Would NOT recommend this company. Had a 1pm appointment last week. Called at 1:15 asking if they were still coming. Was told they are running late and would be another hour before they would be able to arrive. I informed the receptionist I needed to be at work at 4:30pm. She said if he took any longer than an hour (2:30pm) she would let me know. He showed up at 2:45pm and started putting soap on my car (before even talking to me). I went outside and told him that I informed his receptionist I needed to be at work by a certain time. He said that would not work and wont be able to detail my car.Havent gotten a phone call, apology, or even an attempt for a reschedule for them being almost 2 hours late. Bad business practice and lack of communication for their clients.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I called and scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks after the day I initially contacted this company. I delayed my vacation by 1 day so as not to break this appointment. Much to my dismay after 3 weeks of notice, no one from this company showed up to detail my car or even so much as called to notify me that they would not be showing up for the scheduled appointment. When I called in to see why a day of my vacation had been wasted there were no apology offered or any attempt to rectify the situation. The best they could offer was to show up 3 weeks after the original scheduled appointment. If you enjoy having your time wasted I definitely recommend waiting around on this organization to not follow through on their word.

I’m amazed. He spent two hours on my car and it’s so so clean. Amazing job for the price. Everything was covered in dust and food and pet hair and it’s gone. Will be back again.

Nifty did a great job cleaning my car. I have two kids, so I had a lot of stains, sticky substances, and crumbs. It was like new when they were done! and they did it in my driveway without me having to take the kids out and about, so convenient. Definitely recommend!

Came to my work and all I had to do was give them my keys and that was it. Looks brand new, they were very nice and professional. The prices are excellent.

Great job on my van although puke smell is still there😭 they cleaned my car in my driveway for 6 hours. Im glad I had nothing planned for that day.
