No words can express how much this company has saved me money. I was told by another company that they couldn’t fix a leak that I had coming from my unit because of not permitted mismatched parts on the it, but cliff from G+S came out and did everything the other company was supposed to do but didn’t. He even let me know that I didn’t even need a new unit right now. He flushed out the lines and showed me what the problem was, fixed it and charged me 10 times less than what the other company charged. I’d recommend this company to anybody that asks. The AC unit was not cooling at the business so we called G&S. Tom & Austin came out the same day, replaced the capacitor and immediately had cool air. I highly recommend this company and these guys if you have any Air Conditioning issues!

GnS provided a 5 star experience from start to finish. Chris was incredibly professional from the beginning, and remained in touch throughout providing updates on the status of parts. Installation crew and techs showed up early, were very thorough about cleanliness and prep, very professional and communicative, and were very impressive in regard to over all knowledge. Successfully installed a new AC unit AND furnace in only a few hours. They even reattached my dryer vent at no extra charge. From first call to GnS to installation it only took 2 weeks and thats only because the delivery of parts got delayed by the third party. Zero complaints with GnS and would absolutelty recommend 10 times out of 10. 👍🏻👍🏻

We were informed that this company will no longer do business with us because we paid our bills late. But if they were at our rental houses on a Tuesday ... by Friday when we would get the bills they were already under a late notice because the service was preformed 3 days earlier. This is a completely unprofessional way to do business. We have 4 homes that they serviced and now we are no longer welcome customers of their company. Whoever owns this company should really do something about their personnel in the office and stop telling customers their bills are late upon completion of service!

Patrick did a great job when my heat stopped working this week, and my regular tech for twice-annual maintenance also is wonderful to work with (so sorry, his name is escaping me right now). G+S is always easy to reach by phone and had no trouble getting someone out the day I requested. It turned about to be a simple fix, thankfully (door wasnt latched, which tripped the security feature to shut off the power). All of the techs Ive worked with are very friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. I dont know the going rate for HVAC services, and if you shop around, its possible you might find a better rate on some items, but to me its not worth it - these guys never push me to make any upgrades/changes and have never told me something was broken when it wasnt. To me, its more important to pay a fair price for techs I can trust to do a great job and be honest about what my unit needs (or doesnt need). So glad I found this company!

This review is long overdue but the service was great and the product is still working great. Received my unit back in February and the price was up my alley. I wasn’t judged by being a single mom and was treated with respect. Another, bigger company, the tech said the unit is gonna be too expensive for you and left. I called G&S and paid for the entire unit upfront. Never judge a book by its cover. And they did not! Thank you for being awesome!

It was Good Friday and when I woke up I realized that the house was cold. The temperature was 50 degrees in the house.. I called .my regular service and could not get a reply even though they had an emergency number all I got was a recording. I called G&S and even though I had never used their service before, they sent a technician out and the problem was resolved. I do intend to continue using G&S for maintenance from now on.

Service Technician Terry Johnson worked on my Heat Pump 11-20-2020.He was very professional and found the problem quickly, other techs have worked on my system and said there was a slow leak but only replaced Freon. Called a couple months ago as we were having issues with our AC. Was told it would be a few days but they added us on last minute for same day service. The tech up sold us to a yearly maintenance program for both heating and ac service which my wife and I were looking for anyway. They just came out to wash and service our AC system today and the tech used my hose which has been leaking around the connector a wrench and tightened it up for me. Great people and great service! Definitely recommend!!

G&S heating and air have been doing work on my heat and air systems for at least a decade. They installed my new systems and have done a fantastic job when Ive needed any type of repairs. I trust them implicitly. They are the only company Ill call when I need assistance.

Our AC was not cooling our home properly so we called G&S who we have dealt with since we moved to Kannapolis and they have always done a good job for us. Tom came out and after looking thoroughly as he always does, found out that our heating switch was stuck somehow so our unit was trying to both heat and cool at the same time and working against each other. Once he got it unstuck, we had no more problems. My wife always wants to ask for Tom when we call, because he does such a good job.

We have an oil furnace as backup heat and it hasnt worked this winter so we called them to get them to come and fix it. They arrived quickly and assessed the problem and then fixed it. He explained everything and told us to give us a call back should we need anything else. Everything went very smoothly. He was polite and knowledgeable and wouldnt hesitate to call again.

I will never trust G&S air again. The first couple of times they came out, i had Jason who was really good and I had no complaints so I felt at first they were a good company plus they were recommended by my neighbor. I ended up signing a contract with them for the year. Well, last Oct a new technician came out and did not know what he was doing. I had to tell him to put filters in and not to forget certain things. This time around for April, I told them not to give me this particular technician and I even changed dates to make sure I wouldnt end up with him. The lady who took my request promised me that I wouldnt have this particular technician. Me appointment was on the 3rd of April but I changed it so I wouldnt get that technician I had to teach to April 8th. I was promised I wouldnt get that technician. April 8th came and that technician she promised I wouldnt have was at my door step for another ac lesson. I was so mad but I allowed him to service my unit. Now, I have no air. Thanks a lot G&S. Will never allow you at my home again!
