Our car broke down on us while visiting Worlds of Fun/Oceans of Fun here in KC. This was 4th of July. Tyler was quick to answer and kept in touch. We were able to still enjoy the day and he came out soon as we were ready and took care of us. Professional and laid back which made a bad situation easier. We appreciate his help and attitude for his job. I highly recommend.

I initially called another company to tow my vehicle after getting two flats and was told they’d be there within the hour. After waiting for over two hours I called them back for an update and it turns out they never sent a driver my way and from that point it’d be well over two hours before someone could come get my vehicle. I decided to call these guys and they came in less than 15 minutes. Professional and pleasant to deal with, highly recommend!

Tyler got to us even though I only had basic description of where we were by what we were near. He got us hooked up fast and where we needed to go quickly. He also kept the mood light with tow truck stories, which was nice since vibe we had been in a wreck.

We were stranded in I-70 with two blowouts and no spare tires left. Tyler got to us in less than thirty minutes and we were 30 miles outside of KC . He got the car loaded and took us and our car to the hotel we were staying at. Very friendly and very professional and we were worried about getting service on a Sunday evening. Id give more than five stars but thats all Google allows

I just want to give a huge thanks to Tyler. He really goes the extra mile. He helped me push in my car in the driveway and we were able to store it safely. Called for a tow when my car died on the side of a freeway. Amazing service and friendly. Extremely helpful, and showed up in a timely manner. That was a plus as it was about 20 degrees. Called and was able to get a quote within minutes and for lower price than the other company. Accepted on the price and car was picked up in 30mins and delivered to an address I gave them. I requested an invoice to be sent to my email so I can file reimbursement through insurance and was done without a problem. Called because they had a big ad for motorcycle towing.person on the phone yelled to another guy do you feel like towing a motorcycle and he said no. Then she was like yeah we dont tow motorcycles. How unprofessional can you be.

I got a flat from a pot hole and needed to change my tire. The wheel wouldn’t come off the hub. So I called in and explained I needed a mallet to get the wheel to pop off. Instead of them coming out and charging they actually told me over the phone to use the spare and swing it to pop the wheel off. Instead of being greedy and charging me $$$ to come out and swing a mallet once they told me that trick which got me down the road. My new tow service if I ever need it.

I needed to tow my four door sedan 12 miles. Cost was $115. I called another tow service and their price was $101. However, Penns had a higher review rating on Google, so I figured the $14 difference would be worth it. Using Penns Tow Service was a positive experience. The man who answered the phone was patient and helpful. In addition, the guy who towed my car was friendly. They arrived to pickup my car in less than 15 minutes. Price seemed reasonable, and the service was excellent. I would recommend them to a friend.

I needed my convertible towed to a shop and after being told a quote from a competitor and having them change their rates on me last minute, I decided to give Penns Tow a shot. Im very picky on who touches my car, but Penns made me feel better the minute I spoke with the driver on the phone. Very professional and most importantly the driver knew what he was doing. My cars serpentine belt broke on the highway going through Kansas City Missouri. I called Triple A, they sent Gregory with Penns Towing Service. He was incredible, the first Napa station he took me to couldnt see me until Monday, my car broke down on Thursday. So Gregory took me someplace he personally recommended Mikes, and Mikes had me back on the road by 11 a.m. on Friday morning. He saved me, I was so grateful.

Excellent service from Greg when I had a problem with my car that required a tow (March 2019). Definitely one of the honest tow shops. Took a while to get service because they were very busy but they were very up front about wait time and costs.

I had a flat tire and called AAA they then contacted Penns Towing. Andrew Roberts with Penns Tow helped me change out my tire. I had pulled off to the left side of traffic as that is the lane I was in on 435 Hwy there was lots of traffic and the tire that had to be change was the right front tire. Modot helped us out by closing the lane so ever one was safe. Andrew was polite and explained everything I couldnt have asked for better service! Thank you very much!

Was advised of the price for hook up and per mile, I did the math (with help of Google maps for the miles), and then thats exactly how much it was. Driver (Mike) was fantastic and funny. Didnt have to wait very long. (20 mins, was quoted 30).Not happy that we needed a tow but I know who we will call if we need to do it again.I mean you always hear horror stories about tow trucks... but man this was so easy and nice.

They surprisingly were able to tow my car on Labor Day within an hour of my call. They came up into a parking garage to get my car. So fast and everything went smoothly. It was just $100.

My boyfriends SUVs engine blew on his way to the airport this morning. Luckily a cop saw him and drove him to the airport in which he called AAA and Penns Towing was who got the call. The driver, Bobby, towed it from up north back to our house down south and was very prompt. He was very helpful and courteous while trying to back up in our somewhat narrow driveway between our house and fence. It ended up not working just because our fence is too close to the driveway. Instead he dropped it in front our house perfectly against the curb. Couldnt have asked for a better company or driver!! Had a brake line blow on a Saturday night (worst time to need a tow). Excellent communication from the driver, didnt have to wait with the car. He texted me when the car was dropped off. Easiest towing experience Ive ever had.

First, the woman who answered my call (did not get her name) was very helpful. The tow guy was named Greg. He arrived earlier than quoted and was very kind and professional. What a great staff member! I have nothing but good things to say about Penns Tow Services.

I was driving my 77 Trans Am around after it was stored over the winter. I only had it out for half an hour when I hit a pothole hidden by dark shadows under a train bridge and blew out the front right tire. This was a Friday night/Saturday morning at 1 am. I popped the trunk only to realized I left my jack, tire iron, jack tools, and compressor at my house. And the spare tire was flat. I was also driving through a neighborhood that isnt a very good place to be stuck, especially at night. I pulled out my phone to call for assistance only to find out the battery was totally 100% dead. I couldnt change the tire, no way to call anyone, I was definitely not leaving the car unattended. I was being closely watched by a group of guys whispering and pointing in my direction. I asked them if I could borrow a phone, but that resulted in one of them threatening to stab me.About 1:30 am, a Penns Tow flatbed pulled up and the driver (I dont remember his name, but he was friendly and very helpful) proceeded to air up my spare, change my tire, and get me on my way. It was not a very good night, but if Penns didnt show up when they did, who knows how much worse it would have been! Only tow service I will call from now on! Thanks

Called to get a tow, was informed that the garage I needed a tow out of had to be at least 7ft of clearance and the driver was getting off @ 6:30 so I needed to hurry and check (This was at 5). Drove to said garage to check the clearance (82) and called to get a tow with an hour to spare before the driver got off and when I called and said the location for a second time, was immediately met with I cant get in that garage and absolutely no suggestions on a tow company that could help. Do not depend on them unless it is gonna be easy for them.

That was the fastest a tow truck has ever arrived to my location (10 minutes to be exact) & the driver had great customer service! Very pleased with Penns tow.

Tow truck driver picked up a clients car, took it to a service shop, and when the driver couldnt unload the vehicle correctly, let the mechanic do it. The mechanic caused damage to the vehicle, and the lovely people at Penns tow refuse to cooperate with the client to get the insurance information needed to make a claim.

For how awful it is needing a tow, Penns Tow makes the process super easy. It was my first time needing a tow and the guy was really cordial and arrived quickly. Hopefully i wont need too many more tows, but if i do Penns is the place to call.

Penn tow service was used thru AAA ... my car died in a bad part of town, they came quickly, when they said (thru AAA). The driver was courteous and polite. Excellent job. Had my 95 year old Mom with me ... it couldve been a tough time, but worked out thanks to Penn tow service.

They were quick, in 15 minutes, the driver even stopped for me to get alternate transportation, he waited to make sure that vehicle started, and then meet him at the dealer. The driver was very courteous and I would definitely use them with or without AAA.
