Just got an e-mail today from Steam saying that somebody from here attempted to log into my account, with the correct e-mail and password as well. Changed my review and hopefully it is solved!(Edit: As seen by the comment from the owner, things are being worked on)

Ive been using them for several years with zero issues. The first time I has to call was about a small billing issue and the person I spoke with was an actual tech who knew exactly what was going on and wasnt reading of a script! So refreshing. I highly recommend Joes!

I have been hosting my services with Joes Datacenter since 2016. Exceptional service! In 5 years, theyve only experienced 2 brief power outages which were remedied within 10-15 minutes. Prices are amazing!!

The service and support went way down over the years. I had a few discrepancies with payments then over a month later they suspended my server and refunded me the money. Was more a hassle then everEdit: Made countless calls to them also, which never once returned in a phone call back from Joe or his team. If there was 0 stars I would choose that.

I got an email that someone or something was trying to login to an account of mine and it gave the IP address for here. Joes Data Center... Sounds like a bunch of hackers to me.

Opened a ticket to clarify service offering and availability. Answered a couple questions then they stopped responding completely.

I have used their VPS service for many years. In the beginning, my service requests were handled within hours; this was followed by many years of no issues. However, I recently had problems with the automated OS upgrade and subsequent connectivity issues; the support request took between 24 to 48 hours for responses. So, what prompted a less than stellar review after years of trouble-free service? This happened because my request to cancel service (due to poor support) was handled in a few hours when the initial support request to have the issue fixed was still open at the time of cancelation for more than 36 hours without a response, let alone a resolution. They were good once, but times change.

I am very happy with my dedicated server. When I needed help there support responded within 30 minutes and fixed the issue quickly if you are looking for good service and quality use Joes DataCenter. I am looking forward to expanding the services I have.

The whole team at Joes seem to be a passionate group of people whose goal is to provide unrivaled value. I feel confident and comfortable coloing my more critical equipment there, because I have yet to work with a group that does such a good job of making me feel like my stuff actually matters to them.

Ive been using Joes for 6 months now, and Ive had absolutely no issues with downtime, or my server. Ive only had to contact support a handful of times, and I usually get a response within 5-10 minutes. Ive requested a OS reload in the middle of the night and it was done in 20 minutes. I plan on expanding with them more this year, and potentially start using there co-location services. Keep up the great work Joe!

We have used Joes for several years and have received great service. I would give them five stars but I cant with the UPS issues they have experienced that have resulted in 2 outages. Hopefully with recent upgrades they can put those issues behind them.

Joes is the greatest I have ever used. If I am down they are easy to reach through the ticketing system or if I call. I have never had an unresolved issue. Every time I have requested an OS reinstall it is done with in about an hour. Fast, Friendly and Very Reliable!! and very affordable!!!! Thanks!!!!

Ive been a loyal customer for many years and can tell you that Joes is the best when it comes to customer service and there product offering! Their dedicated servers are reliable and affordable. Theyre not really worth the reviews here, Their average Support Response time is 24 hours, Their Phone Support does not answer or simply asks you to create a ticket even during an ongoing downtime.Maybe there were good earlier, As of June-2019 Most Definitely NOT!My recommendation?Search for a better place for your dedicated servers to co-locate or rent other than JDC.

Ive had a colo with Joes for a little over a year now. Absolutely great experience. I had some issues early on but they were related to my server not Joes. They quickly responded to my support request and helped me through the issues i was having. The network has been rock solid over this period and my speeds have been solid as well. Im glad i stumbled upon you guys. Thank you so much.

Had them for a solid year. If we had an issue, it was solved. And we rarely had issues. Down to earth owners, even offered me a discount in financial struggle times. Machine performed as expected. Network was perfect. Affordable, in comparison to other like machines. I would recommend Joes to a friend, and I have. ^)

Joes Datacenter is great. They may have had some problems in the past but dont let that scare you, they are a great company with great people. We have a dedicated server and a colo hosted server and we are very very happy. Never had any downtime and support is very fast at responding most of the time, and they do have a phone number you can call. Also when we drove down to drop of the server the experience was very nice, they set everything up for us and even let us hook up a monitor to make sure everything booted up, the security was also impressive. Joe, the owner was there, on a Saturday afternoon, that left a very good taste in our mouth.

Easy to access for customers, but very secure! Knowledgeable techs. Super friendly and accommodating. Freezing cold in here! Lots of different packages to choose from and Great rates.

Support initially answered quickly. They offered me KVM over IP and now its been days of no access to my server and no one to honor the KVM over IP offer so that I may troubleshoot. Ive sent an email a day for about four days now and no reply... what a joke. My company was going to move our Chicago colo to Joes, but thats definitely not going to happen now. Im going to find someone else to host this server now. Thanks Joes! What a wonderful experience that Im thrilled to share with all of my IT colleagues! Keep up the great work!

Best data center in Kansas City

I have been using Joes datacenter for almost a year now. They have been nothing but an AWESOME crew! When I need something done, they have always saved me a 4 hour trip. Their prices are the best around and the facility is in top notch. I have already recommended a few of our vendors and clients to Joes.Joe himself is a very nice guy and always willing to help if I do have to come there. Seth and Diana are both Great as well. In all they deserve more than 5 stars, and I will look forward to recommending Joes when back up sites are needed.

Im wondering why I am tracing so many attempted hack IPs back to this facility. Get the impression this company is merely a front for something other than what they claim to be in business for. Seems like others are identifying the same hacking attempts coming from their servers. Ill have to forward to one of my buds in the Govt for some digging

You can no longer rely on JoeDatacenter. With the time they have become egoist and dont value their customers.They simply terminate your account without notification of it in advance and then paste you their T&C that they can do that anytime.Its very risky and dangerous to work with Joedatacenter. Dont opt for production servers.

I have been with Joe since 2010 and their team will always go above and beyond to make things work. One bit of advice is Joe is a value host so expect to get your hands a little dirty and dont expect them to do all your patches and what not. You are not going to get 99.999% uptime and redundant everything at his prices but if you can live with a small headache every so often its a VERY good value. I have rented everything from a full rack to a single server and received the same great service no matter how much I was paying.

Joes Datacenter had lightning fast dedicated server deployment in my case. I ordered the dedicated server from them at 9:47PM EST and I was able to ssh in at 10:51PM!They also allowed me to swap the hdd for a smaller ssd at no extra charge.So far I have only had great experiences with the support staff, and they have always responded very quickly to my support tickets. I hope that continues and I am optimistically confident that it will!

Unprofessional, terrible. Weve been a great customer and responded to all abuse complaints promptly from them. They without informing us in advance just shut down our servers. Their abuse complaints we got from them were always vague with nothing action-able (AOL complaining of some spamming...no idea of content or whos doing this or anything from them though).Do not use them. We have hundreds of thousands of users and they just turned us off without even a prior email. Why are you going to risk your business working with unreliable people who will turn you off on a whim?

Been with Joe for about 4 years now. I colo and have had zero issues with the service. Network is amazing, I always get 1Gbps to my house over Google Fiber. Could not recommend a better host. Staff is nice and helpful and even as I colo, they do try and be helpful and provide KVM when needed!

Have had Colo with Joes for a bout 3 yrs. Only been down once for server move. Had 350days uptime till I had to reboot recently.People who complain about the service or cant get anyone on phone are idiots. Joes provides the bandwidth, location and the server if you rent one. 100% clients responsibility to keep the server running. If there is an issue, start a support ticket. They reply quickly. Calling on phone saying help me now, I’m the only one in the world, is not going to get you anywhere. If you complain about a server going down and you have 1000 clients on it, you should have built in some kind of redundancy. And youre an idiot for thinking any server is bullet proof. And there are a lot of you out there, Obama was elected TWICE.

They take great care of people, they understand their Clan base when they have troubles.They had a hiccup with my server and gloriously took care of me after the hiccup I would highly recommend them if youre looking for unmanaged servers.As a extremely awesome secondary point they keep their Datacenter properly cooled as compared to their competitor that uses oscillating fans in the aisles...

Coming upon two years of service and using Joes Datacenter and I havent had a problem. They moved their location last year and every since then things have been running way better than before. I have a server colocated with them. They have top notch support, Ive been impressed these past few days as Ive had to go onsite to work on my server and without fail theyve allowed me to be show up. Ticket response time is prompt, I think the longest Ive had to wait was maybe an or two hour but even then the ticket wasnt a high priority. I have recommended and will recommend people to use them, great prices for colocation.

Im not sure why I havent written a review sooner. I have had multiple servers colocated with Joe and his team for about three years now. I have never had any problems and everyone is always quick to assist on any request. Stopping by the Datacenter to maintain hardware is always a pleasant experience as Joe and his team are very personable. The pricing is reasonable as well. Ive been with JDC as a colo/dedicated/VPS customer for over 6 years. Every issue Ive ever had has been promptly addressed and the value has been phenomenal. The network is a mix of budget providers with good peering. I get great speeds and ping times locally and cross-country. As a colo customer, data center access was controlled but still readily available. As a VPS customer, I experienced no resource contention or overselling on a small low-budget VM. As a dedicated customer, my hardware has been stable with excellent uptime, and at a price much lower than similar companies in Chicago or Dallas. Joes prices are consistently low and the service has been great.

Hmm I was very skeptical initially while going with joe as some people have mentioned their horror stories with them but I dont believe them now. I have been with joe now for more than a month and their services has been spectacular. I rent a dedi from them and I got a phenomenal deal from them. I always hosted on VPS with control panels but never on dedi so it was my first try so I had to ask them for several re-installs, order extra IPs, IP KVM and all of my tickets were taken care of within 5 minutes. Ill strictly mention the IP KVM scenario, as the ticket was responded well under 2 minutes and my server was on KVM within another minute. Great service guys. Highly recommended.

I have been a Joes colocation customer for 7 years and have been amazed by all aspects of their service. As a colocation customer, I shouldnt (and dont) expect much from the datacenter except for making sure the internet and power stay on, but they have provided service well beyond what is expected or required of them.Recently, we had an issue with doing a scheduled upgrade of our servers software. We started the upgrade at about midnight and immediately started running into issues with the upgrade (our own fault). Joe happened to stop in while we were working on it and offered his much appreciated help to get us going. Joe went well above and beyond to ensure we had our server back up and running by morning. If you are looking for somewhere to colocate a server, I would HIGHLY recommend Joes Datacenter. You wont find better support and service for the money or probably even a lot more money.

Joe and his team are awesome.. The service and stability for price is unbeatable. I was hesitant about the online signup process because there wasnt phone sales and who wouldnt want a live person before shipping equipment but they came well reviewed from our steaming video vendor WCIX..It was the best chance Ive ever taken and we use the site for backup servers on 100Megabit unmetered connections that are actually sustaining 200Mbps. In addition we get free cross connects, great support and unbeatable deals on power. I opened a ticket to let them know that Im hammering on their network for $55/mo and they encouraged our heavy usage! And theyve got the bandwidth to back it up! Wow!I mean.. we pay more for POWER ALONE at our coresite facilities then these guys charge for the combined rack/power/support/bandwidth/etc.. and they actually like their customers! We have backup equipment with other low cost leaders (Steadfast Chicago & FDCServers Denver) but nobody treats their customers better than Joes.-Brian

Very unprofessional staff, just lost $38 dollars for a very low quality service that I didnt even started to use (cancelled after 2 hours). They declined to give me a refund, do yourself a favor and go with any other provider, their price.
