Our mom had prepaid and preplanned her service, but there were still several decisions for us to make. Everyone at Ladys, especially Kevin, were so helpful. He took our questions and emotions seriously and lead us through all the details. They showed professionalism, great care and respect, allowing us to honor our moms wishes for a funeral during this Covid-19 period.

Everyone at this funeral home was wonderful. Alex Cruise made sure everything was taken care of in a very personal way. It was a hard time for us and they were so concerned and attentive to our needs and so sweet. Alex even called and checked on us a few weeks after my dads funeral. Caring, professional and attentive to our every need

My dad made us promise to have Alex and Gabby take care of him in the end. We weren’t sure if this was where we wanted to go, but it was the best decision we could have ever made! They treated us like family, told us stories about my dad to make us smile, and I know this sounds odd, but we had so many compliments on my dad’s casket! People told us that they had never seen anything so beautiful. It was perfect and fitting for the type of man my dad was. Alex and Gabby walked us through every step and made a sad time for us a true celebration of our loved ones life! Cant find any better to assist a family during their time of grief. Very professional although they treat you with kindness and respect.

They were very kind and understanding. Its hard enough dealing with a death. But they walked us through the funeral process, and listened to our concerns and desires.

How can you describe when you go to a place you havent lived in over 40 years and you are there for your sisters death and to plan her services. She had always told us she wanted Ladys Funeral home to bury her. As soon as we got settled in Kannapolis we went to Ladys and there we met the most remarkable staff.we can not say enough about how well we were taken care of. Nothing was pushed down our throats but left for us to decide. Kevin Clark was our advisor and he took care of everything and is still working with us on some policies. He knows everything on what to do and what you need to do.in a particular case. Gave us reccommedations on where the special days for food was. He was awesome. His staff was very helpfuland dependable. They were always there all of them for whatever we needed. We had a beautiful service there in Chapel. When we got ready to return to California . It was like leaving family and we definately will never forget how, kind, caring and efficient Ladys Funeral home was to us. we highly recommend it, Thanks to all.💞

This funeral home lets company workers in the area where bodys are and has the nerve to ask do I need to cover the body of course I would be floored if that was my family member being treated like that I suggest not sending love ones here
