Rusty and his team are booked for events all over the country and its no surprise why. Not only are they reasonably priced, they go above and beyond to ensure they understand exactly what youre looking for and do what they can to exceed your expectations. I initially met with Rusty at his warehouse and explained the look I was wanting for my event. He then walked me through all the possible options as well as why he felt one set up may be better than the other. Unlike a lot of other companies, he never tried to up-sell me on an idea. Fast forward to the week of the event, I called Rusty saying there would be a change of plans and we were now moving our event inside due to rain. Rusty offered to meet me at the venue to walk through all the changes to ensure the set-up was just as beautiful inside as it would have been outside. When it came time for the event, he and his crew were prompt and professional. Rusty always kept the lines of communication open and there were never any surprises. When it came time for the actual event, the set-up was even more beautiful than what I had pictured.
