Had a $1500 item delivered with obvious damage to the outside of the container the item was packaged inside. The driver told me, if you open the package its yours. He also refused to take the package back if I refused delivery! Sooooo?!? This package was also insured. Beware of this company!!

Had a complaint with GE about my dishwasher. They sold me a new one at a discounted rate. This company delivered and installed the dishwasher. The unit had a bent door, they installed without all the parts and did not even put on the insulation blanket. They literally slid it under the cabinet and then put two screws in and left. What a joke. Dont use these people ever.
