A recent closing with Tracy Kjar was by far the worst experience weve ever had with anyone in the title business. The level of incompetence is mind-blowing. Everything got screwed up from the moment she had the order, to trying to give title to the wrong properties through title commitment, and other errors too numerous to mention. I had reached out to management but they dont seem to care. Avoid this company at all costs and I will tell everyone I know to avoid them. They have never reached out to me to offer an apology or try to make things right.
