Great service and dryers are free. Plus theres places to comfortably sit with benches ect. Employees keep it nice and clean and are there to help whenever needed.

I have a minor disability and when I got to the laundry I was helped by a young lady. She told me what washers to use and helped with the soap very much appreciated. She was the evening worker . I regret not getting her name

Fantastic place! Clean, lots of machines in sizes from one load up to nine loads (I think) - free dry and great prices, not to mention the discount days! Definitely the best laundromat experience I’ve ever had.

Im sure the inside atmosphere is nice but the outside makes you not want to go in with all the strange folk sitting outside panhandling

My husband went today by himself for the first time to do laundry because I am home bed ridden. Sick and dying.. he was so sweet as to go do our laundry. He had put the money and soap into a washer and had not yet put the clothes in. Someone came thru and pressed start so this washer going without any laundry in it., He tells the attendant. And she tells him that he is beat and that she wont even call the owner to let him know . I have always loved this laundry mat but we are struggling to pay bills and this 12 for that washer thats a big chunk of change when you didnt have enought to begin with. I will more than likely take my business elsewhere.

Yikes! I live across the street, so I called to inquire about pricing and if they were coin or card operated. The first time I called the lady said COIN and hung up on me. I assumed it was just a dropped call, because I hadnt said bye and had a few more questions. I called back and said I thought the call was dropped, but had more questions. The woman who answered cut me off mid sentence and said I JUST SAID COIN, and when I asked about pricing she sighed and was like its all different. I apologized and asked what that meant, and she just went on a rant, sitting numbers and her tone was so rude.I dont understand why anyone would go here. I was very polite, and if asking about pricing is too much for them, Im not sure how they run a business. Very disappointing and unnecessary, and needless to say I will be finding another service to use.

A little crowded but good machines

You cant beat free dry! There is always empty washers, and we are usually out in a reasonable amount of time. This place can be a little dirty, but honestly its worth it. The atmosphere is fun and they usually have good shows on the TV.

Clean quiet friendly place to do your laundry in midtown.

Very clean facility with friendly and personable staff. The last time I visited the business was being remodeled and machines were being replaced. Even with one third of the machines and usable space out of commission the building was still very clean and efficiently ran. I also LOVED the concept of the machine gives you four $5 bills in place of a $20 bill. This allows the prevention of carrying $20 of quarters when $10 would have been just fine!

Very nice Attendants that work thereVery helpful to me & welcoming it was my 2nd time there at that laundry matt. Washers & Dryers were nice newly updated plus very affordable. They even let you dry your clothes free if you wash there. Thats something unique i thougt that makes this laundry matt stand out from the rest. Plus very clean there.

The washers here are a bit high, but drying is free which kind of evens things out. Decorated in red, black & white checkers it has a nice little theme & almost always has seating available. They offer laundry drop off and the last loads have to be in the washer by 11 which is a plus as well. I would advise going early in the mornings or later in the evenings to avoid rushes.

The place was very clean including the restrooms. The washing machines did an excellent job on our clothes.We used the 6 and 8 loaders. They were a bit pricey but worth it. They also had free drying. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Very clean and efficient. Large capacity washers for 10 bucks that wash the equivalent of 8 large loads and short wash times with free drying time, or large capacity drying for a quarter for ten minutes. Right for the load, and right for the job, right for the price and right for me.

I love doing laundry here! They have plenty of change machines for quarters. (Even when one is out of service) The washers and dryers work very well! Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s They have discount days, which is nice. The washing machines are a bit more pricey but free to dry!!! So basically makes up and ends up being a little cheaper especially if you come on a discount day. They also have plenty of rolling carts and seating inside. I use pods for detergent and works great for me. I did check out the liquid laundry detergent loading department on a few of the machines and I would suggest using pods to wash.

Rude staff. The guy was unprofessional, short with me for asking info, and had a attitude the whole time. Also when I called in earlier to ask he just hung up on me. Don’t waste your time on these people, they should take the money from the inflated washer prices the get from the “free” driers and take a management class. Then (maybe) they would know customer service.

Expensive, clothes were not cleaned after washing them, dryer does not thoroughly dry.

You can wash a large load for about 6 bucks with free dryers. I havent been there for a while but thats what I paid the last time I washed here.

Really cool and casual place to do laundry, staff is awesome and super friendly, coin machines gives out change for wash, discount wash on Tuesday and Wednesdays, free dryers as long as you wash.

There is laundry detergent in the soap dispensers in the bathrooms instead of actual antibacterial soap! Thats unacceptable, especially with the Covid-19 pandemic happening. Otherwise, free and unlimited dryer services here! Plus $2 off washing on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Best place around for laundry. This is the only place my husband and I go too. It has free drying if you wash your laundry and they have big washers so you can do 8 loads at once. Its a little bit pricey but its FREE DRYING so its worth it. The most we have paid is 12.75 for an 8 load washer but again you get free drying so its worth it to us. The place is always clean and the people always are nice.

2021.... The free dryers are the only plus, on today seems like my clothes didnt get clean other customers take your things if your not watching. The workers are a bit rude. Nice clean lots of washers a very sizes and free drying

My washer was broke down and I had to do my laundry, but I needed WiFi because I had to multitask. Thank God for this place! It has large capacity machines, daily specials, its attended, you can drop your laundry off if you dont have time to do it yourself, and of course, theres WiFi so you can get some work done while your laundry is in the machines.

I love the relaxing sound of the machines, Main Street Laundry is always clean, which is important when you may drop your cloths once in awhile.

Go early morning in and out

I came to this one a few times due to not being able to make to the main laundry mat I go to on Raytown. I dont like this place at all. The workers there cant give you change for any amount. My clothes dont come out clean. Yes the drier is free but only for 20 minutes. Never going back will continue to go to Raytown to wash my families clothes.

Most unprofessional employee/manager I seen, I put the money on the big Machine about $13 and start it and forgot peace of clothes in the basket so I went and open the door right away and the Machine stoped working when I ask the manager for help he came at me with attitude saying I broke the Machine and I need to use another one and he can give my money back, ( like I was born yesterday) I know u can rest the machine just by turning it off and back on and he refuse giving me the Uber level management/owner number by saying I am the manager. Never coming back to this place.
