience working with Jordan. He delivered excellent customer service and was extremely helpful. He solved my phone issue and showed me a few shortcuts that I was unaware of. Highly recommend this store and Jordan!

My phone had shut down and the screen wasnt working. Josh and Kyle were there, and we talked about my options with getting a new phone. Josh helped me find the right phone for my needs and got it set up immediately.The guys were friendly and polite, and made the process painless. Im glad I went in.
There is usually a bit of a wait during this season. However, the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. We had some issues with my account and the staff was able to find a way to get me what I needed with a smile. I heartily recommend the kaukauna Verizon for those in the area.

Joshua did an excellent, fast job with assisting me with my purchase. He explained everything thoroughly and I felt well informed about my purchase. There was a disgruntled customer there who was on hold with Verizons phone support (which is horrible for wait times) and Joshua handled him very well as did the other employee working at the time.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday with Josh! My phone died, and he helped me get the warranty activated. He has the patience to do this job where lots of Verizon staff don’t.. Jordan took the time to fix everything I couldn’t get working . I just want to start off by saying your customer service sucks. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. At Verizon it must be acceptable in customer service training to be told its okay to lie, because I received lie after lie. When I purchased my phone, I was told that if I bought the tempered glass shielding I would be covered for life....not true the policy has changed and Verizon is just a victim of circumstance. Not only do they not stand behind their word, they justify screwing you over. Do not buy anything from this store and please Verizon save the I am sorry for your experience response to save face. This is a terrible place, the 5 star posts have to be fabricated. Again do not shop here and look for other companies that will buy out contracts as I am doing. Verizon doesnt stand behind their products, policies and they definitely could care less about their customers. Find a different place as I will!!!

I got here and was with my mother in law the account owner, first the employee, didnt even give me a chance to explain what was wrong before he told me couldnt do anything, because he wasnt making money. It seemed they didnt care much about what was going on, and then proceeded to use my phone data to download an app and didnt even ask me!! I dont have unlimited data and then they told me they cant do anything to help, and what they told me wouldnt resolve the issue or even show what was happening right away. Im completely unsatisfied.

I spent over 3 hours at this location with 3 different associates, and the customer service sucked. They kept making time consuming mistakes, and pushing bundles we didnt want. In the end I got my deal and my new phone, but the process shouldnt have taken so many hours to straighten out.
Joshua helped me out when I didnt know what was going on with my phone. Some how it factory reset itself. Unfortunately we couldnt get everything back but got some. Thanks joshua

Beware that this store is only authorized to sell verizon products and service, its a franchise of verizon... What u want is a corporate store .The store claims they have different rules. This store will tell u that u have to insure your phone. Call customer service, they pretty much laugh that that is not true, has never been true. Two part activation charges.. $20 now, $20 on the bill...only experienced that at this location. I got a new phone which wasnt working properly. I received constant complaints about my phone reception going in and out. This store would not let me return the defective phone with out a $35 restocking fee plus an additional $20 because i didnt want to get a phone from their location.. called customer service, they were happy to credit me the restocking fee plus the activation fee as they felt it was not appropriate to be charged for returning a phone that wasnt working properly. The store manager looked at me cockily and told me there was nothing wrong with my phone. Just be cautious. Question all fees . Maybe just take the time to find a corporate store or do your business through the customer service department, they will do anything for their customers.
This is a third party store. You will be charged extra fees if u do business here. Normal activation fee is $20. Here u will pay $20 in the store, $20 on the bill. If u dont believe me, call 611. Because this isnt a corporate verizon store, they are allowed to charge their own fees that they dont disclose. I returned a phone and was charged a get up and go fee....customer service never heard of that one. And it didnt even show up on my receipt. The receipt made it look like an equipment charge.

Very unhelpful and lied to my face about a repair and replacement that they could have done.I had to go to a Verizon store in Green Bay to actually get my screen protector replaced that is a lifetime warranty and CAN be done at the store and not mail in to have replacement sent to home.I went into the store this evening to get my screen protector replaced after it was cracked. Was told by employee to go online and request replacement and do it myself instead of having it replaced at store my employee.On my way home I called store in Green Bay that I bought the phone and they told me that of course stores can do it and more than happy to help out.

Worst place for help, there one employee (didnt get HER name) was rude,condescending, short,unhelpful and just down right NASTY!!! Beware . I have to push at least one star or cant continue. My choice is 0.

UPDATE: After being contacted by a manager of the location. My problem was resolved. The entire process of getting my new phone was a bit frustrating but in the end everything worked out.
