I’ve been a tenant here since September and have had nothing but issues. When we first were wanting to move in, they said the space HAD to be painted and the floors redone with their professionals. We were not allowed to do it ourselves. We were quoted almost $2000 for their professionals (we also had to supply the paint). Come to find out, the professionals who painted were actually just the office manager and the maintenance man. We bought over 10 gallons of paint because instead of priming the dark purple walls, they painted with our white and pink straight over it. The purple is still coming through on all the corners. There is also paint all over the ceiling. A few months later, the suite next to us was rented out and the tenant was able to paint the whole place herself. Wish we would have been given the option and then maybe our place would look better. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago when it was 0 and below outside. I came in for a full night of appointments and my room read 57 degrees. It was freezing. I went to the office manager to let her know and she stated that she had been waiting for people to come tell her that their suites were cold and then she would send the maintenance man to fix it. So they came up and sealed the window to our suite and the temperature went up to 65 degrees by the next day. Last week after it had warmed up, I came to the suite for another full night of appointments and it was super hot. My thermostat read 79 degrees despite it being turned down to 65. I let the office manager know it was too hot to work in. (I’m an esthetician and I wax for a living and my wax will not set up when it’s too hot) she said she would send the maintenance man up after I left. The next day she said he came up and read with his thermometer that it was 70 degrees. I let her know it was still super hot in here. She came up to the suite and when she walked in, even she said it was hot. She sent the maintenance man up again and he still said it was 70 degrees and that my thermostat was just reading incorrectly and he “fixed” it. I came in the next day and it’s still hot but my thermostat is reading 59 degrees. We have a clock in our suite that tells us the temperature of the room and it says 78 degrees. Doesn’t matter what we say, they are convinced nothing is wrong. I had to buy a portable air conditioner for my room. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of how cheap it is. But you get what you pay for I guess.

Smells of mold. Nice place at one point.

I am eating the building as a tenant and relatively objective observer. The owner needs to fix the roof and pay his staff better since they work hard for him. The pond is smelly right now, but still very zen and the best part about the inside of this place. The dry rot needs fixed at the front of the building. Insurance covers this stuff, so I fail to see the hindrance. This is what I would consider a priceless building that deserves to be preserved since it is one-of-a-kind. Please preserve it!!!!!

This place inside is the bomb it has an amazing decoration where you can just sit and relax everything away

Definitely keep this location on your list if your business needs a presence in that area. Working with the owner was a joy. Deals honestly and openly with great integrity. The property is well taken care of. You wont be disappointed with the results.

Excellent office space for small businesses. The convenience of access for my customers makes this an ideal location to office. The staff is efficient and highly professional.
