Alan is great. Very factual and easy to get along with. Talks to you for a while to calm your nerves while thoroughly explaining the process.

Went there to day because I was in a very tough situation an was feeling I was halfting to make a choice based on different family members I don’t even think he was open to day because it’s Sunday an Mother’s Day an he did the test an the one person I was worried an unsure about passed. I think him very much for making this much Easier on me, he knows a lot very happy am thank full for his help and time. Lol I probably seemed more nervous than any thing an I was not even the one being tested but took a lot of stress off me thank you for every thing.

Ill give this place 5 stars, but the guy looked confused afterwards. Im passed, it was easy and simple. Just tell the truth youll be alright.

Don’t know what the last person is talking about Alan being rude??? Maybe adjust your emotions to consider that you are a liar and failed the exam because of such?Alan was amazing, thorough, and able to review documents to ask the necessary questions. He was kind, compassionate, and easily accessible via email and phone. I GIVE THE HIGHEST of recommendation of Alan.

Mr. Jennerich was Very professional, and Even though I was very nervous about taking a polygraph he managed to get me to relax before the test. Everything came out fine and as expected.

Employed his services on 8/23/19. Spoke to him today after receiving the results. Extremely rude and arrogant. My first and last time hiring him. Would not recommend him to anyone.
