The Vive is a great place to live. Easy access to many restaurants and shopping areas! Such quick responses from Kayla and Kim in the front office whenever anything is needed!
We are enjoying our stay here at the Vive. Francisco and Kayla have been so helpful and such a delight to know. We have met many wonderful folks and look forward to meeting more.
I’ve only been here for half a month but I’ve enjoyed my time at The Vive. I have used the business center, deck area of the pool and valet trash pickup to name a few amenities offered here. I love how big my one bedroom apt is. The lighting in the apartment is pretty dark in my opinion and they charge approval fees instead of a security deposit so thats why i did 4 stars. Kayla was the one who did my tour and she was great and Franciso has helped me when i needed something from the office. Also I have no issues with parking!
Kayla the Assistant Property Manager is super sweet and very helpful. She helps make The Vive a great place to stay!
Kayla has been wonderful she was amazing when we lived there in 2019/2020 and she still is amazing now that we have moved back
Great place to live! The community is beautiful and the leasing office team is great! Francisco (Leasing Agent) made me want to live here just minutes after starting our tour and Kayla (Assistant Property Manager) has been so attentive since we moved in. Youre in a great location, too. SuperTarget, Marshalls, Ashley Furniture, Harris Teeter and so much more just up the road!
First to start, the apartments are nice. Landscape is kept up, exterior of apartments are clean. Nice area. Office is nice, hotel style gym, a place to wash your dog if you have one, nice lounge area. BUT, the hallway/stairwells leading to apartments are always dirty. Leaves, webs, dirt, etc.. If you like walking then this is the place for you, cause you will never have a parking spot at your apartment. Vehicles that don’t belong take up spots, the towing company can’t keep up with it. Guest parking is always full with vehicles that never move from those spots. So if you’re lucky and find a spot, guest parking is not close by all means.
I really enjoy living here at the Vive. I moved here to get away from Big City Stress. I was amazed when I first saw the complex. It’s like a mini resort out in the middle of nowhere. It’s so much peace and love here. The apartments are beautiful and well kept. The pool is beautiful with a small waterfall. The staff is so amazing they literally take time out to help you with all your concerns and questions. Before I moved in I swear I called them at least 6 times a day and they were never frustrated. No where is absolutely perfect sometimes people complain on things totally out of their control, but for everything in their control they’re pretty much on it. I love it here! This is my mini paradise. Oh and the Starbucks coffee in the mornings is a delight. Especially being it’s complimentary!
Gorgeous apartments but too many pest. The pest are out of confrol as if something is dead in my apartment and I only been here since the end of June. I been complaining about it since July almost every day or every week and it It seems like Management drag their feet to fix the pest issue. I hate that Im fighting bugs everyday as if Im living on the outside and not in my supposed to be HOME that I pay rent for every month. Ive spent a lot of money buying raid or bug spray to get rid of them and I should not be going through this. Im sick of it and I will complain until the pest are gone or Im leaving! Im over it!
I’ve paid to be in what I though would be a nice gated community just to be told my car could be towed at my own expense because my 2 car household is allowed 1 parking sticker! Oh, there is the option of parking several buildings away in the “overflow” which will likely be outside the gates!. This news comes months after the mandatory cable/internet package that was implemented. There is no “cable only” choice. Now we pay more for worse quality! So apparently the policies change from week to week. I definitely would not be living here if this was told to be when I moved here in 2018.
Beautiful community and very helpful staff. Perfect location as well. Easy commute to shopping and dining as well as easy access to 85.
Overall, I havent had any issues and I like the property. Management is awesome and always helps out when any questions or concerns I have. Kim, Kayla and Colleen rock like smores on a fall night.
Im sure Im not the first and Im sure I wont be the last to complain about the one major factor with living anywhere...PARKING!!!! The parking here sucks so badly to the point it feels like youve parked at a mall and have no idea where youve parked hours ago. For the amount of rent a month you pay one would think they would put into place a project for adding additional parking not only for residents but for guest! There is a ridiculous number of 40 parking spaces for guest with over 400 residents living in the community. God forbid if three homes were to have a gathering what would we ever do? I just moved here less than two weeks ago and I already see so many red flags. The things that need fixing have yet to be completed, the regional manager was very rude, and the neighbors can be less than friendly. It is a nice place to live, its clean and somewhat updated but its not toddler friendly.I can tell now that I will only be here for a short time. It doesnt feel like home and I do not see change happening anytime soon considering the reviews that I seen months ago that I assumed would have been fixed by now.Making your residents especially new residents feel super comfortable should be priority. Shoot at least lie about it for the first month or so.
I love this place! It is amazing. Pricing is a little high and because of zoning it is set to increase but when looking at other apartments (in the Charlotte area) it is very low. There is a mix of people from corp. to families. Pretty low key at night, which I love and VERY VERY SAFE! If you have dogs, this is the place for you! Everyone is very understanding when it comes to dogs and willing to help train if needed.I cannot tell you how happy I am that I chose this place to live. I sometimes never want to leave my apartment because I have everything I need! AND it is pretty close to shops. Maybe four min away from Target and restaurants. Concord Mills is two exits down but if you take the back roads, it is less than 12 min away.Staff is also amazing. If there are any problems they will fix it right away. They are understanding and very apologetic when needed. I have to say that I did not expect things to be this easy. I would recommend this place to families (pet parents like myself too), single corporate living and even young couples. Just great! The only con is parking! You better be in by a certain time or you will not find a space anywhere close. There is no one on duty at night to tow those who dont belong so it is hard to find a place to park. I have seen many residents having to part outside the gates. I would recommend they find someone to do the job at night and tow those who dont belong!
Be very careful renting here. Renter beware. Was threatened by staff with a weapon, was asked to leave after deploying to Afghanistan. They refunded my money but we still suffered moving cost and eviction was placed with $0 liability. We didnt nothing wrong. They do not care for residents and management staff is threatening and cruel. Living conditions are poor and community is drug riddled. The maintenance man threatened my fiance with a gun, while intoxicated because she was trying to park in garage and couldnt get through. Manager Kim was hateful and condescending. I deployed to Afghanistan. While under high stress fighting in combat when they asked her to leave because maintenance guy threatened my fiance friends and family with a gun. While under the influence of drugs and alcohol at 3am in the morning. Very violent and unsafe place stay far away. Also will be posting pictures of screenshots of conversations with the community. They disrespect veterans and their families.
I have lived here since July and the office personnel are super friendly and have always honored any requests that I have made. i have only given four stars because of the parking situation but otherwise I am very happy with my apartment and the office personnel.
Very Disappointing! The staff changes are quicker than a NASCAR Pit Crew. The maintenance is sub standard. Every concern with the office is met with an excuse or an opinion not based on the terms of the lease. Enforcement of policies are non existent. They changed management recently and got rid of at least 2 staff and they needed to go but s#!t rolls down hill. The people at the top are still there to NOT enforce policies and pass down the excuse cheat sheet.
I don’t know where to start with this wonderful place!!I’ll probably have to start with my favorite aspect which would be the front office ladies! They have been amazing since the day I moved into my place back in July of 2017! They have always been amazingly sweet to us. I can’t think of one negative interaction with them.Secondly, I’d like to point out the great level of safety! This is very important to myself considering my wife easily feels unsafe quite often, and the fact that she feels very safe here makes me feel very satisfied knowing that she’s comfortable. With this I’d like to add that I’m very thankful for the good lighting around the neighborhood because it makes for a nice/safe walk at night with my wife.Thirdly, the maintenance crew has been amazing here! Not only have they been extremely quick to come out to service us, they’ve always had an amazing attitude... if I had to take a guess, they genuinely enjoy their job and it really has shown through their interactions with me while in my place and also while seeing them out and about.Fourthly, the pool and grill area has had an AMAZING OVERHAUL that has upped the look of this place by lightyears! It really does make you feel like your at a 5 star resort at the beach! Also, if you live near the pools, the fountains are soooo nice to hear at night while they run.Fifthly, I have had all good interactions with the other residents. I haven’t had a ton (so maybe there are some bad apples here), but so far it’s been good.Sixthly, I’m very thankful for the weight room overhaul because it was struggling there for a bit, but they’ve done a really nice job fixing it up. It’s very nice to see all new treadmills in there along with weightlifting equipment as well! That about covers it for me! It’s been nothing but a great stay, and I have no desire to move out! (Which is soooo far from my situation with my last 2 apartments!!)
The office manager does not care what happens at this location!!!! She does not have to live here so she does not want to be bothered with what goes on. All she cares about is getting a lease signed, after it is whatever happens she cares less about what goes on. NEVER checks voice mails she can’t be bothered with any of that !!!! So don’t bother leaving a message! Kids are not safe to be kids here!
I have lived here since January. New owners Vive took over Pool not open at 10am and Fitness center no access 8:30, 9am-- all locked up--It is advertised 24 hrs- IT is NOT..- Someone opened the pool at 12:noon yesterday after several phone calls by me. No one was there yesterday They were suppose to be in the office at 12n or 1pm. POOR management already. So disappointed.
Im so happy I moved out of there. I lived in this complex for 2years and I couldnt wait to get out. The maintenance never fixed anything, the fire pit at the pool was broken and was being worked on when I first moved in and still has never been fixed. Also the management was the worst they complained about everything but could never get you a legit reason why. I got my car towed twice even tho I had a parking sticker. The parking lot is not big enough for the people who lived there But the residents continued to get towed because of the visitors filling up the parking spaces. I wouldnt recommend this complex to anyone.
Very nice apartments, great amenities, and Kayla is very helpful. I definitely recommend this community for anyone looking in the Concord area!
Ive lived here for two years, and for 23 months Ive been dumping a hefty chunk of my hard-earned cash into my rent for this place. I cant help but to constantly ask myself Where is my money going? This place is a facade, a nice outer shell to entice potential residents into renting here, but once you live here for one month you will see what you really get: grills that dont work, an outdoor fireplace that has been broken for a year and a half, unsatisfactory landscaping, as well as cheap appliances. I am advising you, a potential resident, to reconsider renting at Integra Springs so that you dont find yourself asking yourself the same question I do every month, Where is my money going?
I love these apartments. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. Very quiet, and pool area is beautiful 💕
Loud neighbors, no maintenance in the exterior of the apartments (more than 1 year and did not clean at all), dogs poop in parking lots everyday, difficult to find a parking space, I lost many packages while living 2 years here. I do not recommend this place.
Nice apartments, awesome pool area. Parking could be a little better, but its not bad.
This property is amazing and the staff is absolutely phenomenal! They made our relocation so much easier!!
Its looks like a nice place but has a lot of flaws, like there staff has been changed three time since I have lived here going on 6months now.I have asked for 4 months to have several things repaired and no one comes, when u ask they say I will let maintance know.Parking sucks theres plenty of open ground to put more parking spot yet they dont. Its suppose to be gated which is fine, but they stay messed up, both openings and the remotes are cheap. We are not planning on staying once the lense is up.
I have lived at IS for a little over a year now and I too am very dissatisfied w/ the new management/maintenance. No one cares to complete w/o; many times they are marked complete w/out being completed. I am NOT renewing my lease; for a tenant who always pays by the 1st, IS wanted to increase my rent $170/ month. I have heard of other tenants rent being increased $300/month!
Let’s start with the new community name, “The Vive” ... whomever came up with that, clearly never visited the complex in advance.. It’s a poor choice and was probably picked from a hat. Integra Springs is more fitting for this community with its spacious, open and wooded atmosphere. Horrible...With the claim to be “new owners, new management” one would think they would be more proactive in putting their best foot forward as far as resident relations. The introduction to the new front office staff, management and maintenance crew has been poor at best. They were recently to busy with “paperwork” to meet a resident, the ONE leasing agent cannot answer any questions, and maintenance crew was nonexistent last weekend. The office and clubhouse are now closed on Sundays??.. the community pool and resident grill areas closed several times without any explanation or advance notice..The previous management company completely let this once safe, and beautifully maintained community go to heck.. our beautiful salt water pool and pool area, has been completely neglected.. worn, shabby, mismatched pool furniture and an almost unswimable pool that has not been properly maintained.. the pool is regularly hazy and has mold growth..The landscaping is nonexistent and was not ever inhanced, trash and dog poop more prevalent than manicured bushes and flowers.Poor lighting.. creating safety issues in parking lots and at community playground. As recently as last weekend, several car breakins.. which are almost commonplace now.. A gated community, but gates are open 24/7.. and have been for months.. an open invitation to all... People will steal your doormats/trash cans/potted plants daily. We were introduced to Valet Trash service, yet our community trash receptacle has been in disrepair repeatedly for over a year..trash is constantly piled up outside the trash area and for months we were subjected to open air dumpsters sitting on property overflowing with trash. Calls to the managements resident relations department went unanswered time after time. The building hallways and open spaces are downright filthy..in need of a good pressure wash.. something that was routinely done..Our Fitness Center and Business Center are a joke. There isn’t one treadmill that isn’t broken, out of date equipment..The business center is routinely used by all the resident teens and every computer is loaded with viruses... it’s impossible to even print, scan or fax a document as the outdated copier has been routinely out of order for two years! The new management company projects to spend over a million dollars in this community.. unfortunately the property has been 100% neglected over the course of the past few years and we are simply looking at the new owners spending money to get this community back to where it should of been all along..they will not be enhancing, but fixing the neglect. As a resident, it’s been disheartening to see a once beautiful community ruined.. residents are unhappy, feeling unsafe and uneasy with with the recent changes.
I have been living at Integra Springs for 2 years, I really like it at first. When the management changed recently, for some reason everything went downhill. I almost had to call the police about my neighbor because they were fighting and I was awaken by all kinds of yelling and screaming. I work nights, so it is difficult to sleep during the day anyway, my neighbors upstairs are so loud that I called the office several times just to asked them to quiet down. It used to be that the maintenance people are on top of their work orders, now I have been waiting for a month for maintenance issues to be resolved, and I am still waiting..... I used to recommend Integra Springs to my friends that are looking for apartments, now I dont want to because I am very disappointed with the services. They are so fast about making sure that the rent os paid on time, but they seem to take their time when it comes to serving their residents. My rent kept on going up, while the quality of services goes down. I am looking for another place to rent, and may not renew my lease at Integra anymore unless some miracle happens.
Apartments are nice but the pool area has too much drinking of acholic beverages out in the open and is loud at night on the weekend. This is a party crowd, so if you have families do not come here. If you are in the party sceen them this is your place, families beware!
I think their business motto is let’s put some lipstick on this pig.Hello! Their management company is in answering service in Floriduh!Dont go for help no one will heed you.Their motto: beech, beech, beech, maybe if we ignore them theyll go away.Dont drink the water because there are water issues here, so get a water filter as there is black stuff coming out of the faucets, and of course the state of NC will find the water to be exquisite. There are parking issues here, so rent a garage as there are slim pickings around here when it comes to parking. There are move in issues here, as after move in the apartment is in disrepair, and we waited for over two months to get our copy of the lease. There are move out issues here, as they bill you for repairs for frivolous charges when you move out, and if you have a pet and they replace the carpet after you move out, they will bill you for the carpet foam; prorated for previous tenants, and if you do not pay theyve got computer collectors thatll make you so crazy that your head of go through the ceiling. They have a bad maintenance department, and management is very unresponsive to maintenance issues, and they have a large staff and management turnover, and because of their skeleton crew in the maintenance department, consequently, if you need some maintenance better take a number. There is a very nice staff here, minus their surly attitude. And yes, they will blame their problems on their elusive answering machine slum lord in Floriduh.
Ive been living here for 1 month and so far so good. I ream my like living here.
I am currently sitting in an 82 degree apartment with no air conditioning. Integra Springs was first made aware of this issue 2 1/2 weeks ago.It is not worth the rent you pay to live here to live in these conditions! The first time I noticed the AC was not working was after coming home from work. I called the office and they told me that they could not assist me until the following morning because their maintance staff was going home soon for the day. I found out when calling after hours, to leave a message for the next morning, that they had an emergency number for urgent maintance problems (including broken AC units). After the office member conviently left this information out, I left a message for the emergency maintance man. He called me back and told me he was on his way. After cancelling my dinner plans and 5 1/2 hrs later, he was a no show and I went to bed with no AC.The following morning my husband called to explain the situation and that afternoon someone came to fix our air and it worked for a few days. This past week our AC went out again and after trying to tell me all the maintance men had gone home for the day, again, a manager came with a maintance man and contractor to fix it. I was told they were going to fix the problem on the unit outside and I would have air that night. No one ever came to see if the problem was resolved after leaving to fix it. The air was never fixed.Today, my husband went to speak with the staff in person when they opened at 10 am and explained the issue. They assured him it wouldbe resolved. At 4:30 today, 30 minutes before closing, I went to the office and again explained the issue and checked on the status. At 5:04 pm a maintance man came. He took the front of my AC unit off, took the front of my thermostat off, and left saying he was going outside and he never returned. One hour later I attempted to contact him on the emergency line about the status and he never returned the call.We are hoping we will eventually have AC but will not be renewing our lease. We are beyond frustrated by the lack of concern from the staff members and untimeliness of what is considered a maintance emergency
Nice facility, but HORRIBLE management and maintenance. None of them have their stuff together. Horrible communication.
Wouldnt recommend, rent is crazy and the parking is terrible. I never felt very welcome for the year i lived there.
