Had this company come out to do our wood floors which looked terrible and I was not sure how much of the damage would come out. After the job these guys did the floors look literally brand new… I highly recommend them. They kept everything pretty clean dust-wise and their fee was very fair, I thought. I am keeping their number to use again and I would highly recommend their service. The owner Jake is great on communication and really stands by the quality of their service.

5 stars! We just completed a very large project with Jake and his team this past week. J&J has a customer for life! Our floors are absolutely beautiful. The quality is top notch. I cannot say enough about this company. Not only were our hardwood staircase and floors installed with superior quality, but this crew took care of our home. Jake heard my concerns regarding any damage to other remodeling we had recently finished, and he took them to heart. He and his crew took great care in working in our home, and keeping it secure. It is hard to find reliable, fairly priced hardwood floor installers who do premium work, these folks are a gem. Jake was so helpful, resourceful and responsive to all of our questions. When we found a few spots that needed some additional attention at the end, he returned the next day and took care of it personally. The craftmanship is second to none. We had J&J come out and sand, stain, and coat our floors. They were timely, professional, and the floors looked great. However, when we moved the refrigerator back into our kitchen several days later, it scratched the floors. We called and were thrilled that they were willing to come back and repair those areas (We paid for this service since it was our fault). Unfortunately, a few weeks later, we noticed that on one of the small repaired spots, the finish was getting cloudy and flaky. We have called and left messages at least 4 times over the last few months and haven’t gotten a response. We’ll probably have to have another company come out and redo the entire floor as a result. This was a disappointing ending to what started out as a great experience!

We wanted our entire first floor to be all hardwood, we needed the carpet pulled, some tile removed and new hardwood interlaced with the existing hardwood floor in our entry and kitchen then everything sanded and stained. Everyone on the team has been amazing to work with and everything from the quote to installation has been efficient and seamless! His quote was reasonably priced, we chose J&J because of all of the good reviews on google and his knowledge and patience with me and my questions throughout the process and we are so happy we did! Jacob and his team did a fantastic job, his team was professional, timely and courteous to our requests. We don’t plan on moving but if we do, we will definitely be calling J&J for all of our hardwood flooring needs! I cannot recommend them enough!

Jake and his team are amazing! They came in and did a great job on our floor and where so nice and friendly. We did have a couple of spots that needed fixed after the job but they came in and took care of it right away. We love our floor!! J and J refinished my hardwood floor about a 1 1/2 years ago. In the last few months I had noticed some changes in the floor and something did not look right. I called Jake and he offered to come back out and take a look. He told me that it looked like the boards were separating and that was what was causing them to look different. He thought maybe I had moisture in my crawl space. So, to no fault of his own or the work that had been previously done... he offered to sand them down and restain them again! I couldnt believe how gorgeous my floor looked again when they were finished! BEAUTIFUL! He is very professional and truly stands behind his work. Thank you again! Very pleased with Jake and his crews. Had three big rooms and a staircase done in hardwood floors. Fortunately for me, they found that two of the rooms had existing hardwoods so I saved a lot of money and used that to do the stairs. I can’t say enough about how professional they all were....from the installer, to the sanders, to the finishers. They were all great. And the end product was fantastic. Without a doubt, one of the best and honest contractors out there.

My wife and I could not be happier with how hardwood floor turned out. So much so, we had them back for a second time to install flooring in our great room a month after they finished a different project. Jake and his crew are all great to work with. They were knowledgeable, professional, hard workers, respectful and kind gentlemen. Prep work was thorough and kept the house clean at the end of each day. It was a joy to have them in our home. They did a FANTASTIC job on our floors. They were very communicative, answered a lot of my questions, and were very flexible with our schedule. The floors look great and came with a 50 year warranty. I couldnt recommend these guys enough!

I tried to edit my post and wrote everything but it was to long. Needless to say i had an issue at first i was extremely irritated with it, but they apologized like a good company should their price is lower than anyone else by far, so much so that i was honestly concerned that quality would be bad. I took a chance and im glad i did. It turned out beautifully.I am having custom railing done who work on new hardwood floors all the time they came in to tale measurements and said they were beyond impressed that with most new hardwood the levels are off but this wasnt.Everyone that sees it raves about how amazing it looks. True story i was telling my sister about it and she said yeah thats who i used and whrn i got the lrice i thought it was the down payment turned out to be the full price.So stop buying in to the saying the more expensive the better j&j is by far the lowest price and i promise get bids you will see and the quality is top notch.Im thankful that i gave them a 2nd chance they were better than i could hope.

J and J recently refinished our hardwood. They results are just ok. There are several places around the trim where the stain either covers the baseboards or there is a gap and the raw wood color shows through. During their work they managed to get stain on our freshly painted walls and the white trim in our hallway. When these issues were brought to their attention - he simply said I have no idea how that happened He did however attempt the correct the gaps of stain near the baseboards but I see little improvement on the outcome.I suggest you keep your money and find a higher quality contractor. We should have.
