Tammy J Collins was a great help. First time ever doing my taxes and she took the time with me and walked me through the whole thing. Did not feel rushed. She is the best. I recommend anyone going to Jackson Hewitt in Kannapolis Walmart to ask for Tammy Collins.

I am absolutely disgusted with this company ! It is all a scam PLEASE look at all of the reviews before even thinking about going to this place. I worked with not only one but two people, the first lady told me that if I walked in there with my paystub I could get my taxes filed and all I had to do was bring in my W-2s so it could verify everything. I was informed that once I bring my W-2s in I’ll be able to walk out with my refund the same exact day because the bank will give me my refund as a loan and The banks wait for the government to give them the money So I got my W-2s yesterday I want in there as soon as I got off work . There was a different lady that was there basically told me that everything that I was told at the previous time that it was incorrect information. Not only was I skeptical about continuing the process, I was also told that the lady said I would guarantee get a cash advance as much as $3500 . Not only that I waited there for four hours to get a response if I got a cash advance. Then I started looking at the reviews while I was waiting on Jackson Hewitt, I see how everybody is complaining that they did not get their advance refund. So I mention the reviews to lady but she said no since I got approved for the first time when they gave me $200 when I first signed up that I will definitely get approved and I had nothing to worry about. The lady basically told me to leave and go home and she would give me a call, once I got home I got an email regarding‘s that I did not qualify. I work at a car dealership and I will be telling everybody about this disgusting experience I’ve had and to NEVER go here
