The most bad attention I’ve ever received in my whole life. I just needed an example to see if the work that he was doing was good for my small business. He got mad and decided to be disrespectful. Also decided to start banging on the keyboards because he was “super stressed”. I told the manager to come after he was done with his job, I couldn’t wait anymore this dude that decided to be disrespectful when all he had to to was be patient because everyone needs different stuff for they’re own lifestyles. That’s all he got to do to at least have good service and represent the store. But no apparently that was to hard for them because he got mad after we did nothing. This store has the most bad service ever, needs better improvement, and most of all you guys gotta fix your workers apparently you guys can’t even do that. So better get new costumers because me and my family are not going there anymore. And I’m going to tell my friends to not go there either because that store doesn’t deserve to even have costumers. So if the actual owner is actually seeing this make sure to fix your store because apparently it needs a lot of fixing. Thank you😒

Awful customer service. i was just there on 8/1 for printing and laminating services. the girl who helped me did not tell me that it is .39 cents PER cut and she cut the lamination paper 4 times for me. she did not even want to make a one time exception to refund the 4x.39 fee due to her negligence and fault of misinforming me because if i knew i would have to pay .39 cents each for 4 cuts that by the way, were very crooked i couldve just cut them myself... there were also 2 bubble on the lamination paper. awful
Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. If I could give a negative 5 I would. My father recently passed away I tried to return some unused ink he purchased online, it was passed the allotted time frame but they graciously said they would make an exception and return since he had been ill and then passed. Upon inspection Julius informed me the ink had expired I ask the date it expired, IT EXPIRED TWO MONTHS BEFORE THEY MAILED IT OUT!!!!! Long story short after raising all kinds of hell Julius and his manager (who I’m pretty sure he called at home) refused to issue a refund. Horrible beyond words. Please do not spend money with these people. They basically stole money by sending a defective product and refused to make it right.
They closed the store way before 7pm as published online. I drove all the way here just to waste my time.
Store does not accept item you buy online as per supervisor instructions. Try to return item 1 day after arrived.

I arrived to have business cards printed and waited more then an hour to be assisted! There were 8 people waiting behind me and only one person working at the print counter!!! The manger never came out to assist or even bother check on the customers that were waiting! I will not be returning to this location! Unacceptable
Worst office depot that I have been to. All I need to do was drop off a UPS package and get a receipt. Waited 10 minutes in line was never acknowledged was look at multiple time but it was like I was never there. Not going here ever.

I am so pleased with OfficeDepot!!! I ordered all my boys school supplies online using the School Click List and it was very easy to edit what I didnt want and add things I wanted to for my cart. Check out process was breezy and I had clear info on when to expect my package. I received an email a few days after saying my order shipped out, and at 330pm today my order was hand delivered by Office Depot! I thought that was pretty cool! It felt like O.Depot personally cares. Thank you Office Depot for helping us with VERY AFFORDABLE prices and personally delivering orders to your customers. Thats awesome!! I even bragged to my husband about it. Im gonna tell everyone! My sister told me that Crayolya Crayons were 5 dollars somewhere else and I referred her to yall because. 75cents for a pack of crayons is a steal! Yall Rock!!! Keep being great!!!
Excellent customer service.I had business cards made for the first time. I got to design them at my speed & my style at a computer.They were promised at 7pm the same day, 7 hours later. They were done in 90 minutes.This location has kind helpful employees. I was amazed by the level of kindness shown.5 Stars isnt enough.. a billion are. Thank you Office Depot off Fry Rd., Katy.
Great visit tonight. Employee was helpful and eager to assist me in finding what I needed (staples), even though i was already going down that aisle. The store is clean and organized very well. Set up is excellent. Not much else to say about an office supply store. Except, the prices are just a tiny bit more than I expected.
The same cashier that offered to assist me walked off and started helping someone else like I wasnt standing there.Very Rude

Office Depot is a pretty good store to go to for all of your office and school needs. Be sure to pull up their website for a coupon when you visit, they seem to run awesome deals. Sometimes I find better deals online then I do in store but the good news is you can just have the item shipped to the store and pick it up.
Great for the typical office supplies with a large selection of pens, trackers, note pads, presentation boards, etc. Not necessarily the cheapest but some items are priced competitively. Decent selection of laptop bags. Electronic merchandise is not as extensive with only a few models each of laptops, printers, computer monitors, etc. They also sell a selection of office furniture. Many of the floor models were slightly damaged (chipped corners, etc). Staff was polite and helpful. Parking is widely available. They have a much larger online selection of everything I believe and you have the ability to ship it to the store and pick it up there. Feel free to like this review if at all helpful.
The staff that works in the mornings seem much friendlier than the staff who works in the evening. Tyrone goes out of his way for customers no matter what his shift is. They are expensive and the signage for checkout isnt real noticable. People always go to the wrong side and to the wrong door, because there isnt a natural flow nor organization to show people where to get in line. Also really need to vacuum.
Brett stayed with us while we compared printers. There are so many options with laser vs. inkjet etc. He checked how many pages we would get out of each cartridge. He held the printer we wanted so we could go him and get our old printer to trade in for $50 off. He went so above and beyond today, and then he carried our stuff to the car! I can’t give enough stars for his service!
Excellent service from Brett today. Helped us make the right decision on a new laser jet printer and made sure to get us the online price match we didnt even know about on the toner.

This place is down right horrible for copy and print services. Expect 1 hour+ wait times, extremely rude service and staff working on 5-10 jobs at one time. Forget having them help you format anything for print. Most employees here do not know professional printing fundamentals. A message to the management at this location: STAFF YOUR PRINT CENTER ACCORDINGLY! There is absolutely no reason for a customer to be waiting over an hour to get something printed. The poor guy in print service is literally the only one there. How the hell do you expect him to manage 5-10 jobs at one time and effectively complete all of them with perfect quality? Stop trying to cut back on staff costs and get more people working in print center. I run a business and use this location for a variety of services. I’ve been coming here for over 4 years now and I’ve just had enough! I expect better. You’ve lost my business and all the business of my associates. I will make sure to spread the message about this place. I expect a resolution from corporate. If I do not hear back in 24 hours I’ll be filing formal complaints until I get something solved. Do not go here. This place is an absolute joke.UPDATE UPDATE:After having this experience, the corporate office reached out to me in a timely matter and was able to understand my position and very swiftly made a change to add additional staff to this location. The executive of customer service by the name of Paula as well as the district manager by the name of David both personally saw to it that these changes were made and that my job was completed the following day at no cost with exceptional customer service! After going through this experience and having it corrected I highly recommend this company as the corporate staff takes their customers experience very seriously.
This is not my usual store but I figured I would stop and get some things for a project in the morning. I managed to find what I needed but this store appears smaller than most. Checkout was pretty slow, too, but not entirely due to the staff as much as obnoxious customers who do not care whatsoever that 10 people are in line behind them, turning what should have been a 5-minute trip into 20 minutes or more.
I had a number of things to print and one of them was printing weird (no fault of Office Depot) An employee by the name of Nick assisted me in transferring the document to a version that would print better. He was very patient despite the fact that I came 20 minutes before closing time. He showed a genuine interest in what I was working on and thoughtfully wrote good luck on my print bag. I had an overall great experience!
Came looking for construction paper 12x18 inches.Found it with help.Very happy ending to a bad start with school supplies. Should have come here first.I wont make that mistake again.

Went there looking for a laptop case and found a great one. Also needed and bought a portable mouse and a surge protector. They had a few other tempting deals but I passed for now.Staff was friendly and helpful.
Came to look for business card holder, a leather book. Walked around the store at least ten minutes and not one person asked if I needed help. Employees were all over the store. I finally asked an employee and he pointed to an area of the store. Needless to say, I didn’t purchase anything from Office Depot that day. I most definitely will never return to this location. Probably won’t shop at any Office Depot. I can’t see myself giving a company money that isn’t investing in better customer service training.
Veronica at the Print Center is a 5/5 customer service representative! We had work with multiple O.Depot locations all around Houston and San Antonio and this is one of the best so far. At least at the printshop my experience has been very good!
Are you kidding me? My daughter brought a thumb drive in Friday morning. Print Mgr told her the job would be ready that evening.Its Sunday at 12:30 PM now. Young lady at print counter told me she has no order on her computer. Nothing else. No checking on a counter, literally no other effort. She said she had to wait until original lady came in an hour.I call my daughter and finally young lady decides to look. Voila, theres the drive. On counter about 10 feet away. Evidently original lady put a hold on it because of lack of paper stock....and nobody called us called us with any kind of update. Luckily, I got there early enough to get order re-started. Now, I have to wait another 2 hours.Do brick and mortar companies have any idea why they are failing? Changing technology is one thing, but having unmotivated employees being your front person is just a quicker way to fail.
I have been an Office Depot customer for years. They have an excellent selection, I primarily use them for Paper, Binders, etc. In our office. Very friendly and courteous.
Within fifteen steps of walking into this store, a customer service rep engaged me, and knew what I was looking for. He found my intended purchase at the price I expected to find (from an internet search), and radioed his coworker asking the coworker to obtain my purchase. I took a couple minutes to do some perusing and walked up to the cashier where my purchase was waiting for me. Great teamwork! Great customer service! Within ten minutes I was out of the store with correct purchase in hand. Well done! Ill be back.
I used to love shopping here. The quality of customer service here has drastically declined. Their associates have very little to no knowledge of the products they sell. They couldnt even tell me if there were any coupons available. The app is terribly slow and an employee blamed it on net neutrality. Seriously. I spend thousands of dollars every year on supplies. I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Why would u place signs stating “line starts here”, and yet Ignore the customers waiting in line. Waited in line for 20mins and no one greeted me or said someone else would come help u. I went yesterday to mail some documents through Fedex from them. There was only one person in that area and he was doing multiple jobs like printing, laminating, helping people checkout etc. Every time he came to me and handed me to do something like filling up my information in the computer and then he was leaving forever. Although he was supposed to fill those information up, thats what I see every time I mail something with other stores. When he comes back to help me what I should type in the computer or what would be the option to choose, he sounded definitely confused and nervous. Looks like he was new. However, after a long time when all the information and options were put in the system, he told me that he did not have the right envelopes to ship my documents and he offered me to buy some envelopes from the store to ship those documents. I was so upset thinking that my documents might not ship in time or might come back to me. That happened before also from the same store. I was returning an item through USPS and they gave me a wrong envelope. Eventually after few days, that item came back to me mentioning on the envelope that I did not pay the right price for the envelope.Anyways, back to present business, I then left the store with an upset and angry mind because they wasted a lot of time of mine. I will never go back to that store.
Super expensive prices and employees that wont make eye contact with you so they dont have to help you. Nothing is ever in stock and the copy and print center usually is employed by one disgruntled employee. I cant blame them for being disgruntled because they usually have the bulk of the work to do by themselves while everyone else pretends to be working.
I asked for help. Looking for Pocket planners. Not the large ones. He said quote i said ilse 9. If I didnt need it so bad I would have left.
Staples had botched my homemade planner when trying to spiral bound it. I took it to Office Depot hoping they could work a bit of magic. They went above and beyond my expectations and I have a professional looking planner.
The guy at the copy and printer is great and super helpful, but it was crowed and nobody help him even as we ask the manager for someone else to help him, they are so lazy.Thank you Michael you really are very helpful, servicial and respectful and willing to do whatever it takes to do the job
My wife and I have been going to the Fry store for years and we have always been very satisfied with the service, the friendly personal and computer tech Adam has over and over proven to be a valuable asset for Office Depot. I would always give this office supply a 5 star rating.

The cash registers stopped working and the manager didn’t say anything at all and left us just standing there for a good 20 minutes until someone asked what was going on and then told us that they were charging at the other side. then i asked the manager what happened why they didn’t tel us anything and she responded me with attitude. totally disorganized and horrible. if that wasn’t the only place that had what i needed i would’ve left.
The customer service here is terrible as is the manager, a black lady with multi color dreads. I really think the employees lack proper training. Office Depot ..your in trouble and your storefronts are doomed to fail if you dont improve the customer service...They refused to assist me with my order after waiting inline a long time and told me to order online myself..I left disgusted.

I ordered flyers and the color was great. My order was not ready when I arrived, but the person at the counter was very helpful. She had them ready in the amount of time it took me to pick up printer ink and return to the desk.
Bad customer service experience. Cashier was snappy when my G. C. didnt work the way she wanted on the POS and she instructed me for next time to tell the cashier that they need to put it manually, when I repeat the given instructions she told me to just leave the store.
Last resortThis place is super high priced look online for your items 1st I would go here is only in last resort if youre in a time crunch and you have to pick up something for a project or something like thatI bought accordion file for $17 here my 2nd stop was good will found one brand new there for a $1.50 so I had to go back and return
I HOPE A CORPORATED MEMBER O C.E.O SEE THIS .The worst experience in my life ... I took my laptop to this store a few months ago because it was running slow and I can’t connect to wifi, so after talking with the technician he said that My laptop need a simple tune up that takes about 3 hours so I paid and come back 3 hours later and they said that it’s going to take a little bit longer so they ask me to comeback the next day... they called me the next day saying that my laptop had a virus and they need to restart the laptop and delete everything I said “NO “ to that because I had all the pictures and videos since my sons born they are 6 and 4 so it was like over 10.000 pictures plus hundres of videos and I dont have any copies of all that, they said dont worry we take care of that we put a back up drive with all your info .. I asked him are you sure that all my pictures and videos will de safe he said YES hundred times ... I finally said ok to that. next day they saying that they need more time... 2 or 3 days later they say that my laptop was ready I went to the store and I ask if everything was fine they say yes, I turn on my laptop and sorprise no pictures no videos no programs allMy info was gone.. they said that they put everything in a drive but the drive dont open.. I was so mad I spoke with manager and they said that they are going to trying to save my pics and videos so it takes a couple more days and they call me again I when to the store again turn on the laptop and it was like 10% of my pics thats all no videos nothing . They said that they can’t do anything us ... they even apologize or anything they are trying to say that it was my fault and the computer no them... Now my laptop is worst I think they burned my harddrive, still slow and NO PICTURES NO VIDEOS.. THAT IS PRICELESS. I HOPE A CORPORATED MEMBER O C.E.O SEE THIS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

Horrible costumer service at the copy and print station. We went there to print out our wedding invitations. Once we got past the test prints, which took ten to fifteen minutes alone because the lady behind the counter couldnt get the color right, we asked for the invitations to have a small border on them when they were cut, which she said could be done. We wait there for about another thirty minutes while she prints all of them out and proceeded to cut them. They come back with no border and even worse with part of the invitation gone. She says that she couldnt cut them with a border after all then proceeded to get an attitude and said we had to pay for them anyway because they were done when I said I didnt want them. Will never go back here for anything.
Mr. Kevin and another girl who work in the reproduction department or impressions are not enough trained to be in that department, apart the attention of these gentlemen is very bad. I think they need training to be able to serve the client.
