I really need to speak with a person. So, I can file a claim. The recording keeps saying there is no one available. All if the agents are busy. The hold cue is full. How are you suppose to speak with a customer service agent? When is a good time to call to be able to speak with a person? If no one us ever available. Then there should be more options to file online. Then someone can review your claim. Then callback with questions when someone is available.

Walked in and needed forms scanned and emailed and the lady at the front desk, and was able to be everything done in minutes.

Experience is good, some people are friendly and others you dont want to know

My experience was not a good one. I had never been there before & the worker who was suppose to be helping was very rude & not helpful at all.

Theyre very well trained people who understand and helps to reach your goals

I love this place they have been helping me for over 10yrs with the free services, classes and advice. If Im in between jobs or in need of a service Im glad this place is here!!
