Chris and Jeremy are absolute rock-stars. If there was a way to leave 10 stars for this company I would. We had a storm that damaged our tent, and even though they were 4 hours away they found a way to get to us the next morning so we could still utilize the tent! They went above and beyond and it is truly appreciated!

Our 20 x 40 tent was a great addition to our party. We were able to to offer outdoor space to maximize social distancing. Thanks so much to Big T rental.

We went through Big T Tents for our at home wedding this past September. They were very flexible leading up to the event and added on extra chairs for us last minute no hassle. The crew showed up early the morning before the event for the tent set up. They were quick and efficient. They showed us how to roll up the tent sides and gave us suggestions on how to properly hang lights in the tent. They were very helpful overall. I would recommend Big T Tent to anyone looking to save a few bucks and still receive a massive deal.

The crew arrived on time both to set-up and tear down for our event. They were very professional and efficient. I had good communication with the head of the crew regarding where we needed the tents, tables and chairs. Also, he easily adjusted when minor changes for placement arose. I was very happy and will use you again next year.

I would NOT recommend Big T Tents to anyone unless you want to ruin your event. I hired them to set up a 100 x 30 tent for a wedding. They did a terrible job. Their tent had holes in it, and the sidewalls were not installed properly. ( They admitted about sidewalls). I spent near about $3,000, but they ruined the event. The tent was leaking and dripping water on chairs and tables. It was very embarrassing in front of relatives and community. I called them right away, and they told me to take pictures. I did so, and they said they’re talking to their insurance company. Now, they denied to refund the money. I have evidence on tape and also have witnesses. I’m planning on getting legal help for not returning the money and deflamation of the family.

Called to see i could rent some chairs, well, talked like she was forced out of bed that morning! I had to hang up. Some training in customer service is where they need to start. The lady gave short answers, wouldnt offer options, no sensitivity, no tone. I asked if they would be able to deliver 50 chairs? She mumbes for 2 secs then asks me if i have any more questions. I know i heard a no somewhere in there, but i was actually planning on picking them up but, she shut me of. Well, i thought to myself, she sounds busy, let her be busy, and so i hang up.

We booked Big T Tents for my wedding and they set up a 30x30 tent with no stakes on a patio for us. Their quote was well below competitors and the tent worked very well for what we needed- a cocktail hour out of the wind. We also rented a few sets of string lights and those were very very important because we didnt have sides with windows. Part of what made Big T so competitive was that they did not take down the tent until Monday and so we didnt pay overtime for the labor. If you plan to book them this is something to ask about as I needed to clear it with my venue to keep the tent up for an extra day and half.

I have been pleased with the services from Big T Tents in the past. I have not only used them for personal occasions, but business events as well. Their current staff needs some work, not to mention their customer service on the management side as well. Will not use them again.

Not sure who KC Rim is but our motto is to not add extras like our competitors do.We do try to be certain that costs are clearly spelled out up front. Our pricing on our website is only for a portion of our inventory and depending on our customers needs items like lights, side walls etc. may be added.

We have worked with Big T Tents on many occasions but this past one will be our last. They were to SET UP the tent, tables and chairs. They only set up the tent and just left the tables and chairs for us to do, when I specifically asked that they be set up for us. When setting them up, we realized one table was broken and held together with tape, and the rest were covered in mud. After scrubbing them ourselves, we called to let them know of our experience and they laughed at us saying that they didnt see an issue. Please rethink investing in their services unless you are prepared for an embarrassment and a lot of work on your part!!

Not that good to work with likes to add on extra chargers at the last min.
