Thank you Victory Ford at the Legends. My truck had the water separator light that would not go off even after we drained the water. I did not have a appointment for service, So I dropped the keys in the overnight box and Jimmy in service received my keys and got me in that morning. Jimmy called me and provided me with updates and also recommended other items that should be changed/replaced because if the age of the truck. Jimmy even went above and beyond and assisted me with locating my last service at another dealer to see what they did so Victory Ford would not duplicate the service. When I called in the evening my truck was ready and I was expecting it to be with them for 2-3 days since I did not have a appointment and their was numerous cars and trucks pulling in that day for services and other issues. Thank you Victory Ford. You are my service center from now on. Your technicians and service department do a great job. Thank you Jimmy for your care and concern. You did a great job in taking care of my vehicle.

11.00 appointment for The Works, a fairly easy routine service. An hour and 40 minutes later, my car had not even been moved into service area.Apparently, appointments mean nothing. Took car without receiving service. Coould not take the risk of missing a mid-afternoon commitment.

The door handle on my wife’s Ford transit broke. And of course we were going out of town the next day. The guys at Victory worked their schedule and got the bus taken care of. Super clean facility with a great waiting room. Also every one of the employees I met were kind and courteous. When I’m ready to buy my F-150 I know where I’m going!!

The customer service at this location is outstanding. When looking to buy a vehicle the task can be daunting and stressful at times. The employees here make sure that quality customer service begins the second you step on their lot. I had gone to other dealerships the same day and when I tell you that Victory Ford stood out beyond comparison I am not kidding. Had a pleasant experience. My salesman Andrew was very kind and took the time to listen to my needs. After the sale was complete, he took the time to make sure everything was in good order before I took delivery. No high pressure and they offered 3,500 more for my trade than other dealers. Read that again, 3,500 MORE!!! Their vehicles are priced competitively with similar equipped vehicles on the internet. Great job Victory Ford Team. I worked with Andrew sales rep at Victory KC! I am absolutely speechless on the level of customer service this man has! From the prompt answers, to the call backs, to the attention to detail, sends his customers a customized video of the vehicle they are looking at, he greeted me with comfort, he stayed very professional, had a sense of humor. Man this guy is great. ANDREW MAYO he is the guy to go to with your vehicle needs. Brian Pringle GM as well, will go above and beyond to treat his customers right. Simply just listening and understands, he has a great sense of humor, but also willing to help out when needed and where needed. I dont really care how the service department called me two times bugging me about an oil change on my car. The last one that called was a lady and she seemed a bit aggressive and tried to pressure me into making an appointment.I explained to her that I really had a lot going on at the moment as I work two jobs, in the process of a K1 visa, and my elderly father was battling cancer and I was helping my mother, but it seemed to me that all she was interested in was me getting my oil change.Today, August 28th. 2021, I finally had some time to get my oil change, granted I didnt have an appointment, but at this time in my life, it is really difficult to make appointments. I arrived there at 1:30pm and inquired about getting an oil change, the Service Advisor told me that it would be about 4:00pm before he had any openings. I asked him if I could come back around 3:45pm and in a annoyed tone told me that it closes at 4:00.It came off as rude and unprofessional.I ended up going to a Jiffy Lube.

Dropped my car off to have the windshield fixed that they broke and a module replaced Wednesday the 29th. Got a call Friday October 1st saying it was ready. Come to find out they ONLY fixed the windshield so now Im waiting again hopefully theyre actually fixing what needs done. Not impressed with this place in the least bit.

Bought a used Ford vehicle from another dealer in South Kansas City and the next day my Check Engine Light came on. I brought it to Victory Ford and met with Service Advisor Michael Toll who was AWESOME in getting his guys to diagnose and fix the issue. He then spoke with the GM of the other dealership so that they would pay for all repairs instead of me since I hadn’t owned the car but one day when the problems began. Michael went above and beyond my expectation and for that he should be recognized.10 out of 5 stars, please!

The customer service in the service area is outstanding! I have all my maintenance performed at the Legends location (previously at Bonner) and they have never disappointed me with their customer service or advice. The service team is a quality staff as well.Today Jimba was my customer service person, but all of them are great. I give the entire team a 5 star rating for so many years of quality service! Being a manager of a medical facility I understand the importance of good customer service and know I have high standards to meet. This team rocks!!!!

My mirror makes a whistling sound on my 2019 new Expedition so took it in for a second time as they can’t seem to fix it and it’s very annoying!! They said I will call u back in what else we can do…that’s been a week ago so guess I am not getting a call and they don’t seem to want to fix it. Very frustrated spending that much money on an automobile and I have to hear this whistle. Guess I will have to try google now….

I had a large puncture in my tire from highway debris. Victory was the closest place to fix. It turns out they were also the best choice. They were very pleasant and took my truck right in to take a Look. The waiting room was very clean and spacious. Enjoyed a cup of free coffee while I watched them work on my truck through the viewing window. Michael T. Was super helpful as my service advisor. He really took care of me and my truck! I will make the drive in the future to have my service completed at Victory!

I bought my vehicle at From this dealership. I have spent thousands of dollars with this dealership over the years for maintenance and repairs. I have been very loyal except when they couldn’t get me in which was seldom. Over the past year I have taken my truck in for regular service and repairs. During that same time this dealership has absolutely gone down hill. Blame Covid like everyone else. That dog won’t hunt. Worst Ford dealership in the metro. Great technicians. Love Ford. Victory not so much! Won’t be back!

Came in to have someone look at an issue my Explorer was having along with a recall repaired. Another repair shop quoted me almost $5000 to repair my vehicle. Victory Ford fixed it for less than $1200. As a single mother I am so grateful for honest places like these that aren’t looking to take advantage of someone who isn’t very knowledgeable on cars and repairs! Scheduled appointment for factory recall. Left at Victory for 6 hours only to be told recall could not be performed. No qualified technician on site. They even struggled to find someone to do oil change during same Saturday visit. Done with Victory Ford . Similiar issues in the past. Good Bye!

Service was great timely and was able to get my appointment scheduled very quick. Their inspection of the vehicle that was standard with the service was great. They notified me of a pending recall on my car and were able to schedule an appointment for the following week to complete the service free of charge. Another great experience here. Took my car in for maintenance (transmission fluid, brake fluid, anti-freeze fluid, recall work) and had some rolling over of my ignition afterwards, which was new post-maintenance.Update: I have had my car back for a few weeks now and it is running well. We have since remedied the issue, which was two-fold. One of my other parts needed to be taken apart and cleaned, as well as the recall maintenance done initially was incorrect which was causing the ignition problems. I was pleased with the customer service and that they admitted they had made a mistake and then fixed it.

I am sure this dealership has better days, today was not one of them. Saw a truck I liked sent a request to check availability the dealership email assigned a sales rep who did reach back in email offering to help late on Saturday. The sales rep did reach back telling us the vehicle was available late Saturday close to closing! we expected the gentleman to call us on Monday morning we never heard anything so we sent another email after we saw the vehicle was still available informing the sales rep that we wanted to test drive we are 99% sure we would purchase the truck. Much to the long lack of communication the truck was sold. I took the day off from work assuming the rep was taking care of us. We had been waiting for confirmation call to go test drive the truck. Never happened no calls or follow up email even after we advise we were coming. I called the reps desk left message as well as his cell left another message. Sales rep sent a text advising he was with a customer and could not take the call, this is all after finding out the vehicle was sold already. The assumption that the sales rep would call follow up and be a salesman never occurred the emails did credit there no calls or follow up. What did happen was the rep texted back telling he is sorry I feel the way I do about the situation placed the blame on me. I did reach out to the GM and discussed the extreme dissatisfaction of how this all played out. The GM did exactly what I expected him to do he sided with the rep and said it’s a tough market and you have to move fast. Sorry that’s not the way this works. I am in sales if I treated any clients this way I would be done. Take it for what’s it worth I learned car buying still is not fun. If you find a vehicle you want don’t depend on the process in place. I should of just went to the place and made them stay open late that day. Sales rep told me twice he was to busy to email reply or call twice. That’s a great sales technique I would not advise that. Good luck and I hope this helps I blame myself for allowing this happen I hope this info will allow this to never happen to anyone. That does look for the perfect vehicle.

Michael in the service department was hands down the best service adviser I have ever worked with. Bringing my vehicle in to start regular service with their dealership, he handled it all professionally and was respectful of my wants. While there, the car experienced another issue that a different local dealer had “fixed”. Michael and the service techs dug deep into the issue and corrected what was actually the problem. Hands down, one of the best service experiences I have encountered.

They did fine work, just very slow for an oil change and tire rotation. 15 minutes to check in because you have a specific assigned person. Upsold me on the radiator flush. Told me no extra time to do it. Ok. Waited 20 minutes to tell me I need back brakes. I watched the service technician pull the wheels off. Then nothing for 20 minutes while he told the service guy. Then the service guy comes to tell me. So 2 hrs spent in Quick Lane. I would use them again for “factory” service, but will go to a speedy oil change place next time.

We were very happy with the service we received from Victory Ford. We had tried to do business with them in the past, but couldnt make the numbers work for what we wanted as a payment. They had tried very hard to make it work, going back and forth with different numbers, but it just didnt work out. The best part of our experience though was our salesman, Chris Colwell. Chris was very friendly & easy to work with. Definitely a guy thats on the buyers side. So this time, when we were once again looking for a vehicle, we knew our first stop would be Victory Ford to work with Chris again. Once again he was a pleasure to work with but once again we couldnt make the numbers work with what I was looking at. But Chris was able to take the details of what I was looking for and find us a vehicle that we could make the numbers work on. Im so glad he did, I LOVE my new car!! Im much more happy with what I brought home, then I think I wouldve been with what we originally were looking at. Quick and easy service! Was in and out of the facility in 45 minutes for a full service to my vehicle. Was able to schedule an appointment only which was easy and convenient. Facility was clean and well kept, only thing holding me back from a full 5 stars would be for their Covid-19 precautions. There aren’t any posted in the facility and while staff was wearing masks, most were wearing them improperly. Would definitely recommend to my family and will be back for more services in the future.

Wouldnt take my Voyager card for some reason, took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation even though I had an appointment (I was late but I called ahead and they told me to come on in), and they didnt read my notes to only use synthetic oil and put in some blend. The supervisor was nice enough and offered to let me come back and get it changed again for free (like thats some kind of big favor) but I dont have time for that noise. Probably wont come back, for service or anything else for that matter.

I made an appointment to avoid a longer wait time, but I was still there for 3 hours for reprogramming, factory recall issue, and replacing belt which took 10 minutes while the reprogramming was going. One other thing was as I was waiting to get checked in in the service area as a mechanic walked away from the counter was said f@#king idiot. Not sure who that was directed to but very unprofessional. At least he wasnt the one working on my truck. As far as that man, he did a great job.

I owned a 13 F150 eco boost that began leaking oil and having turbo issues while shouldHave been covered under the power train warranty (the one they themselves sell as “anything oil touches). When asked them to hold their end of the deal they would only cover a valve cover gasket and nothing to do with the turbo. After them wanting me to pay $2000 i decided to trade in and buy an 18 F150 5.0. After 20-30k miles the 4wd began acting up at slow speeds or reverse and cam chain tensioner noise began. They again would not warranty any of it to where i took it to Zeck who at least warrantied the 4wd issue. Never got the rest fixed as “it’s normal”...not because nothing wasn’t wrong. Now i got rid of the F150 and asked for them to buy out my warranty. Yesterday I was to be given $970. Today when i make it in the total is now right at $840 back. This place doesn’t keep their word, doesn’t value the customer, and certainly doesn’t stand behind their product. All they’re good at is taking your money. Listen to me. DO NOT BUY FROM VICTORY FORD!

Never in my life have I dealt with a more unprofessional, arrogant, spiteful, rude, threatening, service manager. No one in the service department communicates anything to others. I called multiple times, spoke with service advisors, had my original dealership call, and set up for me to come in for warranty work. I was told the part was still under warranty by an advisor there. When I arrived, no one knew anything about it. They finally get me in, and after a bit, the manager comes in and tells me the part wasnt from them originally, that they had it brought in from a parts store, so it wasnt under warranty anymore, as the part store warranty was shorter. Tried to sell me a replacement for more than they cost. Was mad, do I got my kids and started to leave when he said well you should have called. I snapped back at him that I did, that no one there knew how to relay anything, and that I was told that it was covered. He gave a sarcastic sorry, and I told him to f off. He then proceeded to follow me out, saying I bet you wouldnt say that to me outside of here I said did you just threaten me? He said no sarcastically. So I said he was f-ing incompetent and walked outside. My car wasnt there so when I asked where it was I got a very sarcastic I dont know it pulled up a few seconds later and then words were exchanged that I honestly cant remember as I was so angry I couldnt think straight. I threw my coffee down, had my 2 year old stand next to the car, while I loaded my infant into the other side. While I was doing that, he walked up to my 2yo, and said to her Im sorry for your dad. At this point I was shaking I was so furious. I came back around, put my daughter in the car, said f you, and got in my car. He then started trying to shame me because my car is a Hyundai. He was saying nice hyundai enjoy your hyundai thats a cool hyundai. I pulled out quick as I could before it could escalate any farther.Did I maybe overreact a lil bit, yeah. Should he as a manager handled it differently, 10000% He should have never blamed me for the situation, and should have just asked me to leave, not follow me threatening and then taunting me. Though if he wouldnt had blamed me, I wouldnt have ever got upset to the point I did,, and nothing would have happened. But in NO WAY, should he have EVER walked up to my daughter, especially in the middle of what was happening, and say something to her that intended to upset me more. That was so far beyond unprofessional and unacceptable, and the dealership should be absolutely ashamed on behalf of him, if nothing else, just for that alone. I will be calling to speak with the GM, and I will be reaching out to Ford corporate to file a formal complaint to let them know what happened, and how their manager handles things.

On-line Scheduling is easy and very convenient. Even if you need to modify your appointment, that is also done on-line. The service work was perfect and I was kept informed throughout the process. I love my Ford and Victory takes care of it for me.

Seamless experience. I dont know about costs, because I only had recall service done. Im one who doesnt like to take my cars in to be serviced, because I dont trust them. If a friend cant fix it, I get rid of it. I would definitely give Victory Ford a chance after this.

I have been to several Ford dealerships in the KC area and while I am a huge Ford fan I will tell you that I’ve never received the exceptional service that I received at Victory Ford. Joe on the Service Team was polite, informative, efficient and really made me feel like we was looking out for my best interests and within my budget. My favorite car is a 2009 Fusion and I have been doing all I can to keep it going. The repairs that Victory Ford did made my car feel and ride like a brand new car. I am so excited about it. I purchased a 2019 f-150 from victory ford 1 year ago. In the first year, it has died on me twice, and just recently brought it in to be serviced. I purchased a 100000 mile warranty, and with that, I was without a vehicle to drive for 24 hours, and it was also brought to my attention, that I have a deductible for service. I was not informed of this at time of purchase. I will not be doing anymore business with this dealer!

Michael at Victory Ford is the top service manager I have worked with. He is experienced and very professional. He is genuinely working to keep my vehicle in top running condition.I always know I and my F150 have been taken well care of when dealing with Michael. The service techs do a great job. Never leaving issues half done or not completed. The work is always excellent. Best service department in my 40 years of owning vehicles. Only thing needed is a larger service bays to accommodate more business.

Hi there, came in yesterday for an oil change and alignment. I called up there and I believe Mike answered my phone call, always just super courteous and nice. I believe mike is the gentleman with glasses wearing the plastic face shield. Over all my experience was pleasant. I choose this location over the one closest to my house because the service is supreme every time. No ones ever rude to me so I all the way to Kansas and I live on the Missouri side.
