The jobs they send you to is not worth the pay and they dont care if the weather is extreme or not. And the representatives are not people friendly. They just want to send you to a job so that they can get paid.

Staff is friendly and fair. Never had a better boss at a labor ready. And been to alot over time. Fair & understanding. Especially ShaShawnda! U need a job, she got u!

So far so good. They have work, which is the main part. But no bike rack! Its not the greatest area and they have no bike rack. I ask if I could bring its inside,just to get a big fat NO. Thats the reason they lost a star.

Great service, the lady there is very understanding and will go out of her way to help find you a job that is the best fit for you. These reviews from a year or two where reviewers are saying that they are rude and play favorites, they obviously changed their staff since then because its definitely not like that now

I work @ all the Labor Ready in the Kansas City metro areas in both Ks and Mo. I thought the place was fair enough until I had to turn down a job that I knew I could not do. One of the staff members looked at me and waved her hand and said goodbye then. Instead of letting me wait for another one. Not happy with this one and I love working for Labor Ready.

Very rude people. I have asked for an application 3 times over the last 2 months and today they were very smug about refusing to let me fill out one. Barely looked away from the music video they were watching on their computer to acknowledge me and treated me like trash for even being there. I am very regretful that in my searching for a job Ive wasted my time several times going there to be treated like scum for wanting to work. I am clean cut and hardworking and Im guessing the women there didnt want me taking away jobs from their crackhead boyfriends.

Labor ready is so disgusting and rude the big lady on 39th st labor ready gale is so nasty and uses so much provocative language they all pick there favorite people for the good jobs they will leave you hanging dont care about customer or employees at all just there paycheck 3/4 of the time there is no work cause of course like I said they give the jobs to there favorite workers jobs on range $1-$1.50 over min wage no were to look for work at all

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!Ever since they changed everything to an app its went downhill in my opinion. Its a lot harder to find work now. Jobs are only posted once maybe twice a day, and they are all taken before you get a chance to look at it.

This office is ALWAYS on target they are professional curtious never miss a beat lovely ladys in the office are awesome and DeAndre is one of the best Wish all people ready offices knew their job this well

Some Labor Ready offices, {People Ready} send u out on jobs based on a 1st come, 1st Sent type basis. Some go off of whoever is the best fit for the job. Then theres offices like this one. They play favorites. If Lynn doesnt like you, you might as well stay in bed! And shes not known for being a sweetheart. Least not to everyone. She one of them ppl got made a mgr & constantly power trippin. So make sure u kiss her ass if u wanna get sent out!
