I have an older Volkswagen eurovan that needed a power steering hose leak fixed. New hoses and parts in general are nearly impossible to come by.I called Tompkins and explained my problem and asked if they could fix my hose. They told me they needed to look at it and to come on down. Into the Uber I go. Waited around 30 mins for the fixr to come up and take a look. He said they didnt have the parts to build a new one and I asked if they could repair this one. He said they could but they dont do that. Got a policy against it. I just took my hose and left.I spent $30 on the Uber, which I couldnt afford and they had nothing for me. No apology. No nothing. End of story. FML.

Great Service! Crystal who works there is polite and friendly. All of the staff there are great. We use them for a majority of our hose needs.

Stand up service, had some ac hoses rebuilt for a 91 k2500. Had to order the fittings took 4 business days, very satisfied !

Brought an AC line to get repaired, they couldnt do it without breaking the line. They suggested me to go to cstk and were very helpful.

Bad company. Pretty much worthless unless you have standard size fittings they cant handle metric size. I wouldnt even give them one star but I had to in order to give a review
