Perhaps at one time this company may have been good. Unfortunately, in recent months, their trash service has become atrocious. They have multiple, independent RECENT complaints (on their Facebook page) of dumpsters on regular schedules NOT being emptied, which is precisely the issue Im having with them now. My pickups are on Mondays, and here it is.. Thursday, and my dumpster has not been picked up (emptied). Ive called them every day this week and have been told that they are behind but someone will come to pick it up... trash that cannot be thrown away is not piling up INSIDE our office because of this. Ive asked to speak directly with a supervisor, but they have denied this. Too sad.. they USED to be really good.
