I would like to take this opportunity to commend at least two of your employees and their impressive, very much appreciate..professionalism. Jose Ortiz and his partner, (I apologize to you.) However, Jose’s partner arrived first and I believe sympathetic to us before he even arrived. Jose arrived shorty after. He also, immediately compassionate and ready to help!! They quickly, I mean quickly, got the job done bc they knew we had already suffered so much waking up in 2 to 3 of water standing in kitchen, main bathroom, & living room. 😭😭I cannot express my gratitude to the kindness, compassionate, quick but beyond thorough, much appreciated job that Jose & his partner did. They turned our frowns upside down!!!☹️😀 I hope this team is recognized in some way, if just a company announcement. Or at least get to see their review 🤗These two represent ServPro with pride & that is truly what they are Service Professionals!! Full circle!! If ever I’m in a similar situation, ServPro is who I’d call. (No offense, but I hope we won’t meet again. lol)

Servpro did a great job of getting everything cleaned up in a reasonable amount of time. Carlos was very thorough and communicative, he made sure I knew about everything that was going on. They were very easy to work with and made sure I was happy through the whole process.

I will never use another company for clean up again. A fitting broke off and flooded a customers basement, we got the water out but not in time. We should have called ServPro sooner! They came out tested for which specific mold it was and were able to take action as soon as the results came back. They were FAST, INFORMATIVE, CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, and PERSONABLE. Thank you all so much!!

We called this company for my sons house. They came out on a Monday for an inspection and said they would get back with a plan and a quote within 24 hours. 3 days and 2 phone calls later, we had heard nothing. 4 days later, my son received a texted quote with the wrong address and wrong floor plan of his house. Not even sure if this was the right inspection. Not happy at all

This Team did an amazing job in supporting us with a water main break on a Friday night. There was major flooding and water damage. They arrived fully equipped and stayed with us throughout the weekend and the following weeks to ensure the building was professionally and efficiently dried and prepped for repair. We are truly grateful for this Team and their efforts to address the water damaged to our building. I recommend them highly and without reservation. Several weeks ago our basement flooded due to all the rain we had. I found ServPro online and called them early that moring. Within a few hours they were on the job, cleaning the water out of the carpet that was there. Jose and Sam were professional, courteous and very efficient. They helped move the furniture that needed to be moved. Once the water was removed they treated the carpet for mold and mildew. As a result, there was NO smell lingering from the wet carpet. They made my life a whole lot easier and I am grateful for the service they provide. Should I need help again with the basement, I will definitely call Servpro in China Grove for help.

Ask for Jack, hes the man with a plan! Coming from someone who knows NOTHING about carpet cleaning, Jack was professional, intelligent on his product and services, as well as very courteous. I had two homes done and even though one went through a little pickle he worked it out no questions asked. What a refreshing experience in a society where everything is robots and all about the money. I will be using them again and would recommend to anyone who needs carpet cleaning services.

We contracted with Whitney Norton of Servpro/North Cabarrus County China Grove after we experienced flooding in our home caused by Hurricane Irma.We have found that his work has been thorough, efficient and carried out in a timely manner. He also helped us sort out some confusing issues with regard to the insurance process.The work team was professional, very helpful and courteous. I have to say that i have never experienced anything like this,my stove caught fire, had a good bit of smoke damage through out my house. Very scary experience,.Insurance recommended this company.I must say that they came in and took care of the job,they brought fans in so breathing was easier,brought me laundry detergent to wash my curtains and blankets,etc,.I was totally impressed with there work,not only that,but from the top man to the smallest they were good to us,and very concerned what we were going through.I had a chance to interact with several of the ladies,they were awesome,and so very sweet,hard workers and yet concerned about what we were going through,and to me,, thats makes a difference.The one who did my uppolstry and carpet was super nice also,and done a great job.The girls made it easier for me just by caring..It makes a difference to have a company that cares,and i think they do. These girls are hard workers so be prepaired, they really jump in there,so you may have to just step back and let them have it,, I didnt know then that they were a 24hr service but i do now

These guys were amazing! We had a pipe burst on New Years Eve at 12:30. I called Servpro at 1 a.m and they were at our house by 7! They were friendly, helpful and completely understanding of our situation! I would recommend them to everyone!

Had a roof leak that did extensive damage to ceiling in spare bedroom. Servpro did a good job cleaning all insulation out of the attic and treating the wet areas for mold. The whole crew was professional and polite. Thank you!!!
