These guys gave me a parking ticket claiming that I had double parked my vehicle in river market in the farmers market spaces. I was with others and who know that I was not double parked and I cant even get a hold of this company. I understand why they dont pick up the phone (haha I probably wouldnt either) but I would like to talk to someone before having to come all the way downtown first.
Had a LOT of issues trying to pay the citation, but Ryan there was able to help and resolve it!
Parked in Planters parking and paid for parking. The work truck is new, and it still has a temp tag so I put the temp tag number on and they still popped me for not having paid. No one answers when you call.You can try and argue, but it’s difficult to get things off your credit. This is nonsense, and frustrating. I legitimately paid for the parking.
One parking lot with multiple pay stations, I paid closest one onway out, no attendant, overpriced $40 for 4 hours!! Come out to $60 citation on windshield, find attendant now there and was told see the colored lines you paid wrong pay station, at least didnt get a bootI emailed company to dispute and was given discount on citation?! I paid $40 same lot, VERY deceiving to have colored lines to multiple pay stations in SAME lot, same pavement. They know exactly what doing, ripping people off!
Parking services are fine. They keep the parking lots clear and secure (at least the ones in the River Market). However their systems are very old (paper forms and spreadsheets that are mailed between her and the person who processes payments - which is the source of many mistakes in billing the correct credit card), and their office manager doesnt know the definition of customer service. She sounds annoyed and rude any time you need to speak with her (which is strangely more often than I thought would be necessary).
Please have a big sign out or something that lets us know that this is a paid parking lot in city market. I come back to my car with a citation but at least it was only 13 bucks. Its Cheap, but still SHOW me what im getting into before i enter the parking lot. The parking lot space there use to be free i think, but i guess you cant get enough money.

I am pretty surprised by the result and tone of my recent encounter and conversation with Jessica Wade- owner of this company. Considering it is a locally owned company I would expect more. Im sure it gets tiring talking to people about parking tickets but surely a little understanding now and then is reasonable!! I was under the impression I could park where I was parking to eat at Antons Restaurant, I wasnt purposefully avoiding a payment but she would not waive my fee of over $40 for a misunderstanding. If we gave you a warning we would have to give everyone a warning Whats so wrong with that!?! Its not like this was an event night, there were plenty of parking spaces and I was told by Antons parking was available in this lot. You would think that a warning would be in order or something!! A little understanding would be nice. Some days I just cant believe what the world it coming to. Gotta make that money!!! No exceptions! So beware!!! This company has no mercy and has parking lots all over downtown! No signage on the actual parking spots, just when entering the lots which is easy to miss (surprise!!).. lesson learned- check real well and pay into the honor boxes. They want your money!!! Disappointing

I can’t even begin to express how angry and frustrated this company has made me.Had an issue last year with this company that after no response or help, I had to get a Rivermarket board member to help me because they wouldn’t respond to me. The issue was resolved and i canceled the services.I signed up again this year and I’ve had more trouble than the first time.Anytime I’ve had an issue it never gets resolved and I don’t hear back. Ryan the manager is not responsive or helpful. I have tried calling his personal cell, the office phone and emailed him to get an answer.When i resigned up I never received a hangtag and began getting tickets. I tried calling multiple times to get a hangtag. They called telling me my card was declined. Looking atmy account there wasn’t a reason it should have declined. Called the company and Ryan to clear it up and see what was going on. Never heard from him. I tried calling for months to get it cleared up and it was never resolved and I never received a hangtag. I finally got the card info corrected after i called multiple times. I asked them to let me know what the amount was and when they would charge. I answer or call to let me know. Checked my bank statement and they charged me the regular amount for the month. Since then I have received tickets everyday since paying. Every time I’ve gotten a ticket I’ve called to clear it up. No real answer why and I’ve asked to speak with Ryan. Radio silence.Additionally, I still haven’t received an answer as to why I don’t have a hangtag as I requested for months and now don’t have an answer as to why I’m getting tickets.I highly recommend parking somewhere else. Their customer service has been the worst I’ve ever dealt with, absolutely no resolution and every time I’ve tried to clear it up on my end it never gets resolved, I get ignored and causes me so much headache. Clearly I’m not the only one having frustrations.
Will not answer phone almost impossible to reach no options to make payments other then come in and when you do they are never there and now it appears they towed my car for non payment even though I have tried over and over to pay them but no one will let me. I would just about call this place an all out scam.

Plenty of spaces at 10 am, easy to use the meters. Downfall....if you only have cash, you will NOT get change back!!
Even with my hang tag I have received 2 tickets on my car for a lot I pay for.....I did misplace my car tag and requested for 5 months a replacement even agreed to pay the $25 for it. I continued to get tickets even though I had spoken with the office and two of the parking attendedents saying they could look up my account and car tags....yet I continued to get tickets. I have checked my cc and I have paid $55 a month for not even a guaranteed spot. Every time I have called the office I have ended the conversation in tears just out of pure frustration. The lady barked at me for 10 minutes about other people’s accounts as I continued to ask when I can pick up my new hang tag....no response after that for 5 months till I called to protest tickets. Kansas City Missouri owns the lots and I hope they will be open to hearing my concern as I am a neighboring business who needs parking.....
I didnt like it for the simple fact that one of premier parking employees came from behind her desk.and chewed me out for posting something on their website. I guess she was offended by that and hired a white guy and not me,which Im a black man who wad looking for part-time employment,The young lady who got up from her desk her name is Jessica last name dont care about. She was really offended by what I posted and it was not disrespectful ate rude.
Really? Seriously? This old man stand there and knew I had to run in the city market real quick less than 5 mins. When there is no parking, I even had the emergency light on. How can you be a peace keeper yet have no mercy? Ofc its all about making money n have no sense. If you a human, at least you could let people know the no parking zone. Scandalous money thirsty humans with no mercy.
I contacted them in the past about parking prices while I was looking at my options and decided on one of their lots....but now that Ive decided (and really need something ASAP) no one will respond to me! Ive both called (and left a voicemail) and left a message on their site. Im quite upset, but I guess theres no use wasting more time on this. Ill go to the SP+ parking lot instead.
