They are friendly, fast, efficient and the prices are super reasonable. They got my computer ready in 3 days (they need to replace the fan). I will totally recommend them and I will go to them if I have a problem again with my lap top again!

Late post- but I took my 8 year-old Old MacBook in after the hard drive crashed a few months ago. They replaced it and did some other updates, new battery, etc and it works as smoothly as it did when it was fresh out of the box 8 years ago. They are friendly, professional, honest, and dont try to rip you off. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. They are awesome. Highly recommend if you are in need of Apple Service.

If you need your Mac repaired or diagnosed this Is the place. Very professional quick and friendly. They do great work and I had my MacBook Pro back within two days. I was treated with respect not just another number in the crowd.

Havent even used them yet, but Im already looking forward to it. When scheduling a repair at a Genius Bar, you do so blindly, without any personal contact with the location. When I called TekSolutions, I was immediately transferred to the technician himself to discuss the problem. Plus I dont need an appointment, I can just walk in when its convenient for me. Im really hoping to avoid the noisy circus of most Apple stores Ive been to. Ill try to update this review after the fact.

I recently had a problem with my six year old MacBook Pro. Apple told me it would take about 3-5 days to fix the problem assuming a store could fix it in house; if not, it would take around 8-10 days to ship it to their service center and fix it. After reading reviews online I decided to give TekSolutions a shot and I am extremely glad I did. It took them 24 hours to not only fix the problem, but also make my Mac run faster. Additionally they were extremely nice and kept me updated through the process. If I have other problems with my MacBook in the future I am not even going to deal with the Mac Store, I am going straight here.

I dont know how to describe Teksolutions as anything but a godsend. My Macbook Pro randomly crashed on me and wouldn’t come back on. As a graphic designer, this was a huge problem since I had quick deadlines on projects for clients. Being the holidays, the soonest available Genius appointment I could make at the Apple store wasnt soon enough. I found TekSolutions online through the Apple site and booked the earliest appointment I could. TekSolutions is definitely not the typical hip location you would expect from a Mac certified repair shop, but within 10 minutes of warmly being greeted by the staff, my computer problem was identified. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to get my computer up and running for me as quick as possible. They are affordable and upfront. If you ever have an issue with your Mac.. bring it here!

Better service and support than the Apple Store!

I forgot what the tech guys name is that helped me with my dead 2012 Macbook Pro, but he said I just needed a new hard drive and was kind enough to look up the cheapest deal for me. I purchased it and sent it over he installed it and my Mac was updated and running and helped me retrieve all my files I had! I thank him a lot for fixing my computer.
