Customer service is bad they are not helpful at all and talk behind your back if I did not have to pick up the cargo I would not use them again

No problems. My 4 Parrotlets(birds) arrived alive. Only wish I could have picked them up at the airport so they didnt have the extra ride to Delta Cargo. It was a very small container & wouldnt have taken up to much space. But appreciate them arriving safely!

I had booked a flight to Cali for one of our Tibetan Mastiff puppies and got there 3 hours early. The puppy had a vet check done the afternoon prior. When we got there he had been panting a drooling (large breed puppies drool) the manager lady refused to fly him out because of it! I said we wanted to speak to a supervisor and she went outside to smoke and call him telling him the dog was sick and all sorts of lies. I could overhear through the door. It was absolutely insane that this uneducated women could tell me my puppy was not flying to his new home. I have shipped many dogs internationally and all over different airports with no problems. This women was lazy and didn’t want to do her job! Thank god American Airlines busted their butts to get my puppy to his new home that day! He arrived safe and sound that evening! I will NEVER do business with Delta again!

This was my first experience dropping animals off for cargo. The ladies checking me in were very helpful and even shredded paper for both the kennels I was dropping off. The gentleman in the loading area put my large kennel together for me. Thanks for your help Delta staff!

Had 4 birds flown in for Florida they did a great job

My dog missed the flight (from Kansas City MO to Atlanta GA.) because of these people. While i was at the facility I was told the dog was on his way on the plane. I saw them cart my dog away along with 2 other dogs scheduled for the same flight (DL1250S/25) Make sure you get to the cargo facility 2 hours ahead of the departure time... better yet, tell them its an illegal immigrant you are shipping and they may even book him in first class.

I love employees at this location! Very friendly. Shipping is hard, mistakes happen. My dog did miss his flight but they got him on the next.
