Got unloaded at 11:00 pm they allow overnight parking fast in and out unloaded

This place is a sad excuse for a company.. they are unorganized, unreliable, and disrespectful. They dont care about their employees or their family members. They have no common sense or ability to properly run a trucking business. They dont take proper care of their equipment so trucks and trailers are constantly needing repairs to be road acceptable. Their communication with drivers, brokers, and/or other employees is also severely lacking, and information from one person to another is lost. What a shame that a company like this even exists.

Could have been any better. The staff was excellent!! Backed in an hour early and out quick. Very easy to find and to back in.

Horrible way they talk to drivers, the lady at the receiving desk had a bad attitude, so i asked to speak with supervisor, i made a complaint to him and his was just as bad threatening to refuse my load because i was telling him about her service . That must be his lady or something. Either way horrible attitudes

Easy to get to if you know how to drive. Tandems must be front. They unloaded me a day earlier than appointment. Great people. Very fast unloading. They gave me a door and by the time I got to my truck to get to the door they were waiting on me to get into position so they could break the seal and lock the airline.

Showed up a day early they werent busy around 3:00 p.m. guy said no problem I was in and out of there in 15 minutes.

Rude recieving clerk yells & barks about me not having an appointment then finds it & didnt even apologize. Just be ready for drama delivering here.

Wow was I amazed at how fast i was unloaded. Arrived a day early and i did not even get the chance to get to the office before i was greated by (i think Chad,Sorry think thats what he signed his name as) told me to back to door 25, i went to the bathroom came out and not more then 10 minites he came to my door with paperwork and said your all done. I had a full trailer of cans and was unloaded in less then 40 minutes. Great job. Yes streets are tight but just take slow and wide youll do fine.

Excellent Receiver

No communication from transportation to the warehouse guys. What a dump. This company is a joke. 9 hours sitting here because they decided to load product on wrong trailer so it all had to be hand unloaded. No product was on pallets. This is the biggest joke of a place that i have ever seen in my career as a truck driver.

Took exit 2w on i35, West on James St around the bend, right on Central Ave/9th St, then right on gennesee but I think any of those next 4or5 roads would do fine to get you there

This company is honorable to work for. So much down time cause no trailers are ready, ever, and the boss man is an ah. If you work for them or consider it, run away...

I was told bring the load up asap...get here and the can side is closed on weekends....also...be careful going back out...low bridges on some of the streets.

Good place for delivery. First come first go, do not wait your appt time just go there they take you right a way. Easy in and out i dont know why other drivers complaining to get there it was pretty easy for me, curious lady in receiving, about 30 min to get unloaded full trailer. Do not brake a seal. Tandems at FRONT. Good luck my comrades

Not really hard to get here for trucks. I came down from 12 st exit 2w. When coming off the bridge make a really wide right turn or go down next right into a warehouse make u turn then left b4 bridge. Receiving personnel were friendly.

I will never come here again got here at 4am here it is 8am nobody has called me to unload me and I have a small load no where to park at ridiculous

The professional receiver is staying outside, locked your trailer and unloading in 45minutes tops👍👍👍👍

The so called night recieving supervisor was disrespectful towards an ouside carier bringing their customers product to them to be distributed by their own driver. If i owned a company and needed frieght picked up or stored somrwhere; i could care less if they were the cheapest around, i would hire someone else.

Fast a friendly. Difficult place to find and get toThe many streets to it are not truck friendly and very tight.

Their drivers are for the most part jerks and act like the entire road and neighborhood are their yard. Worst thing to happen to the West Bottoms since the flood of 1951.

Very poor management 10 Hr break often interrupted by management 6 hr load window 12pm as late as 6 pm before you start work equipment breaks makes you work harder than needed management totally incompetent NFI may be a great company its unit is poorly managed
