Back in January, during an arctic blast where the temperatures were in the teens and even single digits for several days in a row, the pump went out on my hot tub. I contacted Brian, and despite not being fully recovered from a bout of flu, and also despite a snowfall that made the roads difficult to navigate, Brian made his way to my house to get my spa working again. Brian got the spa working and I am very grateful to him, because there is no doubt that the spa would have frozen up and been severely damaged otherwise. Brian is a professional. I have used his services for a number of years now. This is not the first time he has saved my spa. He saved it several years ago as well, in a similar situation, where the heater went out during freezing temps. You can count on Brian. I will not hesitate to use his services in the future. He is a go-to, can-do, trustworthy guy.

Took 3 days to return call but then did come out the next day. Quoted me $615 to replace circulation pump. When I texted to question the price he simply replied not interested, call the dealer. I got the pump replaced for less than half of that price. I would avoid Brians Spa Services
