Used to be my go-to place. This last time, in spite of having at least two to three people actively working to fix things it looked like, many other things were still unfixed and wrong. Quarters got stuck in the first bay i went to. Terrible water pressure once i started in the second bay- I could hold the hose directly up to spots on my car with no avail, distinctions between wash/ rise, etc seemed slow to turn; plus, it appeared soap was sparsely still instead the rise cycles until the end. I have so many soap spots still on my car after $7. The bay I ended up with had a very used brush, as well as was missing part of the hose on the rainez tool. Such a waste.Also starting at the beginning of the year youll be unable to use quarters and have to pay by credit card or purchase tokens. If they cannot guarantee that the equipment they have is in tip notch, Im definitely NOT giving out my credit card information. Yikes!P.S. The pictures Ill provide are of now- after $7 worth of wash. You can still make out the wiper line/ spots that didnt come up and soap markings.

After my lifts in my truck, it wouldnt fit in a automatic car wash. This one is always clean and has staff on grounds. The price is good and I have never run out of products.

Great car wash. Has everything you need to hand wash. The auto washes are pretty quick and dont have the brushes that scratch your car. All the facilities work. Would recommend.

As always the equipment works and the bays are clean. They have changed over to tokens from quarters, but that just improved the coin operations. We usaully use the brushless automatic part but with the roof rack on from camping we were too tall.

You have to use their tokens instead of quarters. So I tried to use me debit card in both the automatic and self and they were having network issues. I know it wasnt my debit card as I had just used it. No...my car did not get washed.😔

I like the large amount of bays with cc option. Also, has a drive through that for me is on the high side and could improve drying. Plenty of vacuums also

Only place my husband and I wash our cars. Not liking to have to use my card now or tokens. We use to save our quarters and now I feel like it is a big deal to wash them. I am always scared I wont stop everything right and my card information will still be running.

Change machines only give tokens hereIts a decent wash, well-maintained, standard options that youd expect, and you get a reasonable amount of time for your money.But 2 stars taken away for the change machines. They only give $1 tokens, and as far as I can tell, the tokens are only good here. For that lack of flexibility alone, I will find a better car wash when I need one.

This place is very well maintained and usually there an attendant who can help out with any minor issues. There is one thing that is gone now, that I really miss, Its getting actual quarters instead of tokens for the car wash. Otherwise one of the best car washes in the Northland Kansas City.

Great little pay to spray car wash. Owner is friendly and keeps this place nice and cleaned up within a day even when heavy trucks leave cinderblock sized dirt clauds or someone leaves a stall full of trash and personal junk during the night. Always use the tokens. Every token cost a dollar but gives you a dollar and quarter wash time.

I only go to this place have been for years and I have a sports car if that matters, will say I have never used the automatic wash there so I cant vouch for that but I use the manual wash and vacuums theyre always nice and respectful if you meet any of the people that work there.

A good place to get out to wash car

Everything is pretty up to par as far as actual washing materials for a manual wash. It’s well kept! The only downside is there isn’t an option to air dry. So bring your own drying equipment.

Great self wash. I can usually get the car clean for less than $5 myself and a better job than automatics. There are 2 automatic bays as well but I have never tried them.

I usually do not have a problem at this place. However, Saturday night Feb. 2, 2019, I went through the first stall of the automatic wash and is sprayed soap, then nothing else worked, me and my 10 year old got stuck in there for almost 15 minutes. The sprayers kept going back and forth in front and back of my car. There was no way out and no one there to help. Finally stopped and got out, then had to spend another $3 to get it rinsed off in a self wash stall. I had already spend $10 on the drive through one. I cannot reach anyone. Just rings and rings. Who knows if I will see my $10. Not happy and my daughter was scared.

Great carwash. Always leave with a nice clean car. They have self serve bays and automatics that DONT scratch your car. The staff is super nice and always make sure you leave happy and with a clean car! I would recommend stopping here every time you need a wash!

The automatic washer did a very good job on my very dirty car!

This is my go to car wash for North KC. Prices are awesome for the self wash bays. I love the hot water soap wash. I go here at least once a week to wash my vehicle. The only issue I’ve had is there have been a few times when the card reader didn’t work, network error, but when I came back later in the day it was fixed.

If you want a carwash that doesn’t scratch your car come here! You can wash your vehicle yourself or use their automatics, either way this place is the best hands down! They have super nice staff and make sure I’m always taken care of if I have a problem!

Very bad vacuums i put $3 on number 5 it didnt even start and half of them dont work. Plus there is no customer service Or no employees there

The owner Trevor responded quickly and we came to a resolution. He refunded my money for the failed wash caused by a local power outage and for the air brush painting of my car. He also gave me a $50 gift certificate.On 6.11.18 at 730 PM the new automatic car wash stalled in the middle of my $8.00 wash. The arm rested against the rear passenger door in my driver side. I had to pull out of the wash bay after the green light came on. Even though I did carefully it left a scratch on my car, and didnt wash the soap off. Of course there were no employees there and no visible phone number to call. I do have photos. I hope ownership will make this right. I left my mobile number taped to their door.

This is an easy car wash to access and it does not require an excessive amount of money to start your wash. Ive never had any problems with vending machines, etc. You can easily get a car wash in one round.

Really good selfserve wash bays, the pricess seemed to have increased a lot here but always clean and in good working order. I cant speak to auto wash, never have used it, I was by hand only. :)

Wash my Cadillac here frequently. Favorite car wash been coming for 20+yrs and still use the same equipment, its well-maintenenced, up to date and frequently stocked on supplies in the detail machines, vacuums work great and they have plenty of trashcans. Multiple stalls, even an outdoor open wash bay for 4x4s, oversize vehicles, rvs, utility or farm vehicles too. Greatest car wash north of the river. Guaranteed. Id come back here anytime and I usually spend about 8-12 bucks and 3-4 hours here every time I come to take care of the car. Been through 7 cars since this place opened and it hasnt changed a bit, hasnt fallen apart one bit.

I used the DIY wash bay. Its expensive, I just used rinse-soap-rinse and it cost around $10. The soap or water leaves a thin noticeable film on the paint. I thoroughly rinsed and hand-dried but it was still present.At least they take credit cards.

Auto wash took my $10 and never worked. No working phone number to call and no one working in the office so I contacted better business bureauUpdate: after calling the better business bureau, a manager from spotless said I could come pick up my $10 so I did get reimbursed.

This place sucks! I go to wash my car in the automatic wash so I put my $10.00 in the machine and select the GOLD wash and nothing happens and of course no one is there to assist. I go to the C-store and no one has a phone number for them. I had to Google to get the phone number, AND still no one answered. So basically They just ripped me out of my money. BEWARE OF INSERTING ANY MONEY AT THIS CARWASH!

Heed the warnings. A serious rip off. Paid $10 for a premium wash package and basically got the equivalent of a kid with a garden hose. It basically just made a bigger mess. Keep looking. You can find a better car wash just about anywhere.

Horribly priced! A minute forty per dollar token - rip off... Youll get about twice the amount of go time at Olympic off of North Oak. I was there during the week before 5 and there was no service provided/assistance when the automatic wash wouldnt accept my crisp $20 bill or read my card at Dr Spotless. Pressing the help button didnt do any good and thats when I learned NO ONE was there! I had to get out of my Durango leaving the kids to get tokens for the automatic wash because I had already started feeding it singles and it wouldnt refund it... worst part is that it was $20 worth of their tokens that I had to waste at their facility which is twice the price for the automatic wash compared to Olympic.

Just the best place to get a very large vehicle clean

I have gone to this car wash several times in the past couple months. There are two options: self-serve or the automatic car wash. Both options take credit cards. Lost a star because it’s expensive (both the automatic and self-serve options). For example, the automatic car wash was $12 for the cheapest wash that had blowers and keep in mind this is also a touchless automatics wash (I’m not a fan of touchless washes). The automatic wash was also programmed really fast, almost too fast to be effective. I’ll stick to the self-serve bays from now on.The self-serve bays are clean of dirt and debris. The brushes were also clean (the day of my honeymoon, almost 10 years ago, I washed my truck at a different Carwash without realizing the brush had heavy grease on it. Imagine a truck with grease smeared all over it. It was not a pretty sight).The self-serve bays have a ringer for chamois and there is plenty of space outside the bays to otherwise take your precious time cleaning. I have not used their vacuums because I vacuum at home for free. Overall, a decent self-serve car wash.

I tried one of the self wash stalls and all the equipment worked as expected plenty of space and the grounds are well maintained

Last week the changer took my 20 dollar bill and gave me no tokens. Put in a 10 and only got 10 in tokens that didnt even get my car clean

Clean stalls good value especially compared to the expensive drive thru 10 to 12 dollars and your car doesnt get clean.

Poor quality for the price. I spent $15 total. $12 for gold wash and $3 for the salt wash underbody wash. It didnt fully clean the car and there are still spots on the lower part of the car as well as the windows. In addition to this there are numerous small scratches on my car that were not present before. I just bought this car and am extremely upset at the quality of service. Very unlikely I will ever return.I have photos of my vehicle but am unable to post them on this review for some reason.

I dont understand why sometimes I go there and wash my car and the water is cold in which it leaves spots and never gets my car clean and other times the water is hot in my car looks magnificent. I wish they would get this problem resolved.

This is my favorite car wash in the northland area of Kansas city Missouri. Im always looking for ways to wash my vechilcles for around 5.00 i am able to wash rinse rainx wax and spot free rinse. did i mention that i also use the brush w/soap all for 5.00 now i am moving fast but i get the job done Im sure for 6.00 id be able to take my time and still get it all done. if in the northland give it a try everyone that works there is very nice and happy
