Customer service does not exist. Taking forever to fix a problem that is their problem, not ours. Cannot get answers and just am told we have to wait. The automated service is truly a joke. Wish we could change to a new service today.

Worst customer service ever. The Chat option is a joke, you can barely get through to a live person, which cannot really help you, and if you ask to speak to a supervisor your are told that they are in a meeting and will call you back which never happens. If you email customer service they either tell you to call customer service or just do not bother to answer your email.My company is looking to buy a new postage machine and I can guarantee it wont be from Pitney Bowes again.

I am never buying from and businesses that’s use Pitney Bowes. The worst service and communication ever.

Done done done.....Pitney let an employee of mine sign me up for a 3 year lease....she didnt have authorization. I also let the same person go for stealing....and guess what Im stilling paying on a lease that I NEVER USE. Im a small company dont need a meter machine!

I work there and it is nice place to work at.
