I created my own design, but was concerned that one image was a little complicated. They assured me that their process would work with the design. I received it yesterday, and it looks FANTASTIC! If its import, TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!NOT A REAL BUSINESS.!Its just a guy working out of his house who may or May Not get your job done in time. And doesnt seem to care ether way.I needed a presentation box engraved for my sons college graduation party.This was Very Important ro my family. People flew In from CA and TX for this presentation.They assured me they could have it done in time (5 DAYS). When I called the day before they said the guy that does the engraving was out and they wouldnt have it done.If it needs to be done on time take it to a REAL engraving business.

I highly recommend. The actual gift was better then what there proof showed and the turnaround time was incredible as I needed it for a wedding at the last second. Quality product abd bride and groom loved it.

We have used Creative Laser Solutions for the past 3 years for our soccer team. We get the mini soccer balls for our Senior players. Transitioned ownership to a new person in our organization. Even though we double checked all the same info (billing, invoices, and shipping address) would be the same just my attention, they still shipped it to an old address on file. Additionally, we paid for overnight. They decided redo the order and in the process of shipping it, did ground shipping. Not only did I not receive the original product, and had to ask for a redo, it’s now arriving a full 2 weeks after the original date.

Ordered a custom basketball for a corporate event. The proof was sent to my email within one business day and looked exactly how I wanted it. Shipping didnt take long at all and it was delivered three days sooner than needed! The basketball was great quality and the design looked flawless. Couldnt be more pleased!
