I wrote a short review earlier this year but wanted to add more recent information. I have been in the store numerous times this month, shopping and asking advise for my elderly mother. Each employee has been generous with their time and knowledge. I have been impressed each time I go in. Ed, the owner, has been very patient and caring as he helps accommodate my mother. They hire knowledgeable health professionals who do not work on commission, so are not pushy, just helpful. They ask the right questions to figure out what will work best. I highly recommend doing business with Kansas City Home Medical Supply.

I rent a pair of clutches for two week on 5-22-2021, Saturday and a return date is 6-4-2021, Friday. That is only 13 days. That is cheating.

Terry is the most helpful, pleasant help for medical supplies that my husband and I encountered. It is our “go to” place for needed medical supplies. It is a pleasure to walk in to the store.
