The facility is a bit disorganized and nasty with trash all around, folks were a little snooty as if dealing with loads was an inconvenience or was interfering with their social media exploits. Took 2 and a half hours to unload a very basic load. The lowest person on the totem pole, the guard, was the most pleasant one there. Bring your lunch, you may be there a while.

Painless! Everyone was really nice. Easy backing into a dock. But I was unloaded and rolling in about 2hrs.

It took this driver nearly an to back into his door. If he hadnt slid his tandems back it probably wouldnt have taken that long. But seeing his load inside ...yikes!!

I came early so they turned me around to come back, I gave five stars because the girls in security were super nice and once in the door it didnt take them long for unloading, they actually finished before my appointment time. No problems here, my advice, come at appointment time up to an hour early for delivery, pilot and the qt dont depend on them for parking once your unloaded

Awesome place keep up good work 8pm appointment ck in at 7pm out by 915 pm plus near by parking at 2 truck stops just get there early truck stops nearby full after 6pm

Wasnt an overly painful wait. the clerk was a pretty cool dude, a little cluttered here, but pretty decent place to do business with

Drop and hook. Fairly simple. Typical experience for a woman driver. Pushed around in the parking lot by fellow drivers and talked down to a bit in the office. Stepped outside to get my trailer number and some dude said whats the matter? Theres no crying. Just because Im a woman doesnt mean I cry over problems. Just normal trucker behavior. It should be called a school yard. I can see why its called a bull pen. Full of bullies.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could! I showed up at 5:15AM for a 5:30AM appointment. I was immediately given a door. You have to slide your tandems all the way back and then drop your trailer after you have bumped the dock. In less than an hour I received the call to reconnect to my trailer and collect my paperwork. After I left the facility I parked at the QT which is just a couple of blocks away. Not many distribution centers can or will get you in and out in about an hour, but this place did! Color me impressed!

Very, Very, poor communication never answer the phone for neither shipping or appointment scheduling.

Unloaded me exactly 3 hours after my appointment time. They do have a restroom & snack machine by door 102. Drop trailer in a door & check in @ door 202. Pilot is a couple miles away.

Had late night delivery, took 2hrs to get unloaded. No overnight parking. There is a QT just down the road with truck parking, but good luck finding a spot. Only hassle is you have to drop your trailer and then park over by the guard shack were you checked in. Docks are very old school and very tight backing into, thus the reason you have to drop your trailer. They have a bad habit of of calling several drivers to the docks at once and getting backed in and docked can be a real cluster mess.

You check in you walk to the door youre giving a paperwork and to call you when I have a door available no restrooms around here

Unprofessional- You will never get anyone to answer the phone no matter what time of the day is. Guard Shack has no idea what they are doing and are very rude.No sense of urgency for customer.Do not show up late they will reschedule you several days out.4 to 6 hrs to unload.

Honesty i would give this place zero stars but the guys at the gate are nice and quick. The yard jockeys are garbage it took them almost 2 hours to go grab me an empty trailer, off their back lot that we outside drivers are not allow to go.

Disorganized. Didn’t get a dock till 2 hours past my appointment. Very small lot. Bunch of trucks waiting for the dock. Hard to move around.

Drivers room/restroom locked and security while nice about it, wont let you bobtail to quik trip to use theirs. Never been in this late, 1900 appt, so cant say if this is normal.

Nice and friendly guards.You can check in max 1 hour before your appointment.Very strict with appointment, so do not late.Sunday unloading was pretty fast.In/out 1.5 hour. Got the door upon arrival.Monday in/out took 3.5 hours.Sometime when they are busy it takes 2 hours to get a door.But once you got a door unloading will take 1.5-2 hours.Drivers room with restroom, vending machines and microwave is available.QuikTrip and Pilot are full 24/7. It is a lottery to get a spot for parking semi.Locals park their trucks over weekend.

You guys need to stop putting the heavy stuff on the back we cant take wait off the back. By moving the wheels forward it adds weight by changing the center of gravity. My trailer is all in all under weight but its illegal for us to hall anything over 34000 lbs on a single axle. Put the heavy stuff in the middle not the front, not the rear, right in the middle. Jesus do not pull loads from here they want your axle to break and lose your career

Showed up 2 hrs before my appointment and was unloaded right away.

Hit or miss. Sometimes in n out, sometimes you got time to walk to the qt because you forgot to bring your lunch.

Nice people but still take abnormal amount fo time to unload a trailer. I had a 2pm appointment, showed up an hour earlier. Got on the dock at 215pm with 7 pallets on the trailer and sat over 3 hours till they offloaded. Wont be coming back here.

Not your typical Sams DC. Minimum amount of space, less organization. Wouldnt bother me, if i never got sent back.

Check in at Security. They will tell you to pull ahead and park by the light pole to the right.Then you walk to Receiving, Door 202.Then you after that you go back to your truck, wait to be called.Then you go drop your TRL in the door they say.Then you bobtail back and park by security with the others. If you arrive in The morning, bring breakfast. In afternoon, bring lunch. You will be here many hours.

Dont book your next load before u get ur trailer back, they dont care 6 hr still not unload, at window they dont care, very unprofessional never seen any sams distribution like this before, stay away if you can,its

Nice people that work here, especially at the gate. But the place is filthy! The driver lounge was trashed, looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a month, The bathroom was the same way and had no soap!! Nasty!

Security were nice and cheerful, chatted as I was being booked in. Told me to park and walk to receiving.Told the fat guy in receiving I was his 0500, he asked ‘then why are you late?’ ... it was 0520 ... I thought he was joking until he wrote ‘LATE’ on my paperwork and told me I was now a work in ... I hope there’s a special place in Hell for this f’kin a-sole! 😠

No overnight parking. Employees were fine. Only let you in the gate an hour before your appointment. Pilot and quick trip nearby. Parking fills up quick tho.

Typical walmart DC over worked receiving clerks and outside carrier drivers time is unimportant to them. Most of them are nice enough about it.

Appointment was 11:30 am I arrived at11:am was told to go park and check in at the receiving office at 14:13 I finally received a phone call to go drop my trailer in a door very disappointed in thier ability to unload truck load freight in a timely fashion

Pain in the but to back into a door

Everyone was great. Friendly from Security, to the Office, to the Yard, to the dock. I was supposed to be a drop and hook but they didnt have an empty, Kenny, The Yard Man got with the dock and got me unloaded in about 45 minutes, so I can take my trailer with me. Thank you Kenny.

Truck drivers can count on spending about 3 hours getting unloaded here even if the load is skids of the same product. You have to unhook the tractor and park as usual with Walmarts and Sams. Pretty easy docks to back into.

Bad place for delivery, does not have a parking, in addition guy from receiving office talking with the drivers rude and nervously. Come here not early.

The guard shack knows how to do their job properly its the people inside the building where you have to give the paperwork to that are incompetent and unprofessional

How can Sams Club, especially this location be owned by Walmart and still be so terrible when it comes to emptying a trailer? You can check in an hour before your appointment time, but typically you dont get your trailer into a dock until 2 hours after your appointment time and then it takes these clowns another four to five hours to unload the trailer... It is like this every single time I come to this location

Guards were friendly for a change. Facility is an old LTL cross dock. Fort lot for empties is a disaster.

Every one of the one star reviews are correct.. I have nothing more to add except it is a big place and they probably need to hire more dock unloaders or SOMETHING. We get unloaded all over the country faster than this place its kind of a poor excuse -someone somewhere in there is dropping the ball.

Went I with 3 load bars, pulled out of door with none I told the office manager and he told me I only had 2 I went to door and some a hole was telling me I only had, so drivers please take your bars out and lean them against building, I will never go back there again!!!!!

By far the best Walmart DC I have ever been to I showed up at 0415 appointment at 0500 I was in a door by 0450 and off the property at 0615 on top of all that my trailer was clean not scattered with pallet as per most dcs
