Jenny did my hair last week. Best haircut I had in awhile. Definitely going back again!

The hair stylists were fun and did a professional job. I am very happy with the work they did.

Jenny is the best!She always keeps up with the trends, she listens to what I want and just knows how to make it happen.Wherever Jenny has gone amongst any locations while working her way up to management, I have always followed her and always will! She is the only one I trust with my hair.

After calling 4 times first thing in the morning to no answer, so I scheduled an appointment for the afternoon with their scheduling app. Appointment was accepted and confirmed. I checked back an hour later and the appointment had been canceled. I called and asked why. I was told she was really busy and booked for the rest of the day. Not cool to have a scheduling app, with a confirmation, and then cancel the appointment. Not blaming the person I talked to. This location needs more hairdressers and longer hours to keep up with demand.

Went in when they first opened on a Saturday.Ashley was my stylist and did amazing. I told her I wasnt sure what I wanted done and she came up with a great style for the amount of time I want to spend doing my hair. I plan to go back and have her do my color. I havent had my hair professionally colored in a VERY long time.

Ive been through a lot of stylists in my 40 years. Ive even paid $50 for a haircut.This is now the ONLY place I go for all my hair needs. The stylists keep up on all the new ways to cut hair, styling, perms, and colors for your hair.Great place! Ask for Becky K. Shes the only Becky K. there.

Cut my hair way shorter than what I asked and what I thought we both understood was wanted. She even touched the spot on my back (about 3 inches down) where it would touch and I said I liked that length but then she turned me around so I couldnt see and my hair is now above my shoulders. Hairstylist was also super rude. I asked to get my hair thinned out because its very thick and while doing that she made a gross face and said Your hair is so bulky. Like, thats why Im asking you to thin it out. Asked me what I was doing after and when I responded said that it was lame. You would think shed pretend to be interested. Would rate 0, I cried for like 2 hours straight

I had a pretty short wait period and my stylist was very nice. Amanda did a great job finding out what I wanted and did just that! Would highly recommend her!

We are talking about the Kaukauna Cost Cutters. Great place with great hairstylists.Little Becky is our special hairstylist. She is knowledgable, very special and what a great personality! Dont be afraid to ask for Becky. I promise you will love her.

Always friendly staff. My 2 yo daughter had cut her hair off which was extremely uneven and unsightly. She was able to make a very edgy pixie cut put of it which looks absolutely adorable on her. Will definitely go back.

I went in with a jacked up, outgrown haircut. The stylist was attentive, took the extra time to give my hair style without losing much length. I left happy and it only cost $15! I will be back.

Randomly not open on Sundays now, they need to learn how to staff their locations. I have been trying to get in for a hair appointment for a month and Sundays are my only days to get in. Would be nice if it wasnt closed at 11:00am on a Sunday morning when it states your supposed to be open!!

Brought in a photo of what i wanted and was very specific about wanting it to look almost exactly like the photo. My stylist ended up dying my hair all one color and putting foils for highlights in. It ended up being all one color and i spent $100 on something i could have gotten on my own with a box dye for WAY cheaper. I then called and asked for a redo and she did, but gave me choppy, streaky highlights that didnt blend at all (even though I specifically asked for them not to be choppy or streaky) so 5 hours total of dying and highlighting and I still hate it so much. NEVER going back to a Cost Cutters again!

Would rate 0/5 . I was waiting 15 minutes after my time and It wasnt even busy and they toke someone else back before me.It was my first time going there.Worst experience ever. Never going back thats sure.

I asked for a half inch off the top, and the lady turned me away from the mirror so I couldn’t see what was going on and cuts my hair down an inch and a half!! My scalp is all scraped up from how rough she was with the trimmer! Worst haircut I’ve ever had I will never step foot in another Cost Cutters. Absolute idiots.
