Everytime I place an order we usually almost always have our product within a day (if its in stock) and if its not I am notifed that its out of stock and a replacement is being searched for and will be shipped ASAP. Great customer service and always very helpful.

The best office supply company in Kansas City. They are the best at customer service. They will work with you to price match. We have them inventory and supply our office supply cabinets for us. Its so nice to know its always fully stocked and we dont have to do anything! The best thing about this company is the people. They bend over backwards to assist you. It doesnt seem to be just a job to them. They actually care about their customers.
My business has been a customer for many years. We have had extraordinary service and I can always find what I need. Part of that is the research that the staff is willing to do to make sure of that, if I have a question. It is always pleasant to communicate with OPA staff. And delivery-- Ive had bad experiences with other office product companies. OPA goes above and beyond in timeliness, and making sure that the product gets to me in great condition.
Great customer service- if there is any question or concern regarding my order, such as an particular product being out of stock/unavailable; the quantity I need of a particular supply, etc., I hear back within 30 minutes of submitting the order! The ordering process is very easy and I always receive the orders promptly within 1-2 days of the order being placed. Everything arrives as expected. Nothing but crooks. They will try to find something that is not wrong with your machine to bill manufacturer for. I dealt with a Micheal Egger who is uncoordinated in his dealing. The guy is basically memory loss individual. Please do not do business with this crook.
