Im shocked to see people giving 1 star?! Im guessing those people were poor tenants and management didnt tolerate it. I have been here for almost 2 years and love it. The management, maintenance team and apartments are awesome. Clean, quiet, well maintained and affordable. Highly recommend.

Great place to live! Management is great always fixed any maintenance issue I had fast. Aimee in the office was great as well anytime I needed something answered she responded the same day. Thank you for a great experience!!

Great place to live!! Ive been a tenant here for just about 7 years now and love it! Landlords work extremely hard to make sure the property is well kept, along with proper maintenance constantly being done on the buildings to keep everyone pleased with our apts. The On-site snow removal is the best also! If youre looking for a great place to live Id highly recommend checking out Shade Tree Estates!

I very much enjoyed my time at Shade Tree Estates. Very comfortable, well kept-up apartments at reasonable rates. Most of all the management are just really great people. Have recommended.

This was the worst place I have rented from. They lie about everything. I rented from the back end of a horse. The manager went into my apartment without notice and used the bathroom causing a mess then blamed me. They hit my car with the snowplow↩but the most lowest form of human indecency was neglect to evacuate me when the building next door was on fire. I paid my rent every month only to come home one nite and have a confrontation with them telling me to leave cuz they dont like me! Dont rent from this place It is very negative atmospere.👎👎👎☻☻😈
