This company is very scary! They were taking care of my boyfriends grandparents and they were completely terrible. We had to call the company for neglecting them and they didnt respond for hours. We were paying them to stay awake and care for them for the entire time, but they were sleeping and didnt respond when Grandpa fell out of bed. The caretakers were cruel in many more ways than that too. They left his grandfather laying on the floor over night. They were there while he fell and they left! They told him to pee in his diaper in bed. They struck him every time he tried to get out of bed. They wouldnt prepare proper meals for them, just a plain piece of toast. The worst caretaker was named Laresha. She stole money from his grandparents. She would write her own checks for double the amount of money she was supposed to be paid. ALSO some of the caretakers would arrive hours late, leave early, and leave randomly. They would sleep on the job and turn off their phones. We have not been compensated for these losses. This company lets its employees abuse the elderly and take advantage of them and their families. Absolutely horrible. Never ever use their services.
Ms. Linda Nelson was appointed by the court as temporary Guardian for my Aunt with severe dementia. We agreed to Ms. Nelsons appointment based on statements made to us by Ms. Nelson that were later found untrue.Numerous attempts were made to contact Ms. Nelson regarding ongoing concerns for my Aunts home safety issues and care needs. Ms. Nelson refused to meet in person, speak on the phone, or respond to any of my e mails for the past five months. Each time a home safety or care concern has been raised to Ms. Nelson, she restricted family contact with my Aunt, further adding to my deep distress about my Aunts safety and well-being. Finally, rather than addressing care issues in a timely manner as Id been told by Ms. Nelson that she would do, Ms. Nelson banned all family contact with my Aunt altogether. For some months, we were unable to contact our loved one by US Mail, telephone, or in person visits against my Aunts wishes.Home safety issues raised more than five months ago, to date, have not been fully addressed. We were told the delay was due to difficulty in getting funds for repairs from the Trust Agency. However, records show there was no such delay in Ms. Nelson getting paid for her services.Ms. Nelson has refused to disclose her fee schedule to our family. Through legal action we now know why. Under the Guardianship of Ms. Nelson, my Aunts care is now costing roughly THREE times the reasonable and customary rates for similar care. My Aunts financial resources are quickly being drained. Ms. Nelsons legal associate is ensuring a lengthy court process allowing Ms. Nelson to continue to draw exorbitant fees for services that could be provided better for free by family members. My experience with Ms. Nelson has been a nightmare. As a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with decades of healthcare and case management experience, I would never recommend Ms. Nelson to serve in the role of Legal Guardian or Geriatric Care Manager for my loved one.
I have been trying to work with one of Creative Care Consultants named Linda Nelson. Unfortunately Ms Nelson was appointed as Guardian Ad Litem by the Courts in Missouri for my Sister. This woman swore that she was unbiased and neutral to my family. Instead she did the exact opposite and continuously writes emails to one family member gossiping and creating hard feelings among family members. I would never recommend this organization or any of its employees. The only reason we are with this group is because we were lied to by our lawyer. Their fees are outrageous and they refuse to tell family what they charge. In fact we had to pay a lawyer to find out what their charges are.
