John is a magician! He completely transformed our large rug and accent chair that has lots of abuse from our kids and dogs. They look brand new! We are very happy with his services and would highly recommend him.

Reasonably priced and highly professional .I spent weeks trying to find a carpet company that was reasonably priced and willing to come on the weekend and to my good fortune I got in touch with Stephanie at Innovation in Floorcare. She was quick to respond to my questions and concerns and she super polite and professional. She quickly scheduled a cleaning that worked with my schedule and confirmed with me a couple days in advance. On the day of my appointment John arrived and again I was greeted with a polite and professional person. John came in prepped the house for his equipment to protect my hardwood and floors, that were not getting cleaned. He then explained what He was doing and told about the company history which was reassuring. I was at complete ease with him. He gave my carpets life again. The following day, while walking barefoot, I realized just how badly my carpets needed that deep cleaning, it was so much more plush and soft. I will definitely do business with them again.

Very meticulous, friendly, professional, very good quality and very fair pricing. Took a room carpet with what looked be to be years of pet dander, dirt, and a couple of stains and had it looking and smelling new.Very thorough extraction as well so drying times are not long.I like that it’s a family business and multi generations in the field. Very high level of knowledge. Highly recommend!!

John did an amazing job on our carpets. He went above and beyond to make sure every spot was clean. He even did the tops and sides of the stairs.Had a mystery spot that didn’t want to come out. John worked with a few different solutions and finally cleaned it out. Floors are all most 15 years old and look brand new again. And our house smells so fresh.I would recommend over and over again. P.S. his prices are better than most places out there.
