Really kind staff! It was empty on a Sunday at 2:30. Loved the open atmosphere, boyfriend got a great cut for a chain store.

Regular chain haircut place but it was clean and they were polite.

There was only one beautician working and she was amazing. Answering phones, engaging customers as they entered the store all while cutting hair and making you feel like the only one in the store.

Clean establishment and nice feature to make an appointment online. Wasnt a wait which was nice. I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted but she cut it way shorter than what I was looking for. She was really friendly so I just accepted it. I would recommend definitely for guys but if you are looking for something specific I would make sure they really understand what you are looking for.

There are some stylists that have been there a while that are really good with great personalities that I truly enjoy have my hair cut by. However, the last two months Ive been there, they only had new employees there with no experienced regular stylists there and they were awful. So its like playing roulette. Sometimes you get a winner but lately its been snake eyes.

Was very well pleased with my haircut. Amber did a great job and has won over a new customer. Beats hell out of Great Clips!

I have been wanting a new style for my balding head of hair 😖. I took a picture from an internet search in and Amber helped me in deciding what was best for what I wanted. She did an excellent job, very friendly and helpful! I will definitely go back; I also recommend using the online check-in feature, it helps cut down on the wait time.

Checked in with no one else waiting, let three people in front of me and said they must have checked in online? Don’t put me on the board as next then... went to Great Clips and will not be back.

I called at 10 to make an appointment. First available was noon, which was fine. When I arrived, there were I of a couple people, but I waited an hour and everyone there was taken before me. What is the point of waiting two hours for an appointment if I still need to wait when I get there? Its an all day affair just to get a quick trim. Try a different hair salon.

Didnt catch the lady name, but she did an awesome job on my son hair and was very friendly!

Friendly staff. Stylist did a good job. Parking lot is small and you have to walk through the mulch to get to store. Needs better side walks. Waited 30 min for appt but it was back to school weekend, so thats too be expected. Stylist really took the time to ask questions and she did a really good job.

The lady who cut my hair was actually pretty gentle then when deciding on how to do the top for a trim she did it by had and took her time asking questions and talking about what I want my hair to look like

Go see Jane shes cuts it perfect. I only go to her because she knows how to cut it the way I want it cut. She listens and does it right and makes sure during the cut.

I came in with my daughter on the day of her prom and asked if they could do anything for her. I didnt plan ahead of time to make an appointment. These ladies agreed to do it! Only one stylist was available but the other stylists all gave ideas and advice while working on their own clients! It was amazing and I appreciate them more than they will ever know!

First time customer here. The two young ladies working today Sunday were welcoming, greeting customers as soon as they came in. That greeting was basically the only thing they got right. I brought my two kids for haircuts; ages 6 and 3. Each of them grabbed a kid with basic instructions on how I wanted the haircut, #1 blade at the bottom and #3 on top with the blending around it. To prevent lines or divisions. These are very basic instructions...and that is essentially where problems began. Both of them didnt know how to cut hair. The lady cutting my 3 year olds hair did a slight better job, but the blending was horrible. The lady cutting my 6 year olds hair was a complete mess. It took her one hour and 15 minutes...thats right!! 1+15 to cut his hair. The other lady finished with my 3 year old and 4 other customers before my 6 year old was done. I was not happy, told her what a disaster cut that was and she basically stated it was all she could do. I then asked her if she could improve the blending and she again stated that it was all she could do.For all of you would be customers, I need you to please pay attention because it takes a lot for me to write a bad review. STAY AWAY!! In all the years cutting my hair and my kids hair, I had never seen anything like this. I went to another hair salon next day to fix this mess, basically go bald option to repair the damage. This place is a total disaster!!! Again, stay away from these novices practicing with peoples hair.

Jackie did a great job on my hair !! It looks fabulous and I have received so many compliments on it. It helped make my Christmas !!

On the phone they were totally cool with the type of coloring my daughter wanted and the time I asked if we could come in. When I got there, they had no filter with not wanting to do the coloring because of how long it would take.

My daughter showed a picture of what she wanted, the cut wasnt anywhere close to it but she was very happy with it. Jane was very nice and patient with her. My daughter doesnt really like most ppl but shes already asked if she could keep going back to her.

We have been waiting here for half an hour... somebody walked in and they got to go and there are 2 people working that are taking about 20 minutes to do one persons hair... DO NOT COME HERE

Do not see Heide. I was there for 4 hours for highlights and a cut. She never really understood that I wanted long layers and a little taper in the back. Now I have short hair so Im not sure why it took her so long to do the foils but it turned out bright yellow! She said she wasnt sure why it didnt process correctly but other people have told me that she couldnt have mixed it right. Then she cut my layers 2 inches long in the back......blew me dry and it looked like a frizz head. I was very upset and they still charged me but said I had 7 days to return to make it better. Ill never go back there. It is mostly for men cuts anyway. She was terrible. I cant get my hair to do anything right now but be pinned back. I had to buy a box color to get rid of the hideous bright yellow. Do not go to Heide.

The woman who cut my hair did a horrible job. She cut it much shorter than I wanted, which I realized when she was done but I didnt feel the need to complain about it. However, when I got home I realized how bad it really was. My hair was all different lengths. Not just layers (which I asked for). She basically just cut all of my hair at random lengths. I ended up going back but requested someone else (only went back because of the price). The more time this other woman spent on my hair, the more she kept saying, She really, really messed up your hair.

I have been here on 3 different occasions each time there are only 2 stylists. Each time the service is awful. The stylists spend the majority of their time answering the phone and checking people into a out dated computer system. I would not recommend anyone get their hair cut here.
