Harley is AMAZING!! She has trimmed my hair, my kid’s hair and my boyfriends hair for years. Our experience with her is always top notch! I honestly don’t let anyone but her touch mine or my kid’s hair. Although Harley is the only one I’ve dealt with when it comes to haircuts, all of the girls are super friendly and sweet and fun to talk to. I highly recommend this location!

After the service became subpar at Lady Jane’s, I figured I’d try out Sport Clips. The service was great, they were attentive and on time, my haircut turned out as good as (if not, better than) Lady Jane’s haircuts but without the catty talk or abrasive customer service often found at that establishment.I’m very pleased with the overall experience, I would definitely recommend.

Ever since new management took over this location, its been horrible. New manager is not friendly at all, and the communication has been awful. Been going to this place for the last 5+ years and have always enjoyed my experience until new management took over. My last few visits have been very unprofessional and unfriendly. Heard from many people that a lot of regulars have not been happy with the change. I wont be going back, unfortunately, but figured Id send something over in hopes of saving the location and the good stylist that are being effected by this. Bad management kills business, and the current one is not the right fit.

I took my boys here to get their hair cut tonight and I was blown away by the whole experience. They are elementary school aged so I feel like any time I take them somewhere the stylists just rush through and look annoyed when we walk in. The ladies who did both of their hair were extremely friendly and both did an amazing job! We will definitely be back!

Very slow service, and seems to pick and choose who goes first. I checked in online, got there before my schedule time. Got a message saying my stylist was almost ready. I checked in at the store, my name was next inline and 3 people who came in after me got seated before I left. Go to another place and got seated right away. Wont go back there

When I called to try to figure out why it wouldn’t allow me to check in online, they said they can’t walk me thru how to do it online. Which I know how to check in online it the website kept saying I’m on a waitlist but when you go to the wait list it states your not now a wait list. This did not happen when I checked in for Belton, just Liberty. When I asked if I could just make an appointment for two haircuts ove the phone she said no you have to walk-in to check in or use the app (which is obviously not working) she didn’t offer to see if we were not the waitlist— just made it seem like I was wasting her time calling their store. Very unprofessional and unhelpful for issues with their online booking issues happening. I tried two different account and both wouldn’t allow me to be put on libert waitlist which is two and half hours— that is fine if they would just let you get in the waitlist. What is the difference between calling and getting on waitlist and walking in, leaving for two and half hours to get on waitlist? Decided to go a different route since they do not value customer service since to them— men and boys will come in for a full day of haircuts no matter how poorly they are treating their customers. I do recommend Belton MO who are friendly and helpful whenever I come in or call for any assistance

Every time i go to see harley i am greeted with joy and laughter her employees obviously love working for her because i see them doing extra jobs like cleaning windows. Harley promotes a high energy and fun work place. And she loves what she does.

Sports Clips was very accommodating. I did not check in on line, but they allowed me to still check in at the store location. The staff was very professional and provided Excellent, Customer Service! I had been growing my hair out since the beginning of COVID with one minor trim. I asked for my hair to look the same but shorter and demonstrated the appropriate length. The stylist said last time I had a clipper cut. I said that is not correct, Again demonstrates what I wanted. Then she proceeded to clipper cut the sides based on what she had in the computer. In the end her manager did most of the cut. It was so bad it had to go back to what was in the computer! Plus the right side of the front is 1/2 inch shorter than the left the sides by my eyes are in even. It sucks! Typically have good service. But this lady couldn’t even use the clippers right. She wouldn’t even press them against my head so the cut would be even!

Took my 7 year old daughter here to get her long hair cut into a “Lob” think long in the front, short in the back. Courtney was amazing! Her hair turned out super cute. All the ladies there were super nice and friendly and dealt with wait times very professionally! We had a great experience and my daughter said she wants to go back to keep this hair style up. Major 5 stars from a busy working mom!!!!!!

It was the worst hair cutting I have ever had. I sat down on the chair and then stood up:) for just 2-3 minutes I paid $16. Beside, the lady tried to sell me their products. Do not go there!

Great hair stylists, knowledgeable and capable. They keep their customers safe by requiring masks on themselves and their customers.

They only think about themselves. I have seizures and my doctor does not allow me to wear a mask because it cuts off too much oxygen and causes me to have a seizure. That being said, Ive always used Sport Clips for my haircuts but now they are denying me service because of something I was born with.

If you are looking for a consistently below average haircut go here. A fade is a very basic haircut for men but yet you can not find very many hairstylists who can cut one. I really think they should have much higher standards for people who cut hair in hair school and not let them graduate until they can cut a fade properly or blend hair. These franchisees are for people who dont have a regular barber or dont really care what their hair looks like or who just have low standards. I should have learned my lesson a long time ago. I cant count on one hand the times Ive actually got a good cut at a sport clips franchise.Wish you all the best on finding a barber who can actually cut hair well.

I have been going here for a little over two years. Its a little pricey, but Ive always had a really good experience every time. Sydney has become my go to girl. Shes great with beards, and she has a great way of understanding what you want, even when you cant really explain it. And the GIBS products are really good, too.

After trying several Sports Clips locations in our area, this location became our favorite by far! The team is very friendly, the salon is always clean and inviting, and we absolutely love Miss Sarah! She is amazing with our son and her work is always consistent! We would follow her anywhere! Keep up the great work!

Amanda cuts my hair and is amazing at all, cutting hair to selling herself and sports clips..I have been going for 5 years, and had many try and talk me into the specials, the double sports star or whatever they are called..Ive never let anyone give me the back massage, Im just not that guy., When she sold me today and I offered to pay it all but still skip the back rub..That was an opportunity to get out of work but make the sale, but she stayed after me for the back rub, I caved and she was great..I would not loose her or people like her. A GOOD COMPANY IS successful on the shoulders of people like her...TAKE CARE OF YOUR PEEPS

By far the worst place to get your hair cut. I’ve been going for over a year now and the stylist do not listen to what you tell them. Just had my hair cut there and have patches of uncut hair all over my head. Said I wanted a fade on the sides and back and instead was buzzed down to almost nothing except an uncut strip of hair towards the top. Now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed because I can’t trust them to do a good job. Horrible, horrible, just horrible. Never going here again.

My 3yr old son and I cane here for haircuts and Kamara was our stylist. She was absolutely wonderful to my 3yr old and made him feel super comfortable with her. I can’t say enough how nice and accommodating she was! Get your haircut here and ask for Kamara, especially if you have a young one!

If you can’t cut a fade say so before you start!! I shouldn’t have to ask you to blend it 3 times for you to tell me it’s just because my hair is Wavy. You can tell when a fade isn’t blended. If you this is what you do for a living you should not even have to ask “how’s that looking?” It’s a fade you know what it should look like. Terrible terrible.

I normally go to a Barber shop but when I need advice about upkeep and management I go to sports clips and Kamara is very helpful there and so far she hasnt stirred me wrong and she is also very talented with the tools of her craft.

Its an okay haircut. Products and services are fine. Everything about this place is great except the haircut. I dont know why, but no one knows how to do a bald fade, military cut, high and tight, or short summer cut, ect...Unless it is an old fashioned barbershop. Also every time I pay extra money for them to wash my hair, they dont know what they are doing because their is always hair everywhere when I leave. Hair all over my face, neck, down my shirt, ect...If your main clientele is men, all yall need to learn how to cut a mans hair. They need to learn how to do a fade in the back, instead of straight cut, or round cut. That is ridiculous. They also need to learn how to shave a mans neck.

My hairdresser, Laura did an absolutely fantastic job. I gave her just a rough guide of what I wanted, and she rolled with it and delivered the best haircut I have ever gotten. I wills say that the wait was a bit long when I went on a Monday afternoon.

Completely dissatisfied with the service here. It is 11:40 now and I did the online check in at 11:21 and got my confirmation email. I burned 15 min so I didn’t have to wait in the lobby then walked in and the lady couldn’t find me in the system. She then proceeded to tell me that she will check me in there and that it will be another 15 min before I get my haircut. Well I’m sorry but the whole purpose of me checking in online is so I could be in and out so I could be somewhere at a specific time.Still didn’t get my haircut.The online check in process is worthless
