Advertised as a “24 hour towing service” but when you’re transferred to a live person he grumpily says “ I’m not doing any toes today”.

I applied for a job at this place, and attempted to purchase a jeep from this place, all they give is bad attitudes from receptionist and the owners son...dont use them they obviously dont know how to treat customers.

Towed our car even though i had my friend right behind them waiting to tow it. CRAZY expensive for initial tow and lot fee. Was the weekend so of course i couldnt get it out of the lot till monday... Milked it... Then lied to me, stating there was damage so bad the vehicle was undrivable and would have to be towed home ...milked it again. If this is normal business practices for them i hope they go under.

This place is absolutely horrible. I wish I could give them a zero. My daughters car was towed there after an accident and the police were called. We were not given the option to call our own towing services. The police called this place. The tow driver couldnt even figure out how to turn the car on.At the time, we were not told any costs that were going to be charged, even after asking .The next day when we called to pick up the car, I was told $500....outrageous! My fiance then called and the cost went to 450.Once my insurance company called the price went to 440. They never would tell me if the car was driveable. However, they informed my insurance company it was.On top of these costs, they wanted another 200 to try and tow it to a body shop. If the car is driveable, why would I want it towed again for another 200.Upon picking up the car, the personnel is rude. Rude in person and on the phone. We then have to drive to another lot 5 minutes away where we were told the car would be waiting for me. Nope, it sure wasnt! We had to drive down the aisle to get it.Never would I recommend this place to anyone!!

Their driver was doing over 90 mph!!!!!! On 17 headed to momence literally the worst tow truck company ever!!!!! And theyre contracted for the police what a JOKE!!!!!!

Overpriced. Charged over two hundred to drive from the town thats literally a 5 minute drive. Then on top of everything they added so many fees on top of it. What are they? The cable company?

This outfit charges way to much to tow a wrecked vehicle and keep it in their tow lot until its retrieved. Also personal items tend to disappear from the accident scenes. Do not use this towing service

Terrible place and people to deal with.Ive never been called names and cussed at. Be sure you request a different towing towing company if your in an accident in Kankakee cause they will automatically call the unpleasant people of Beaupres

Beaupres is the WORST establishment, business of any kind Ive ever experienced. My husband and I were in our car, when it rolled over into a ditch on Saturday outside of Kankakee. That night we arranged with insurance to have our car towed, but we found out the next morning that beaupres had STOLEN our car and is now holding it hostage at their lot which is now locked. When we arrived at the business office the next morning, we were informed that they were charging us 3 times the rate our insurances wrecker had arranged to charge us. When we asked to speak to the supervisor about negotiating the price, they told us NO! When we insisted, they informed us that they would no longer be accepting credit card as payment because people like us who argue dont pay their credit card bill! To make matters worse, they showed us our cars registration that they had retrieved from our locked vehicle. So, not only had they stolen our car, they vandalized it! Like rolling over into a ditch wasnt bad enough, we have been punished by having to deal with beaupres!!God forbid this happens again, but if it does Id rather put the car on my back than have beaupre tow it.Google wont let me give them 0 stars!
