We recently merged our company and had back years of documents to shred that were no longer relevant/needed. I dropped by this place on Saturday to drop off some electrical equipment with cords attached. The staff member I dealt with was extremely helpful in helping me understand what other types of electrical items they take. I was very impressed with his willingness to answer my questions.

I work for a company that just started and I needed to keep all the expenses to a minimum. I called around to try to find a reasonable price for shredding the office important documents. Proshred of Kansas City works wonderful for our business. They are set to come every 6 to 8 weeks. However, we only have to pick up the phone if we need them to come early or even if we need to push the date out. They are courteous and professional. I highly recommend them if you want good affordable quality shredding!

We have been using this company to recycle our paper documents for several years. They provide us with locked bins to hold our recycling until they come to shred it at our site. They have been wonderful to work with. When we have periods of higher volume, they are great about increasing the frequency of their pick ups. We have also used them several times for picking up our unused electronics for recycling.

We LOVE Proshred. We were treated horribly by our last company and one of the drivers from that company actually referred us to Proshred (they treated their staff horribly too!).
