How much do I love the ladies of Hello Big Idea? Infinitely. I am very grateful to have found a powerhouse of talented, professional driven women.During the branding process, the attention to detail and consistent communication helped me stay on top of my thoughts and kept the process going smoothly. I was extremely impressed with the thought and care went into making sure I was fully satisfied with each item. When I felt I needed to reevaluate my own thoughts on what I wanted for my brand, they were there to help me get my ideas narrowed down to ensure my design fit me. I am a firm believer in what Hello Big Idea has to offer and look forward to do more business with them!

So disappointed in the lack of flexibility with this agency. They quoted me $2,500 for my SquareSpace website in December of 2018. Now, 2 months later, the cost is $4,800 plus $850 just to review the copy I had written for the entire site. Wow. Okay, doubling your rates in 2 months is a bit extreme in my opinion. But I get it, $2,500 was quite low. My rep gave me a long dissertation on why they raised the prices, and that I should have known from their social media posts. I expressed how much I wanted to work with them and asked if they could at least include the $850 they had quoted to work on my copy document, in the new $4,800 price. I asked very nicely and thought that was a very fair request. Nope, they turned me down. Really really disappointed right now. I bet they do great work, Im just really surprised and sad they would be so inflexible. Food for thought when thinking about hiring them.

This team of talented artists and business women were delightful and accommodating to work with for my branding and website. I look forward to recommending them to anyone who has a creative need for business promotion. I’ll just need some HBI business cards! Thank you, Sue Adams #flower-thief

I came into the process of needing a personal/business website from which to promote my book, More Than One Way Home, workshops for teachers and students, and my blog writing. As a Kansas Teacher of the Year and recent inductee into the National Teachers Hall of Fame, I needed a place for people to find me.
